Lots of problems in room, shower door in one bath was unusable, and needed repair in the other bath the shower door was off the track and tricky to use after fixing, lights bulbs missing, stove was awkward and often left the light on when shut and would work in convection mode. Some light bulbs missing, busted cabinet doors and busted roll away bed. Our key stopped working twice during our stay, luckily during front desk hours.
We also had a no knock or announced entrance to our room by a person hoping to 3d image our unit halfway through our stay, my eleven year old daughter was worried for the rest of the trip since she was sleeping in the entrance room that it would happen again. Disappointed the person didn’t knock or announce themselves.
They just opened the door half way saw the unit was occupied and left…
Front desk was closed due to flooding.
Stefano the FD agent was kind and helpful and David the Maintenance guy worked hard to bring things up to speed.. great work by the staff.
