Multiple times we could not find any employees at the front desk. We had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk so we could check in. We tried calling someone and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. We also had cold water in the shower for the majority of the time. When leaving the elevator wasn’t working.

It was a maze to even find the room. Room was very hot ac seemed to not work well. The room could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom faucet was leaking on the floor.

There was no hot water in the room. The nice man at the front desk could not get ahold of a manager and got yelled at by the owner. They did not suggest moving me to another room just told me to wait. Then I found out there was a gentleman who had no hot water for 3 days, so I left.

Positive: the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room was decently clean.
Negative: the hallways smells of cigarette or cigar smoke. Doors don’t close properly unless you slam them. Walls are super thin. Bed blanket had a shoe print and one of the towel had stains on them.
It’s not a bad place when you’re in a pinch.

The place looks brand new and is very well designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the large TVs in the rooms were a nice touch. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and we really enjoyed our stay.

The only downsides were a couple of maintenance issues. The shower took 5–10 minutes before the water would even get warm, and we couldn’t get the thermostat to work properly, so we were unable to turn on the air conditioning to cool things down.

Aside from those issues, it’s a beautiful place and one we would definitely consider staying at again.

I would give this no stars if I could. Tell me how a hotel is going to shut off the hot water to the entire hotel on a holiday weekend? I had a toddler and a 9 month old baby. There are NO amenities and good luck calling or finding front desk staff! Forwarding your phone to voicemail (which is full by the way) on a holiday weekend is HORRIBLE customer service!

We checked into our first room and the toilet was not working nor was there hot water. Tried calling the front desk and the phone in the room didn’t even work so I had to walk downstairs, wait in line to move rooms. The second room- same scenario . No hot water and no working bathroom. When I went back to the front desk I was told we would have to wait 40+ mins for a clean room but there was no guarantee it would have hot water . There is also no mention that their pool, hot tub and game room was NOT open. When I asked for a refund the front desk guy couldn’t even get a hold of their manager or the maintenance person . What kind of hotel doesn’t have a manager on site ?? How can you expect to run a hotel business with no hot water and no functioning toilet in not one but two rooms ??? My cousin who was in another hall also had no hot water . Terrible place DO NOT book here . We ended up going to another hotel down the road which had a lot more amenities and free breakfast.

The staff at the front desk was a step in so she was unfamiliar with the hotel and did not offer us much help with anything our first night. The next night, a guy staff member came knocking on our door and he asked my husband what he did for work, and if he worked at the hotel, and other weird personal questions and then said he had the wrong room. Besides the staff, the shades in our room were completely broke with the cord to them frayed and hanging down since they were electric, so it remained dark the whole time in our room. The shower water never got warm even after running it for 10 minutes, it was always freezing cold no matter what time of day we tried to use it. The last thing was the cleanliness, we could visibly see dirt all over the ground when we first arrived and many things were not wiped down. We did enjoy how close the hotel was to lots of dining places and grocery stores, but we will not be staying here ever again.

My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience.

The restaurant, game room and spa were all when we came, even though these were the amenities advertised on hotels.com and the reason we chose to stay here when we had some car issues on a roadtrip. We were very disappointed! Also, no soap in the bathroom, but the empty box from the previous guest was still in the shower.

Thankfully, there is a mechanic shop across the parking lot and the hotel gave us a late check out while we are waiting to have the brakes checked on my car.

The staff were super nice and helpful with good restaurant recommendations in the area, you just have to to the front desk for help because they don’t answer the phone if you call from the room.

Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours.

The hotel was perfectly nice, clean, staff was friendly. Definitely a bummer though to pick a hotel over a motel, thinking you can access some of those amenities (which usually justify the higher price). Was definitely bummed to see the spa was out, as I was on a work trip and have a bad back, so I love to sit in hot water after long drives.

No restaurant on site was open. No free breakfast in holiday inn . Shower was broken so was moved to another room but room was kind of facing the interior and was pitch dark thru the window. Sewer smell near the lobby. I would say if possible avoid. Find a better place

Entrance and first floor smelled like cattle. Bed was comfortable however the bed frame was poking out which we hit our legs on many times. Drywall was not completed around outlets or the water sprinklers. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

When we arrived my room was taken so we got a lower one I paid for a balcony a week ahead of time, we didn’t get told about the pool and hot tub was down so me and my kids were ready and had to pay some where to do something with them , someone spilled seeds out side the door we told them about it the day before we left as housekeeper were on the phones and didn’t clean it up until after we left, and then we would have to pay $16 a plate so um yeah , if we need a place to Silverthorne rec center was awesome !!! The breakfast was really good thanks chef!!!

The front desk employee was very friendly and professional besides that there isn’t much good to say about this property. There was a trail of mud on the floor when we arrived which was there for over one day. Our sheets had a hair on them. When we asked for extra towels, they pulled them out of a big bin of laundry. We had no idea if they were clean.

I wish i could have rated the staff higher as the two staff that were working what seemed like 24 hour shifts were not able to sustain the hours because management wouldn't allow them to be paid overtime. Additionally the management would not allow their staff off at the posted end of shift. Finally, management had fired all bit the two posted without hiring replacements causing the issue.

Our firstvroom the heat and air didn't work, then the toilet wouldn't flush. They gave us a different room, went to the new room and there was people already in that room. The third room we were put in wasn't updated like the other rooms were. Also, the pool and hot tub that was advertised (also why we chose this hotel) was all under construction. This was after the employees checked us in, watch us try to get in the pool are and never notified us of this.

The price and location are good. But this property has an entire floor of rooms with no windows - or a window that opens to a literal brick wall with no light whatsoever!! When moved to a new room when our mini fridge did not work, we were moved to another room without a window. Tell customers that ahead of time!

Good place, they need to however bring their game up on warm breakfast. Cold coffee, no real cream for coffee, most warm food not kept warm! Who uses 4 oz cups for coffee? Just few improvements will help get this place up to par for what a Holiday Inn should be!

Room was clean and nice, but the tv didn’t work. Told them twice, and they said they would come up and get it to work, but they never came. Fridge wasn’t plugged in, so we plugged it in, and all our food was frozen in the morning. Pool and hot tub weren’t in service.

The pool and hot tub are under construction so we were unable to use them. We didn’t know this because we booked with Expedia and it didn’t have a notice on the listing. :( Also the walls and doors are very thin and you can hear everything going on in next room and hallway. The toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to open the top and fix it ourselves. I didn’t see any water fill stations either. But the rate was cheap so you get what you pay for. The room seemed clean. I do wish there were more towels as we had 4 people in the room. I called down for more but there was no answer. It served its purpose but not sure I would stay there again.
