The proximity to the lake was great, but the rooms were freezing, literally 58 and the heaters didn't work. We found a space heater and used that. Said it was non smoking, but the whole hotel smelled of smoke. It's literally a Super 8 by the lake. Not worth the money.

Overall, had a good experience. The location was very convenient to local ski resorts which made the experience much more pleasurable. Rooms are a bit dated and could use a facelift. If you are person like me that really is not concerned about decor, the price per night made is just right for you. The hot tube and sauna were wonderful after a day on the slopes. Can get a little crowded, but that is because everyone has the same idea. Breakfast was a great touch - fuel up before hitting the slopes.

Stay was great. Solid breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room. 2 minute walk to the dillon ampetheater and the best view in town. Hot tub worked and was clean, only problem with it is that i had to walk outside to get there and that was cold. There is a sauna too, but we sat in there for 30 minutes and it still wasnt hot enough. Not sure if we were supposed to put water on the coals, and if so thats our fault. Last thing i will say is considering the price that was one of my favorite hotels.

The room was clean and seemed recently updated, however you could hear everything, those walls and ceilings are so thin, it was hard to stay asleep. The breakfast was as expected, my only other complaint was the hostess that we checked in with, she was barely audible and seemed like we were bothering her, she wasn’t friendly at all. As also part of the hospitality industry, customer service must come as second nature. Other than that, it was an okay stay, probably wouldn’t stay again.

Something is wrong with the heating system. It was OVER 80 degrees in our room. It was below zero outside, so I cracked a window but it was still SO hot I couldn’t sleep all night. This was a miserable experience.

Clean and quiet room and we even had a peak of Lake Dillon. Older property that has been updated, but I didn't see an elevator. Decent breakfast as well. Great value and best bed I've slept on anywhere in the area. Great location close to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone ski resorts, with the hike/bike trails really close. You can ride to Keystone or go west, and ride out past Vail on the Ten Mile trail. We would stay here again!

Loved the location here, right across the street from Dillon Amphitheater and Marina Park. Rooms were clean and felt safe, and the beds (and especially the pillows) were very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the inner courtyard grounds, and the spa and sauna were spacious and in great condition. Front desk staff very personable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our room was very warm and adjusting the thermostat did nothing. We were told the boiler was very old and they couldn't do anything. The breakfast area is much too small and gets crowded quickly with lack of space even to get your food. We loved being right across from Dillon reservoir. Very small area for the hot tub and usually too busy to get a spot. The location is the plus, wish they would update the property.

room was spacious and clean . The smell of cleanser was a bit strong, but tolerable. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was so welcome and delicious. The gentleman who worked to provide breakfast deserves a raise! he worked tirelessly . thanks to him.
The key cards for the door entry were problematic, had to have them recharged, and only one worked on outside doors.

Great location, facing the beautiful lake Dillon, only 15 minutes away from Loveland ski area. We loved the lodge-style rooms. Our room was downstairs in building 2, which is the same building as the hot tub & sauna, just behind the office/breakfast room in building 1. Having the room directly open to the parking lot made it easier to get our winter sport gears in & out of the car. It was also nice to have the view of the lake through the window & when you walk out the door.
Now, the accommodations. Coffee, tea, & granola bars were always available in the office, next to the reception desk - loved this!
Breakfast options were 2 hot items (eggs & sausage/bacon), individually-packaged pastries, breads, peanut butter & jelly, oatmeal, yogurt, 3 types of fresh fruits, coffee, juices, milk, & nondairy milk. Loved that they had uncrustables in the pastry box.
The room was spacious, with a kitchenette, medium sized fridge, wine opener, bottle opener, plates, cups, eating utensils, a baking pan, basic utensils & pots/pans for simple cooking & baking. It was nice to make & enjoy a quick warm meal in the comfort of your room after a day of skiing/snowboarding.
There is a City Market grocery store (Kroger family store) less than 5 minutes away drive, past traffic lights. There are many stores & restaurants within 5-minute drive.
The room pricing was reasonable for the provided amenities.
We would definitely come here again.

Stayed for a show at Dillon Amphitheatre and had a room facing the stage. It was awesome and staff friendly- the whole place was a bit of a party vibe for the concert, which was great for us but probably not everyone's cup of tea if they're unaware, so check the amphitheater schedule as well before booking.

Though the outside is dated, the room was spacious, nicely remodeled and comfortable. It was also very quiet despite being full.

We came with modest expectations due to other reviews and were pleasantly surprised and how nice it was. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, hot and the area was well attended/clean.

If we are in the area again, we will certainly consider this hotel again.
