The room was filthy. Toilet had fresh urine and feces stains on it. Shower had a hole in the wall. Bed sheets had stains, a fresh foot print and bed bug activity. The electrical outlet near the TV was not secured. The entire outlet came out of the wall. The top step of the outdoor stairs had the metal flashing coming off. My wife tripped and almost fell down the flight of stairs. I spoke with the front desk staff and he wasn't interested in any of the issues. The only thing he said was "sorry". When I asked if someone could come and at least change the sheets, I was told I could come get them from the office and change them myself. We had no choice but to stay due to all hotels being booked for the events. My wife cleaned the room properly.

On Sunday when I check out, I mentioned the problems to the front office when I turned in my keys. He said "sorry" and that was it. There was no sincerity behind the sorry, and no attempt to make it right.

Another fact. The pool was half way covered by a broken tarp. We were told it had developed a large crack some time ago and would not be open for a long time, yet the online description highlighted this feature. This is one of the main reasons we booked here.

So I will not recommend this place at all!! It's a dangerous and filthy hotel.

Tweaker above me all night long stomping all over! Bed bugs! Swimming pool can’t be used! Most of the staff is very nice, minus one who was apparently very inconvenienced by having to get towels for the room. Also, found a bed bug! Rooms are half ass cleaned. I will not be back!

There were ants all over the room, and especially in tbe bathroom areas.

They got into my toiletries and food as well.

I paid $360 for 3 days and believe I should have received better.

What is tbe process I go through in order to receive some type of compensation.

The room was gross, stained chairs, floors dirty sticky, sheets with stains. I had to stay a few hours cuz there was no other hotels available at time I went to buy Clorox wipes and disinfectant because it was bad it was 2 am I was out buying cleaning supplies. Stayed there until 7 am when the office openned to get a refund for the rest of my stay and leave.

When my husband and I made the reservation we weren't able to request a disabled room. So when we arrived we asked the desk clerk if we could get one, due to my being an amputee. The desk clerk was VERY helpful and put us in the last disabled room they had.

Quite deplorable. The room was filthy. We had cockroaches and ants crawl up on us while sleeping. One of us woke up with two bites on the arm. The bathroom was dirty, the tub was dark with hair and the shower curtain was decaying. The chairs the room provided had brown and white stains on them. The room had a strange urine smell. The water was turned off several times during stay.

Holes in the walls, the chair was covered in something sticky, nose boogers all over the wall, the bedding was dirty, no hot water in the shower, the room smelled like cigarettes, the mirror was melted, we literally slept in our clothes we were so worried about what was on the bed and left first thing the following morning. Looks NOTHING like the pictures.

We arrived at 1 AM. When you get to the property you have to call someone via telephone. I waited a while for someone to get there. Besides the wait, the guy that helped me out was not nice. I had a question for him and sighed. I understand it’s late at night but customer service is very important for me. When, we get to the room, it’s dusty, smells like cigarettes, it was not clean. I didn’t feel safe there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms had an extremely bad odor a mixture of cigarettes and mold. Don’t stay at this property, we walked in the room and immediately asked for a refund. The gentleman at the reception I must say was extremely polite , nice and professional, he suggested a different room but we just couldn’t bear the smell of cigarettes and mold. I’m surprised not too many people mentions the smell of mold in the reception it’s almost unbearable. I hope the owner does something about it.

Chose the place for the price and it allowed pets. Room had ants, showerhead was old and half functioning, bed bouncy and a little too soft with kid sized flat pillows. Pool was in disrepair with a broken pool floor and plaster pieces sitting on side of pool so unsafe to use but it was still open. Needs a lot of updating but you get what you pay for.

The guy at check in was very nice and friendly. The room was no smoking but smelled of that super old horrible stuffy cigarette smell. The room has potential but looks as though housekeeping does not do their job. The bathroom was dirty. I had to clean stuff off of the toilet. Hair still in shower. A towel was still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The towels were stained, very small and looked very old. This place needs a deep clean and a new bed to make it decent.

The rooms were FILTHY! Insect egg casings in the bed linens. Mold in the showers. Broken shower tiles that were left hanging in the walls. Dirty walls, sticky bedside tables. Filthy black dirty floors. Outside handrails were black with dirt and grime and probably never been cleaned. We had planned a 3 night stay and due to inability to find other accommodations immediately we stayed two of the 3 nights. It was a horrible experience and we would like our money back. BTW…reviews on Expedia were all 7-10 stars! No way they were true.

Missing pieces. Television didn't work and the clerk couldn't make it work. Electrical outlets wouldn't work. The furniture is filthy and stained. And $163 for this. This place needs a match

It was fine for a quick overnight. The room needed some updating. There is a gap under the door to the outside and chipping in the bathtub. The bed was squeaky with had an old mattress. The room wasn't cleaned the best as there was something sticky on the floor by the sink.
The staff was very nice and the pool looked amazing but I didn't have time to check it out.

Checkin was easy, property isn’t in the greatest condition, the room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom tub liner was on the ground and the towels were not clean. There was a smell in the room, but I’m thinking it’s all the rooms, the chair was dirty, the floors were dirty, I wiped the counter tops with a wipe and it was dirty, not enough plugs near the night stand, the mini fridge was on the floor and wobbles. There was a lot of parking but the trees left a lot of sap on my car. There was an ice machine outside as well a vending machine

Okay for a Quick, Cheap Stay

I stayed at this motel in Reno for two nights with another adult. It’s definitely on the cheaper side, and you get what you pay for. The room was not very clean—the carpet was dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. The coffee pot and walls were also dirty, and the sink didn’t work when I arrived. I had to request maintenance, which was inconvenient.

That said, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived really late—around 3am—after getting caught in a blizzard, and they still checked me in without any issues. I spent most of my time out and about in Reno, only coming back to sleep, so it served its purpose. If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash and don’t mind a bit of grime, it might be okay. Otherwise, I’d suggest spending a little more for a cleaner stay.

The room had been upgraded with flooring and lighting fixtures. There was a smart TV and basic amenities you expect for economy room. The door was very difficult to shut which was troublesome for a handicap accessible room. The temperature control was not easy to maintain. The worst part were the bugs everywhere. My stay was in the Spring and there were little gnat like bugs everywhere. I was in town for the birth of a grandchild and was at the hospital except to sleep, so I did not contact motel staff, but I am not sure what they could have done to fix the issue if I had. I will not be returning to this location. Not worth the money saved.

Looked for a non resort to sleep and shower in. Room was clean, little dated. The toilet was very loose. almost tipped over when I sat to use it. Actually opened air between the ground and the toilet seat flange.

Also, TV remote didn't work.

Front desk and service was excellent. I’m a senior, and the front desk clerk carried my suitcase to the second floor room (no elevator). The bed is comfortable and the room a very average clean. The bathroom facilities, room, and door frame is extremely old and worn. The door was difficult to latch in cold temperatures. Housekeeping is only at request, translate not cleaned but once a guest leaves. However, on this occasion a good price for a traveler coming through for a night’s stay.

It's a second time I've been there last time was 2 years ago. You can't beat the price. Remember it's a two-star hotel. Remember if I give something five stars and it's a two-star hotel don't expect five star service from a two-star hotel. I've been to four and five star hotels there's a difference. But three times the price. For the inexpensive nights that we had here I would stay again.

Overall the unit was clean with the exception of what looked like painted over mold in shower area ceiling.
The coffee maker had to be moved just to find a plug in to use it.
The inside of the door had huge dings and the gap on the side actually let light in
