Were just spending a night as we arrived a day early before ski plans in Breckenridge. Arrive right when they we having happy hour with a free glass of wine and a nice assortment of snacks (meat, cheese, nuts, homemade pickles, etc.). room was clean and just what we needed, then had a delicious breakfast in the morning. Perfect location on Main St. to hit shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First and foremost: The property owner made me feel welcome immediately upon my arrival. Susan is a warm and charming individual. The lovely lodge was built in 1885. The room was clean. The downstairs lounge area had a fine table for both a generous breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres! Hot tub, bicycles available. Nice location.

Dorcas was a very friend evening manager, very sweet and amiable. The only thing I'd recommend if the hallway lights upstairs could dim at night, since I had to use the restrooms twice each night and the light fills the room when opening the door. Everything else was exceptional.

Such a beautiful lodge. I had a great stay and the staff is excellent, especially Claire. It's like staying at a cozy grandma's house with really amazing breakfast. The public transportation system nearby is awesome. No car needed. I had a shuttle drop me from the airport and used public transport even to go to Breckenridge for the day. Loved it.

The breakfast is lovely and one day we ate there and another day we took a brown bag to go . They had music and snacks in the evening . It was wonderful ! So wonderful we stayed a second night . The staff is awesome. The hotel is very old, and so it feels a bit run down (in a charming sort of way.) My room was on the street side of the hotel, which was not good. Since there’s no AC, you need to sleep with windows open, exposing yourself to all the traffic outside. I moved to an interior room which allowed me to get a good nights sleep the second night.

A stay at Frisco Lodge takes one back in time to the days of stage coach travel. If you love that kind of thing, this is the place to go. They do a great job maintaining it for its age. This bed and breakfast serves a unique and delicious breakfast each morning. It's very comfortable and all staff members respond with a smile and immediate assistance. Being in the heart of Frisco, it is walkably convenient to restaurants and shopping. There is internet access; no elevator. This was our fourth stay and I know we'll return!

This is a really nice hotel right on Main St in the middle of the best part of Frisco. It's and older property and retains a little of that 20th Century funk, which we like. But everything is in good repair and the rooms are comfortable. The property is charming, with outdoor seating areas, water features, shade trees and a hot tub. It's really a B and B with a great breakfast. The main lodge has extensive seating, music playing and a guitar! Highly recommended.

Great older but nicely kept lodge. The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed the complementary happy hour from 4-6 and freshly made breakfast every morning. Conveniently located downtown Frisco to restaurants and shops. 15 minutes away from Breckenridge ski resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Very quaint unique lodge. I paid online through expedia and didn't get a choice of rooms. I feel like I got one of two rooms that didn't have a bathroom inside.
The bathrooms at the end of the hall had shampoo and conditioner but they don't dispense any liquid.
That needs fixing.

Be aware, this is not a motel, it is a bed and breakfast, a very old one at that. We shared a bathroom done the hall with the rest of the rooms. But the people running the place could not have been any nicer, for a unique experience, check it out.

We loved our stay. We stayed in a room that did not have a bathroom. I was worried about that but it was totally fine. I was able to use the bathroom and shower whenever I wanted. Also, the cheese and wine was a great touch. We were wondering about what time that took place and come to find out the cheese and wine goes from 5:30 to 7:00. The breakfast was delicious and everything was so nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Frisco Lodge is charming, so charming. Checked in by Claire who offered me a breakfast burrito to go since i left early. My room in the lodge, with a shared bath, was exceptionally comfortable. I ate my Whole Foods pizza slices on the upper deck. And that was after a happy hour with good wines. Other guests friendly. Outside patio delightful to enjoy wine and conversation. Beautiful little spot to stay. Right on main street. Breakfast was good sized portions. Lots of sides & drink options. Friendly staff & helpful. Shared bathrooms were never busy for more than a few minutes. Areas to improve, maybe, one bathroom, toilet seat did not stay up. If I was the 1st person to shower, maybe that's why it took a while to get hot water. Fan was just a little noisy, but I always bring ear plugs. One of the twin beds was a bit squeaky, but also solved with the ear plugs. Everything is right down the street. A quick drive to Silverstone and Dillon. Parking on the street was never full & we could see our car from the window of our room. Excellent quaint old school accommodations.

Very nice place to stay. It’s located in tinge middle of the town so it’s easy to walk to restaurants or shops. The staff who work here are very friendly. The sitting areas around the property are nice and peaceful.

I would like to suggest fixing the restroom shower glass door next to room 1, as it seems to be broken and was hard to manage. The bed was too firm for my liking and breakfast wasn’t how I expected, serving size too small and there were other options, but not as described on website. Coffee was good, but no expresso as said on webpage, but other than that, property was cozy, quite and location was convenient and walking distance to everything else. I do appreciate everything to the owners and operators, staff of the Lodge! Wonderful people and outweighs everything! Thank you!!!!

So lovely and quaint! Having appetizers in the afternoon/evening is like staying at a bed and breakfast and conversing with everyone booked there too. The staff goes out of their way to make everything comfortable and enjoyable. Walking the town of Frisco is right out the foor.

Very charming, room for improvement
The lodge is very charming. I would not be surprised if this is the best accommodation in Frisco. As a 3-star hotel, it meets expectations. However, there are a few things they can improve on. The heat in the main lodge is turned up way too high, making it difficult to sleep. I appreciate that it’s a family business. I would hope that business expenses would include baby sitting, so that the associates don’t have to bring a toddler to work with them while they are sick and coughing profusely. There are many guests packed in a small building. I’m sure none of them would appreciate getting sick when they return home.

The property was older but everything worked. Beds were comfortable, walls were thick (did not hear the people in next room) Besides regular heating there was a fake fireplace heater so you could control the temperature easily. Great water pressure in shower. Very clean. Lobby was cozy with a nice free happy hour with wine and food. Hot tub was sparkling clean. We could walk to everything. Our car was parked right outside our room. There was an excellent German Pub next door with great beer on tap and Bratwurst etc… We would stay here again.

An excellent place to stay.
This hotel has been opened since 1885. It is tastefully decorated to the max with period decor-quite impressive. Staff super nice, included a custom order breakfast, complimentary wine at happy hour and very comfortable beds. Excellent restaurants in walking distance.
