The standard room is much smaller than the pictures, unless you stay in a suite the room is tiny and very hard to move around in if you have more than 1 person staying. The overall cleanliness could be improved - the rug in the room looked super dirty and brown. The shower head had black moulds on it, so I’d recommend for the hotel to have a thorough clean of this. The wardrobe door fell out of the hinges but luckily did not fall on me. The only positive is that the hotel fixed this straight away when I informed them. The black out curtain was stuck and could not be pulled down. The only positive of this hotel is its central locationn TST. Definitely NOT a 4* hotel!

The hotel photos look so much better than reality. You have to leave a $100 US cash deposit for incidental charges at checkin and not a credit card hold. The hotel is located on a side street however it is close walking distance to the harbor.

The location is great, close to subway, easy access from airport (we took the A21 bus and it left us a few blocks away), short walk to the harbor and so many food options nearby. The room itself was not the cleanest,

This hotel has earned its spot as my go-to destination in Hong Kong! I'm grateful for the outstanding service provided by Tom, Paggy, and Crystal, who ensured a seamless and comfortable stay. The hotel's cleanliness, security, and amenities are truly exceptional. The room was immaculate, the aircon was perfectly chilled, and the reclining bed was a wonderful touch. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining options, 7-Eleven, and the MTR station just steps away. This is probably one of the best locations to stay in when visiting Hong Kong. When I was reading the reviews of this place, people kept saying, \"Oh, this place is dark\", but that does not matter and is not a reason not to like this place. It was clean, in a fantastic location, quiet, and really had everything you need on a trip. In all honesty, you don't even need facilities to have a good hotel because, for real travellers, you only really go to your room at night to sleep. There were also some reviews about the thick pillows; in my opinion, they were just right, but that changes per person. Overall, the hotel is a great stay if you're going to HK mainly due to its lower price compared to others around the area and also the location cause just outside is the entrance to the subway, and there are many bus lines just around the corner.

Very good location but everything else was bad

Noise isolation was bad. Could hear music from the room next door. Music could be heard at late night as late as 1am and as early as 9am. Hotel staff couldn’t do anything about it. Express that they also paid money and they have their freedom to do what they want. We could not get a good sleep because of this and requested to change room. However, we were told that we had to wait 2 days as there was no room available. Room cleaning was also subpar as the room was still dusty.

Safe, convenient, stylish room and spectacular view and reasonably priced are reasons for my consistent stay at your hotel throughout the years. I have lived in superior, deluxe to even the presidental suite. Many friends and families have heard my thankful reviews of how i adore Hotel Pravo.

Unfortunately, I have such a shock today, experienced a serious issue I could never have imagined. It's safety. Safety should be the top priority as hotels are second homes to travellers.

Two fire alarm rang at the very early morning, when the second one lasted for more than ten minutes. With panic and fear, i walked down from 8/f, with my knee in recovering stage at the moment. Arriving at the lobby, no staff were present. Many of us stayed at the lobby and waited for long. When some of us were about to call 999, a staff on duty walked in holding Mcdonalds takeaway. We would have least expected no available staff were on duty.

He finally mentioned a room on the 8/f were smoking, twice! (third after 10 minutes) and caused what had happened. He also mentioned the people involved were probably from those triad society. With fear, I asked if I could move to a different floor. He didnt reply with a direct no but nothing else.

I am writing, with my sincere heart, was i have been with the highs and lows with pravo. You have always been amazing, until recent years, when cutting budgets may be the option with reduced number of customers.

The atmosphere is not for everyone, the dark themed rooms are eerie and spooky. The dark room and mirrors make it quite challenging to make out what you're seeing. The dark theme rooms do not provide a comforting feeling at all. The staff was not very helpful at helping us change to a light themed room... We were never given an option to pick the themed room. If we were provided a light themed room as we intended based on the photos, we would have been able to get over the dark lobby, hallways and elevator.

We are total 2 ppls . We saw the photos that is 1 bedroom and setting room. But we finally have a normal 1 queen size and no bedroom.

We request 1 more card key , they declined and said no this service, just provide 1 card . But we are 2 ppls.
Second , we ask for 1 more sheets . They said they can’t provide . It’s ridiculous .

Un hotel di città un po’ datato, anonimo ma tutto nella norma. I letti sono comodissimi e la pulizia del bagno eccellente. Per chi non ha grandi pretese va benissimo; segnalo la posizione invidiabile difronte alla metro per tutte le direzione e dove in 2 minuti a piedi si è sulla baia. Nathan Road è quasi all’angolo. Il personale è disponibile e cortese. Tutto ok!
