I would never stay at this property again. Our experience was frustrated by poor maintenance, bad timing, and blatant false advertising.
The \"Amenities\"
The game room was a disaster. Almost nothing functioned properly:
Darts: The dartboard was useless as all the darts were broken and missing tips.
Pool Table: Completely non-functional; the table wouldn't even let the balls drop.
Shooting Game: The reload function was broken, making the game unplayable.
False Advertising
The hotel continues to advertise a bar on-site. When we arrived, we found it non-existent. After asking the staff, we were told it hadn't been operational for years. Keeping this in your marketing is incredibly misleading to guests.
Logistics & Environment
The Odor: Upon entering, we were met with a terrible, lingering smell throughout the property.
Breakfast: We were in town for a wrestling tournament, but the breakfast times were so late that we couldn't eat before heading out. For a hotel that hosts athletes/events, the lack of flexibility or early options was a major oversight.
Between the smell, the broken equipment, and the \"ghost\" bar, this stay was a total letdown. (I paid $500 for TWO NIGHTS) - I suggest you look elsewhere if you want what you actually pay for.
