We had such a wonderful stay at La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The service from all the staff was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Hoang, who took great care of us from day one and made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable.

Breakfast each morning was absolutely fantastic. There was an incredible variety of options, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making every morning feel relaxed and enjoyable.

The overall atmosphere of the resort was simply beautiful. The ambience throughout the property created such a calm and peaceful environment, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy our time there. The resort facilities were also excellent, with lovely pool areas and great amenities that made it easy to spend the day relaxing without needing to leave.

Even though we didn’t visit during the warmest season, we still had a fantastic experience and can only imagine how lovely it would be during the warmer months. We are already looking forward to coming back again and staying longer next time.

La Siesta Resort in Hoi An is located in the quieter part of Hoi An. My family and I liked the idea of being away from all the noise and crowds after being in HCMC. We loved all the swimming pools, choice of two buffet breakfast restaurants, the gym equipment, room layout (especially Jacuzzi) and the approachable and friendly staff. We look forward to staying at La Siesta again in the near future.

La Siesta in Hoi An was a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for resting and resetting. The property is located just on the edge of Hoi An and it’s an oasis, but you would never know from looking at the street front. Four pools, huge trees, and gardens, beautiful walkways everything is so perfect one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stated a lot of them.

The staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were kind, and the servers at the restaurant were also really nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.
The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small and the lighting was too dim. Also, plastic part of the key holder kept coming loose and falling to the floor. Overall, many of the interior features in the room were quite old.

An excellent hotel set in beautiful grounds and gardens. It has no fewer than four swimming pools and two great restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful and did everything to help me enjoy my stay. It is a little way out of the centre requiring a 15 minute walk to the edge of the old town. However, taxis and rides are easily available. I ate twice in the Temple restaurant and the food was very good.

Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this.

Make sure u book a suite so u can have breakfast in the less busy temple restaurant … food selection was outstanding and all the staff are friendly and attentive… nothing to fault again !!!

The hotel itself is fine. We didn't get off to a good start when our first meal on arrival was not very good. The fridge in our room was not very cold. All our other meals were fine and we were able to get an ice bucket to remedy the not so cold fridge. The one big problem I had at the resort was the staff. They have obviously been trained to engage with guests and check that everything is ok. The conversation would then progress to what your plans were and the weather. It went on forever.
This is lovely until it reaches the point that you are constantly interrupted and hassled incessantly. It was over the top. The resorts training needs to include when to back off and stop annoying the guest and let them have a holiday!

The service is excellent from housekeeping to reception.

This was my first time visiting Vietnam, and this resort and spa instantly became a place I’ll always treasure. Nestled in a lush, tropical rainforest setting, the atmosphere was both serene and enchanting—like stepping into a dream. The calming energy, thoughtful design, and magical ambiance created a deeply restorative experience.
From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member—from the front desk to the spa therapists and dining team—was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Always smiling, always acknowledging, they made me feel seen and valued throughout my stay.
The food was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and made with locally sourced ingredients. It’s something I deeply appreciate and wholeheartedly support. Every bite reflected care and quality.
I treated myself to two long massages, and both were among the best I’ve ever had—expertly delivered in an immaculate, peaceful space. The spa staff had a true gift for healing and relaxation.
Leaving this place was bittersweet. It was more than a vacation—it was a soul-refreshing experience. I’ll carry the memories with me, and without question, I know exactly where I’ll return when I need to feel grounded, cared for, and inspired again.

Absolutely beautiful resort , first class infinity swimming pool , room was amazing & spotless clean , Food was delicious, all the staff are very friendly & helpful, but big ThankYou to Hoang ~ “Guest Relations Officer “ who goes above & beyond to make your stay memorable.
I would recommend & return to this resort , infact my daughter is returning next week with her partner as she was so impressed , & has cancelled her other hotel booking .

La Siesta Resort offer a complimentary shuttle bus service in to town & to the beach where they have a beach club , the beach was a tropical paradise & we had lovely lunch at their restaurant, we also made use of the complimentary sun beds

My & my daughter enjoyed the very well priced cocktails during Happy Hour at the gorgeous infinity pool !

Excellent service. Staff is amazing willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Excellent breakfast. We had the opportunity to have dinner at one of their restaurants and it was AMAZING. As a platinum member, I have been around quite a lot and this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Kwuang ( forgive me if didn’t spell right) was sooo nice and helpful. His recommendations were right on point 😉. Will stay here again if I decide to visit This great city again.

Amazing property with luxurious living!
The staff will treat you like royalty and you are a motorcycle ride away from the heart of Hoi An.

This property has the best spa in Hoi an and offers 4 pools to relax at! They also have great relationships with local tailors if you are coming in for custom clothing.

Everything about this property is worth a visit and stay here. I’m planning to return to Hoi An and I will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at La Siesta Hoi A resort for two nights with two adults and two children ( 11 and 13 years old ). Our room was two stories and plenty of space for us. Room was very clean and pretty. We had dinner and breakfast at hotel restaurant. Staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. Food was wonderful. Especially we liked breakfast. Breakfast is buffet style and but also we can order food such as French toast, pancake, egg Benedict, local Vietnam food at the table. There were many fresh juice and nice coffee. I loved iced coconut coffee.
I had body massage at La Spa at this hotel and that was awesome. My children enjoyed swimming in the pool and adults enjoyed happy hour time ( Vietnam beer) at the pool side.
All staff at this hotel were very polite, kind, helpful and friendly. When we leave from this hotel, we missed them a lot.
Thank you for lovely time and we really want to come back here sometimes.

This property was like living in paradise, every accommodation block had its own swimming pool, the largest pool was salt water, the restaurants were excellent and both were open for breakfast options and the night time dining was excellent one being western style and the other being Asian style. Our room was huge, with separate room with a spa bath tub and showers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the way one of the restaurant bars gave you 2 happy hour options, one at normal happy hour times and the other at 8pm time. The hotel is about 1km from the action of Hoi An and that made it quieter and only a couple of dollars in a cab so we loved this aspect of it

This property was amazing. Great friendly and helpful staff, beautiful grounds including pools, wonderful food at the restaurants, and great spa. Located just outside of Old Town only 10-15 walk to there which made it nice to not be right inside Old Town. Even though a room upgrade was not offered or mentioned at checkin, they immediately contacted me with an upgrade after I had reviewed the checkin process. The only minor thing I wish they would add would be shuttle service to Old Town after 3pm (that’s the latest shuttle). Overall this was a great hotel that I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful oasis just outside Hoi An Old Town. Rooms are clean with modern amenities, good AC etc. Restaurants onsite were very good as well…and staff are all superb..especially Miss Lan who we met on our last visit to Hoi An 2 years ago. Will definitely come back if we get the chance.

Everything was great. My only (minor) criticism is that the room was a little noisy during the day. Workmen were drilling on an upstairs floor. And a heated pool would be good for winter months?
Staff were wonderful - it’s part of the Vietnamese character to be kind and thoughtful. Would stay again without hesitation.

The best service is they offer is the person who checks you in gives you their What’s App phone number and they are available for you to message with any questions etc… Remy was allocated to us and he was amazing. He even made recommendations for a tailor, best Bahn Mi and dinner options. He even made bookings for us at restaurants in old town for us. Hotel is clean and the spa is world class. We will be back

Amazing experience and service. We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before.

Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort away from hustle and bustle. Property is very well maintained and has great amenities! Highly recommend the stay here😊

I would definitely recommend this property. The resort is beautifully set-up, with all facilities and good rooms (stayed in Junior Suite). The key downside is that this is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the main area and the hotel shuttle runs at very limited intervals.

The 3 separate pools are excellent and staff is very helpful.

The breakfast was good and had variety and the team was superb.

The only cons for my stay were that:
1. There was not separator between the shower area and room in one room (in our second room there was a sheer curtain).
2. The sheets though clean, had a lot of stains.

Paradise Oasis in heart of the Old Town

WOW WOW WOW!
What a hotel, a beautiful oasis on the edge of Hoi An old town. We arrived to Sang’s welcome greetings and to be upgraded as they knew a big birthday was coming up.. the room really was something special, French decor and great eye to details, I think the top suite in the hotel and the views to the sunset and paddy fields impress. The highlight was Sang Nguyen, from recommendation to even spotting my heat rash and giving a local remedy!

We stayed at la siesta for 6 nights. The staff are wonderful with a smile on their face and a warm welcome every day. We had several small issues that affected our stay and even though you are constantly asked for feedback on each part of the resort when negative feedback was given the reaction was taken personally. . I feel feedback should not be addressed with your guests at the time it is given. A good welcome as we arrived. Staff were excellent, Our room was clean and well maintained, Breakfast was fantastic, Wide choice to choose with good coffee and soft drinks, Also the pools and the pool areas were so relaxing, Would love to go back to this Hotel.

I liked the location of the property, on the edge of the town. Nice rural farms and rice fields that boarder the hotel grounds. Very peaceful and pleasant setting, yet close enough to the heart of Hoi An. Your hotel staff couldn't have been any more accommodating. You have an excellent operation going for you.

5 star resort with exceptional attention to detail

Absolutely the best resort! From the cold tea they served when we arrived until the smiling waving staff when we left - this place exceeded all expectations. A definite return if we are fortunate to return to Hoi A some day.
