Could not contact owner or anyone else when reached property, contact person David(that I was given to call when I reached property was not reachable - said his number is not in service), no one could be reached, also neighborhood is pretty run down, had to cancel booking and rebook somewhere else..

Parking is also very near, only street parking, which is not even available, should have \"never\" booked this place, looks more like a scam..

The room was clean and well maintained, a bit dated but in no way affected our stay. Staff was helpful, we had a 2 night stay and they did not clean our room which I thought was weird but we flagged down the cleaner and she kindly brought us more tp & towels. We were a late check in and they were nice and helpful.

Room was spacious but worn, shower head sprayed out to leak on floor. Old dried coffee left in pot. Said there would be continental breakfast but none provided. Wanted to leave early in morning no one at office at 6:30 or 7:00 am. I was forced to pay deposit but when I called to have it dropped next day no record of it was available despite it as pending charge on my bank statement.
It was very reasonable rate and quiet location
As it was set back from highway.

Room was clean, showers had decent waterpressure and stayed warm throughout the shower, but one thing I didn't expect was the tv was surprisingly large with accessibility to the HDMI ports which is great if you want to watch your own movies, Staff was also nice and professional as well.

Only thing I did have a issue with is that they take $100 out of your account for a safety deposit instead of just keeping your card on file without taking money from your account like many other hotels do, this was not mentioned till I arrived and I also didnt recieve it back till a couple days after I checked out to which I had to call to make sure they didn't forget to return my deposite to me...

Okay for the price, easy to find, but quite run down and not particularly clean (walls, furniture, carpets, drapes), and way too many people smoking out in front of the rooms and in the breezeways and stairs, landings, ice vending ... people just smoking EVERYWHERE. Very hard to walk about to & from one's room without walking through clouds & plumes of cigarette smoke. I smell like an ashtray ... and I don't smoke!

the first room they put me in was so bad in cigerate smoke, they told me they did not have anything room, I went and bought 100.00 in cleaning supplies, tried to get rid of smell, went back to office told them I could not stay there, they found another room, not as bad but gross dirty. there are broken down cars in the parking lot. I pulled back the sheets and the blanket was so stained. I had to by a sleeping back to sllep on the bed.

The room reeked with the smell of Tabasco smoke.
The wall bed lights were unplugged and we had to pull out the bed and find a plug. A hastle .
We wanted to lay in bed and watch a movie only to find the TV not hooked up with their new system.
I now lay here wanting to sleep so the night will pass and we can get out of here.
My nose burns from the smoke smell and am nauseated.
A very bad experience.
A full refund is due!!!

We walked in to the room and you could smell nothing but smoke and it was enough to make you gag. Then we had no choice but to stay there and there's not even a blanket. It was just the sheet. Horrible place we were booked there for two nights. We only stayed that one night. It was awful.

I made a reservation for this facility the day before. When I arrived on the day, there was one employee there who told me, \"It's not open at the moment. It's scheduled to reopen in August.\" I told them I had made a reservation, but they said it had been refunded, so as long as it wasn't open there was nothing I could do so I booked another facility. The accommodation fee was deducted from my credit card, what a careless company Expedia is. Selling a facility that isn't open and then conducting a survey on top of that. Please refund my money immediately.

There was a lot of activity the night we stayed. A guy sitting by the door next to us smoking in a camping chair and then yelling with another guy who picked him up. Car alarms starting at 5am. Lots of long term renters maybe, stayed one night passing through so it worked.

People living there permanently (plants in the windows). We have stayed in other ABV properties, nothing ever like this one. Disgusting. We have photos if needed.

Normally I stay here but this trip the heater sounded like there was a Cetepillar D3 in the room with me. And the bed had only a sheet and a thin bedspread. The outside temperature was below freezing. So the choice was to freeze or listen to a very loud heater. I ended up trying to do both, sleep until the inside temperature was close to the outside temperature, then turn on the heater and be kept awake until the room warmed up. Then shut off the heater and try to sleep. And repeat 3-4 times that night

We didn't even stay at this dump. Forfeited our nights stay because this place was totally unfit and very dirty. The rooms smelled terrible and there were homeless people all around the area! The room was dirty. There were visible hairs in the bedsheets, on the shower curtain, on the unused towels, on the lampshade (photo), and even on the corner of the wall (photo). The chair was coming apart the seams (photo). The carpet was badly stained (photo). There was even a piece of a candy wrapper on top of the phone.
We were in a room that was smoke-free yet it had the smell of stale cigarettes. There was a car air freshener hanging from one of the lamps.

I’m a firefighter nurse & my work booked a stay on my way thru to a fire & when i got there there were cops everywhere, bad part of town in the first place, than the guy comes after a few minutes from working on a car in the parking lot to attend to me. He asked for 100$ deposit from me, and I said I didn’t have pets and he said it’s for everyone and pets, I stated it doesn’t say that on the website and I want to cancel. He told me to contact Expedia and if they need ti contact him than he would be there since he knew it didn’t say it on there as I showed. Expedia has a number that hangs up on you so I had to go thru the chat, and he acknowledged my issue was correct and said he would contact the hotel to process my refund after being on the chat for an hour while a state away from where I need to be and trying to find a new hotel to stay at since this one was preying on customers for $. Now Expedia tells me they can’t get ahold of the hotel because that seems like something a hotel would would do, not have a phone? So they after 3 days would hey sent an email and I have sent an email, than had to dispute it thru my bank, and than today had to file a report against the hotel and Expedia afterwards. It’s been a nightmare process and I would not recommend these crooks or Expedia now for that matter they should know better.

Had 2 rooms upstairs with walk way passing windows. The window had a screen but did not lock so window could b opened. The 2nd room had a lock on the window that had to b screwed on. Did not feel safe and some guests were hanging out on hallway outside rooms smoking til late at night. Would not ever go there again

We got there and the room we first went to smelled so bad i almost puked when we walked in the door. I went back to the office and told them and they did kindly offer us another room. He gave me the keys and i went to the new room and the lady was still cleaning, for an hour i waited outside in the car until i finally just started helping her clean. It still smelled just kinda yuck and it was just old and grimey. Not the worst hotel ive ever seen but it definitely was not a nice hotel. I couldnt wait to leave.
