Everything was awesome. One thing we didn't care for was that there was not at least one more elevator in the facility. Not the most convenient when you are literally at the very end of the hotel. One other concern would be if the person next to us was also on their deck, zero privacy and very little space in between the balconies. Everything else was awesome.

This is a quality hotel stay at an excellent price. Very clean rooms (we had 2 at the end of April ‘26). This is a very well maintained property in a quiet area. Our room had a full kitchen with full-sized appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher) and was fully stocked with cooking equipment, plates, etc. There was also a sofa and dining table for four. Highly recommended and 5-stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Really convenient to downtown Breckenridge. This property was spacious and was a very comfortable place for a couple or a family. The giant hot tubs were over the top and the staff was great to deal with. I would highly recommend it if you had a chance to stay here you give it a try.

The hotel was very far from town. Since the rooms are supposed to be for a family, another “real” bed would have been very helpful. Also, please offer roll away cots our 2 teens had to share a sofa bed with a bar under the mattress that was very uncomfortable.

We’ve been staying here for the past three years, both in summer and winter, and it’s been perfect for families with kids. There’s a fun water slide, a cozy fire pit for making marshmallows, and a relaxing jacuzzi.

If your looking for a cabin like feeling but don’t want to stay at one, this hotel is the perfect place it’s just in between a cozy cabin stay. They have fireplaces outside, hot tubs/pools and beautiful mountain views. Everything really clean and room includes kitchen, laundry , and living room. I loved my stay here.

These pools are the best pools I have been in. They are truly immaculate. I stay at hotels with warm pools and this one did not disappoint. They have the best chlorophyll water in their lobby. We were able to do laundry in our room with all the detergent! Only con I would say is the ceiling fan was very loud.

We wanted a place between Keystone and Breckenridge for our last ski trip of the season. This is our second time staying here, and the location is perfect to access both slopes if you have a car (they have a shuttle to Breckenridge). Our young children stayed entertained in the splash pad, comfortably heated pool, water slide, and hot tubs after skiing (with an amazing view of the mountains) and the room was comfortable for everything we needed to make breakfast, cook dinner, and enjoy family card games. The washer and dryer in the room made packing easier especially with little kids. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This facility is amazing. The room was so spacious, with a kitchen, dining and living room area separate from the bedroom. In the room we even had a fireplace for the extremely chilly weather. We also had a sliding glass door to step out onto our patio, with a view of the pool and snow capped mountains behind. We loved seeing the snow fall when we pulled back the curtain. It was a perfect pick for our Christmas trip to Breckenridge.

I was supposed to stay with them back in December of 2025. Unfortunately, my sister passed away the very day I was supposed to fly out and check in. I called to see if they could offer a refund given the circumstances, and I even offered to provide documentation as proof. Sadly, corporate said they would make no exceptions.
This was very disappointing and honestly felt extremely insensitive. I understand that businesses have policies, but I believe there should also be room for compassion and understanding during unexpected life tragedies. Because of this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking with Hyatt again or recommending them to others.

The facility is modern and clean, with access to indoor /outdoor swimming and a terrific fitness facility. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was very convenient. The place is also situated minutes from Break Gondola parking and a short drive to Keystone. As a single opportunity for improvement, there were minimal dishes, glasses and silverware in the apartment, which made meals a bit of a challenge.

Forest condos are situated near the banks of the Snake River, the Summit County paved rec path, and just a short, scenic walk from Lakeside Village.
The Forest condos are comprised of three beautifully designed complexes, Keystone Gulch, Wild Irishman or Flying Dutchman, and feature spacious condos of 500 to 1, 400 sq ft. Some of these condos are accessed by one or two exterior flights of stairs, and are not equipped with elevators.
All accommodations feature cozy fireplaces and have access to outdoor pools and hot tubs, as well as on-site laundry, ski storage and complimentary shuttle service easily taking you from the quiet neighborhood to the hustle and bustle of resort activity. Check-in begins at 4 PM.
Check-in will be at the Keystone Condo Reception Center, 21996 US-6, Keystone, CO 80435. (or Homestead Circle, Dillon CO 80435).
