They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?

This was a last minute booking when roads closed and it was fantastic. For the same price as a hotel room in Dillon or Silverthorne we had a beautiful 4th floor unit that was spacious for a 1 bedroom and very clean. I would definitely book this again.

The people above us were loud and there is no sound proofing. We couldn't sleep because they were up so late and so loud. They also blocked us in the next morning with their giant truck. The place was nice but unfortunately not a good experience given how obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate the upstairs guests were.

The room was amazing! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and pool after skiing. Overall, great stay! The only reason it got 4 stars is because the heater was very strong, so we had to open the window to cool off the loft.

It was not conveniently located for public transportation - the bus stops were a 10-15 minute walk away, and the shuttle stop was about 6 minutes, all of which I found physically difficult when carrying skis and gear. I also thought I'd have a view of the lake, but it was blocked by trees.

I rented two condos for me and my family. No accommodations could be made to have my condos close. They were far apart, it was a 10 minute walk to get to them. The condo had multiple stains on the carpet throughout the condo. Everything was very dated and old feeling!
I even called the front desk to report the carpet and missing ski locker key. There were electricity issues and my son got shocked several times adjusting the AC and using the wallplug sockets in the bedroom. The phone cord and bed side lamp would surge and flicker on and off
The deck of the condo was very soft and it would give and sag when I walked out in the deck!! There was very thick ice covering the entire walkway from the parking lot to the condo. No effort was made to remove the ice and it was very dangerous to get from the condo across this parking lot to my vehicle!!
My stay was VERY dangerous overall. Would not recommend!!!!!!

I love the feng shui of the place, but the heater was on absolute blast when we got there, it was easily above 90f in the whole place. We tried turning all of them off using every thermostat we could find, it was still 90+ for hours. The only thing that fixed it is when the staff finally came (after I got a migraine from being in a sauna with my 3 kids for a couple hours trying to get dinner going) they just flipped the breakers to turn it off. We stayed two nights and they still didn't fix it by the end of it. The manager was very nice and waived some fees for us, so I do feel there was *some* compensation but it went from 90+f to 60f over the couple nights and our last morning we all had to bundle up for hours while trying to clean and pack up. Beautiful place, unclean hot tub, great staff, a very bittersweet time. Still very grateful, just frustrating.

This was a great lakeside Condo, great views, really enjoyed are stay , one thing why we couldn’t give five stars was the pool and spa facility, the pool even though indoor was unbearably cold the hot tub also was what the pool should of been but then itself should have been 15 degrees warmer we chose this facility because of the indoor pool for my children so it was a little disappointing, but overall was a great place to stay

It was a little confusing realizing that we would be in one Lodge and that there were so many different lodging options spread out over 2 mile radius. I had also sent a note letting someone know that my sister would be joining to early check-in and somehow that never got to your front desk. The place was in a good location. More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. The property grounds need maintained and you may consider making improvements to the pool - making in a larger amenity and easier to access for all buildings

Easy access with a view

We were in unit 1706. It could use a little updating but was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My kids loved the electric fireplace with different colored lights. The view of the lake was stunning! We have no complaints for the price we paid and would gladly come back. Very easy to access both Keystone and Breckenridge.

Good place for Keystone

Good location, we stayed at Willow, walking distance to pizza and pool/hot tub otherwise you need to drive to Ski lifts or other food places. It has wood burning fireplace that we never used as place was already bit smoky. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The music on the village is loud and does not get turn off until 10pm. Also, there is no blackout curtains so it feels like is morning the entire night. Nice views but option for dark curtains should be available. Front desk don't answers to complains.

We stayed at a studio condo for the Christmas holidays, and it was super cozy and warm. The condo overlooked the lake, and we enjoyed watching the skaters. We did have a wristband to skate, but we were there for Keystone skiing. That week was very crowded. There were many families. It took a long time to get to the mountains because of the crowds. Choose another time if you can!
We had a lovely kitchen and a large fridge. There is a gas fireplace, and the couch opens, so truly four people could sleep in this room. Parking was tight--again the timing. The office staff was super nice, and I was also given a full bottle of white wine. This is my second time to this property, and it does not disappoint. Winter wonderland!

I had reserved a studio for 4 nights of stay thinking this is Keystone resort and had the worst experience, so bad that I was desperate to check out after the first night... Here is why:

1. There was no heat in the studio, so we were freezing the entire night. The next day, they said they will be sure to fix the heat. Three maintenance guys came throughout the day and in the evening concluded the heat just couldn't be fixed. There was a wind chill and it was snowing and were without heat for more than 24 hours!
2. They have tension rods on windows and broken blinds on the porch door. The bed is fixed and immovable, located right next to the window sills. At night the tension rod fell off on its own and hit my head, causing me to have headache the entire next day.
3. The management staff was unapologetic. On speaking with the hotel manager, not only was he patronizing, he said he will not refund me for the night of having no heat and tension rod injury. I was charged around four hundred dollars a night for this experience. Even though I booked through Expedia, they deferred the refund to this manager and Keystone resort. The manager said he is his own boss and does not work under Keystone. Keystone resort said they can't help because it was booked through Expedia, so Expedia must provide the entire refund which they have not.
4. Furniture was dated and phone with broken keys. Apparently the property is privately owned and just listed under keystone, not managed by them.

Although there were some nice things about this property, there were also some really odd and inconvenient things. Some of which maybe aren’t solvable, but some could have very easy solutions. Everything was very clean and nice, but the entire property is very hard to find your way around And navigate. We were told we were on the second floor, but the elevator doesn’t give floor numbers. It just gives garage and parking choices so that took a while to figure out. There’s no air conditioning which would have been fine if there was a ceiling fan and if the windows opened. But you are stuck in a very hot little condo with closed windows and we had to search to find a fan to just make it bearable. This could have easily been solved with a ceiling fan or windows that opened or both! The television is also very small and , you can only watch television from the couch area. No television to watch when you’re in bed and since it was like a 38 inch television, you couldn’t really see it Very well even from The viewing area. Cute little convenience kitchenette but no ice was made in the freezer and no ice available anywhere nearby. Again very solvable. It was also very unclear where the pool and hot tub were and how to get in. There was a chain around the gate and nobody around anywhere to help. I’m sure this property is great to stay at in the winter time If you are skiing, but summertime vacationing not so much. Next time I’ll stay in Breckenridge at a nicer resortfor the same price.

I loved the mountains and lake view from my window, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, the condo is very clean and comfortable.
What I didn't like is how early they turned off the fireplace, but 10pm there's nothing to do outside since it gets a little cold and we had no fireplace on.

Anniversary getaway gone wrong

Room needed quite a bit of updating. Curtains were broke on two windows, heat was turned off, despite 40 degree nights during our stay. Had to go to the electrical panel to turn the heat on. Bedroom tv/cable had issues, going off & on every few minutes. Shower had low pressure with most of the water still coming out of the faucet, despite the shower part being pulled up for the shower. Last person to stay there started a fire on the grass where the patio & grass met. You would think the cleaning crew would have picked up the burnt logs, nope. Patio was full of trash, broken blue sled & two broken plastic chairs to sit on. Save your time & money, do not stay at this unit. Only good thing about this unit was the view it offered, everything else was subpar, broke, or outdated. Try any other building other than the Willows

We were called 5min prior to the 4pm check time and told that our room was ready. Once we unloaded the car and made it to the door, it was still being cleaned. We waited in the hall for another 5+min and were able to enter. The room was nicely decorated and appears to habe been renovared within the past 5yrs. I wiuld highly suggest that the mattress on the murphy bed be replaced as well as the entire sleeper sofa. The bed frame forbthe sleeper sofa was ar such an angle, my child's feet were much higher than their head. Great location and the mtn shuttle waa very convenient.

The view from the room was amazing. But room itself was horrible. Half an hour after settling in the bathroom ceiling started leak. Water dripping from the fan and light bulb. Room smelled like it was drenched in Lysol’s. Old TV that only has couple channel. The room gets too hot but nowhere to adjust the temperature. Terrible place, won’t be coming back.

While the resort community itself is quite nice. The specific property rented was poorly misrepresented in the photographs. Rather than a room overlooking the ice-skating rink… Which is the whole reason we went there… the actual lodging was excessively pale in comparison. I really have nothing else to say. I am sorely disappointed at both Expedia and the resort for poorly representing the available rental unit and I will not rent at this location again.

I went to this condo as part of a conference. I did not have a car because I was supposed to have free shuttle service. There is no way to accept deliveries ( groceries, food) as there is no address and the attached hotel will not let you have deliveries sent there. There was one over priced restaurant with questionable service. The last night we used the shuttle service (which was iffy at best) and went to a nearby restaurant. When I called to be picked up I was told I did not have access to the shuttle. (there is no UBER) After an argument - they agreed to come get me. Never again !!! There are muchbetter choices
