Checking took 20 minutes, not one person ahead of us, a customer that was already staying there, was “directing” the staff member. Staff member did not make eye contact or speak to me until he finally finished with the man who checked In without an ID, I thought ID was required, I had to provide mine.
He gave a map of the hotel, and said go this way for elevator, sign did not reflect that there was an elevator that way.
Breakfast was ok, staff in charge was sitting at the bar and playing on his phone the whole time we were there. Dirty towels were visible near the food.
