I've stayed here several times on ski trips, it's always been an affordable, decent place. Quick I-70 and Hwy 6 access, close to ski resorts, hiking trails, establishments & shopping. The staff on my stays have been excellent - very helpful and friendly. The rooms have been good, the continental breakfast is fine, and really enjoy the very nice hot tub and pool.

This place should definitely remove the word “luxury” from its name. I give it a legitimate 3 out of 10 because that’s simply what it is. Don’t expect anything nice. It worked for me, as a single man needing one night before skiing the next day. I wouldn’t bring a female or family. Front desk staff stays behind some curtain and it requires ringing the bell several times before they can be bothered to come out to offer assistance. Also, this is the earliest check out time (10am) I’ve ever seen. Evidently, it takes 6 hours to clean the rooms. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

It’s definitely no longer a luxury inn. Everything is quite old and needs renovation or updating, but overall it’s worth the money you pay. The location is convenient. There’s even a pool and a hot tub. The breakfast is so-so, but there’s still something to eat. It was clean and comfortable, and despite the downsides, we didn’t have any unpleasant feeling staying there, even though we lived there for several days.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service during our stay from January 2 to January 4 were very disappointing. Our room did not receive housekeeping service at all unless we personally tracked someone down. There's a list of things that make you wonder if the maintenance guy is drinking on the job. 1) the fridge in the room kept making popping noises 2) the bathtub was missing a grab bar, and the holes were just left open for water to run inside to the wall 3) the tub and sink drained super slowly 4) the room's heater needs a filter change. We turned it on and i immediately started sneezing and became really stuffed up. So, we slept in a cold room without heat. 5) There was a lamp that was just there for decoration... the plug couldn't reach any outlets. 6) the hot tub/pool were so OVER-chlorinated that my skin felt like it had been sunburned 7) the continental breakfast was pretty sad... the milk for cereal wasn't even kept cool. Overall, not great, not going to win another stay from me.
