Great spot! We visited in the summer and had fun walking around town and taking the gondola up to Peak 8 for the fun activities there. There were a few small broken things in the condo, but overall it was a great stay. Would recommend and would stay again if we are back.

Property was super clean and a very nice place to stay! Literally a 5-minute walk if even that from the condo to town. Only complaints were that there was only one fan in the entire unit with no air conditioning, the bed in the spare bedroom was literally hard as a rock, and the TV in the living room didn't work very well. . . . TV would not turn on properly and would take approximately 20 tries before it would eventually come on and stay on. But everything else on the property was incredibly nice!

Lots of problems in room, shower door in one bath was unusable, and needed repair in the other bath the shower door was off the track and tricky to use after fixing, lights bulbs missing, stove was awkward and often left the light on when shut and would work in convection mode. Some light bulbs missing, busted cabinet doors and busted roll away bed. Our key stopped working twice during our stay, luckily during front desk hours.

We also had a no knock or announced entrance to our room by a person hoping to 3d image our unit halfway through our stay, my eleven year old daughter was worried for the rest of the trip since she was sleeping in the entrance room that it would happen again. Disappointed the person didn’t knock or announce themselves.
They just opened the door half way saw the unit was occupied and left…

Front desk was closed due to flooding.

Stefano the FD agent was kind and helpful and David the Maintenance guy worked hard to bring things up to speed.. great work by the staff.

The room had bed bug blood all over the protector pads & the covers, on the box springs & on the mattress pad it was full of every human hair that ever stayed there. They said they would go on and correct the issue but only changed the top cover so I recorded and sent it to them and they only offered more sheets. How was that going to help. Once I tried to leave and get my money back they were rude & only want we to refund one day of cleaning fee. I couldn’t sleep in the room at all and they have stopped communicating with me.

Great location, on site parking. It is so hard for me to understand why the management fails to upkeep these apartments when it costs so much to spend a week there for a family of 5. Dated furniture, dirty carpets, nonexistent insulation for doors and windows, and non-efficient heating areas such bathrooms.

2F - 53 Steps up NO elevator 4th Floor

Location was good, unit was for up to 8 people with loft. There is NO Elevator and its on 4th floor! Not for older people or those having issues with their legs. Tub wouldn't hold water, no fans and its top floor. Location showed 3 story building but not same building. Carpet needs cleaned and way too many decorations. 1 working Hot Tub was nice. Building hallway had chemical smell, not sure if new sealant but was annoying. Couldn't cancel res thru Vicasa, very upset about that. 1 block from the middle of Breckenridge was nice part.

The location is absolutely perfect! Able to walk hike and bike everywhere! The unit was very outdated, couches were horrible, no security for the glass sliding doors, some windows had no screens! Carpet was stained and the beds were the worst we have ever used. The price was reflective for what you received. Will upgrade next time!!!!

Perfect location. Advertised as a pool and gym but was not informed when checked in. If you want to check those out, ask upon checking in.

The sliding door takes 2 people to open. Very hard to push. The master needs blackout curtains as they have vertical blinds and the sun shines bright in the morning.

According to Expedia, there is supposed to be a pool on site. There is a pool an eight minute walk away that is shared with other condos of which a certain number of lucky guest can get a key to use, but once they’re gone, they’re gone. The property management team said Expedia was using pictures from other properties that weren’t even on their property and the on-site pool issue was bad information from Expedia.

Aside from this disappointment, our overall stay at the Pine Ridge condominiums was great.

Staff at check in were great. They also responded immediately when we requested a light bulb change. The space worked well. We had a two bed/two bath unit, and there was plenty of room. The location of the property is really convenient - walking distance to main street with tons of restaurants and shops. Short drive to a grocery store.

We had only a couple of negatives (only one can be helped by the owner/property mgrs). The carpet in our unit had a lot of stains. It needs a good cleaning or replacement. Unfortunately, that is the first thing you notice upon walking in. Our second issue was very noisy upstairs neighbors. If you don't mind stairs, I'd suggest a top floor unit.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We absolutely love staying here!
We were a group of six and we had plenty of room to spread out and also a really large living room to hang out together.
We will definitely be returning again and this condo will be at the top of our list to check out. If you have a family and you’re wanting to have room to spread out but still be together this is the perfect space for you! We loved the hot tub and the pool. The only thing that was a little sad was it was only open from noon to eight. And we really wish it was open a little bit later. The great thing about the pool was it was heated. And there were three hot tubs and one pool that was very large and clean. There was plenty of shopping and places to eat within a half mile of where this is located. We bought our own groceries and cooked at home, but there is a very cute downtown area that is easy to explore on foot or by free public transportation.

The unit we were given is in bad need of repairs and updates. The carpet felt dirty and the shower in the master bedroom had mold and hairs from the last guest in the shower. Not to mention that two light bulbs were out and I had to replace them because the maintenance people never called me back about them. This unit was definitely NOT worth the price I paid! Not to mention there is no elevator in the building so we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. When we went to use the hot tub we couldn’t because it was closed with no explanation and far from our unit. The only upside was the distance to the lift. It would be a great place if it was cleaner and better kept.

This was my second time staying here for a reason. Perfect walking distance to both town and the Snowflake Lift, and can ski down to it using Lower 4 O'clock. If you don't want to walk up or down there is a Free Ride stop in front of the property to go either to town or to the lift. Ski storage is nice and the outdoor hot tub is perfect for soaking after a long day skiing (so you are not as sore to keep going the next day).

Property was clean, but very outdated.. one of the 2 bedrooms didn’t have a light in the room, only a lamp. We were told that we would have 2 parking passes and when we got there we were told we would have to take our other car to a lot about 6 mins away and pay for the remaining of our stay. Now this would not have been a problem if they wouldnt have told us that we were able to have 2 parking passes.
Location is very convenient to town and walkable to about everything but definitely could use some improvements as it is very outdated.

We had a pleasant stay at pine ridge. It's really close to main Street and everything is walkable. Taking 1 star off because our key cards stopped working not once but twice. Both times at a really inconvenient time . Getting in contact with anyone proved difficult so I had stay in my car until my husband camer.back and we could use his card. Was chatting with a pretty useless agent in the meantime,we didn't get a call back until 30-40 min later. This was about 9 pm and I feel like someone should have been available at the front.

Loved the condo. Didn’t like the stairs. Other than when we checked in, never could talk to clerk on duty - doors locked in the morning at 9:30 and locked at 3:30 PM. Suggest to change out lamps in master - chains hard to pull. My wife liked the larger garbage container in master bath; also suggests toilet paper holder in guest bath be moved - too close to the commode. Good coffee maker, TV, furniture and bed.

We loved this condo! First off, we were a couple of hours early and had picked up some milk and other items not thinking about check in. We called and asked if there was any way we could check in early, and they were very accommodating and even offered us somewhere to store our cold items if the condo wasn't ready. Fortunately, we were able to check in 2 hours early, so it wasn't an issue. The man on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The condo was clean and just as described. The location was great, with a bus stop right across the street. There were also little chipmunks all around the property, which we adored!

The only suggestions we have would be to add a chain lock or latch on the door. We were also disappointed that the hot tub closed at 8; we would have loved to sit in it in the cool night air and look at the stars.

Lastly, please note that this condo is on the 3rd level with no elevator. Definitely my fault for not checking this out before reserving, but if you have any mobility issues at all, this might be a problem.

I wanted to give this place a higher rating because the on-site people were so responsive and so kind! Also, Pine Ridge is in a great location - walking distance to downtown but far enough that it's very quiet. And there is a very nice fitness center.

The problem is that the condo we were in was very, very dated - the kitchen and bathrooms had been updated, but the overall impression was 1972. I think it was probably very clean, but there were huge stains on the carpet and cigarette burns on the furniture and terrible scratches on the inside of the bathroom and bedroom doors, which made the place feel dirty.

The staff was constantly working - cleaning up and planting flowers - and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. It's probably up to the individual owners to keep their condos in good shape, so it's a shame that it's a reflection on the whole development.

After checking in we found large black ants throughout the unit including the kitchen countertops. Contackt person on duty was helpful and moved us to another unit. He tried. Second unit had ants. Not as ma y but they were there. Also found mouse droppings in the closet. Loved th I s propery in the past. Needs beter maintenance and managment!

This was our first trip after my going through chemo and with limited mobility I didnt think about the property not having an elevator. We managed on the seoond floor after a very helpful young man told us we oould be guaranteed a first floor room but might be more expensive. We took the second floor guarantee but really appreciated the young man's efforts.

Absolutely hate ROKU would rather go back to just the 3 networks.

This place was wondering. There was a lot of space for our 19 month old to run around in the apartment. The area was great for walking to the shops and restaurants.

The only thing that might be a problem for light sleepers is you can hear the people above you flush from the master bedroom. If that is you ask for a top floor room. We were at the base level. There are also big black ants. We only saw 2 in our apartment. It scared me when I found one in my sons crib. It was after his juice sippy cup. I checked him for bites and he had none. So Id say keep your food closed in containers when staying here.

There were small things like stained carpet, burned out lightbulbs, broken towel paper holder, and no dishwasher soap that earned it a lower rating. Overall it was a decent stay.

Pros: great location for walking to town AND to the ski lift. The master bathroom was somewhat updated. The pots and pans were in good condition for a rental.

Cons: Furniture is old and needs replaced. The couch is so worn it almost has holes in it. The recliner is half broken. The mattresses in both rooms are so soft that they will wreck your back. There is also a dresser in the master bedroom closet that is completely unusable do to how the closet doors open.

A week away in Breckenridge

We loved calling this condo “home” for nearly a week! Our condo had everything we needed and even had a few extras that really made it feel like home. The complex is quiet, and the ability to enjoy Colorado’s beautiful views are everywhere.

Pine Ridge is fantastically situated to the main streets of Breckenridge. Shops, rest, breweries and activities are all an easy walk and no more than 5-15 minutes, depending on where you want to go. There is also a free bus system that is easily accessible from the complex.

We did try to use the pool during our stay, only to find it was closed. By the color of the water, it appeared to be a chemistry problem. There was no ETA on when it would be back open, and we did not go back to find out.

We would definitely recommend Pine Ridge, and we are already planning our next stay!

Good location- you can ski down 4 O’clock run and easily get to the buildings. The unit we had offered plenty of seating in the family room so the 4 of us could spread out & be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The only issue was that the dishwasher wasn’t properly anchored to the counter & it fell forward every time the bottom rack was fully extended. The unit could use some rubber mats by the front door for people to put shoes when coming in from outside. The rod to open/close the vertical blinds in the master was broken & we had to use a fork & tweezers to get them to the closed position. The unit we had just needs some maintenance, but overall it was good.

The location, access, amenities and condition were great.
We loved having such agood variety if games to play.
The pool & hot tubs were wonderful.
I left a note with the front desk staff with three things that need attention in the unit.
We loved our stay.

Its a very nice place with waling distance to ski center , although i cant give 5 stars bcz maintenance are late, we have problem with living room heather, they came but problem continues then no one shows up even telling them few times over the phone, but the good think is they allow us to late check out and always polite over the phone.. so not excellent but way to go !
