Great property, perfect location with great amenities. Right around the corner from Main St, ski lift is right out the door, jacuzzi and pool overlooking the mountains, pool table and game room for kids. While everyone else is driving, parking and bussing in you’re sleeping, eating breakfast and walking over to the ski lift. Couldn’t ask for a better property.

The Quicksilver chair lift is 3 min away walking as well as Main St. The room it's not too big but i'ts ok if you just want to be skiing. The pillows are to big for me and there's no way to regulate the heating.

Loved it. Super comfortable beds and nice little kitchenette area. Outdoor and indoor Hot tubs were awesome, especially with snow falling. The parking garage was warmer than the condo, no way to turn yp the heat. Had a female front desk employee not impressed, then had a male, he was fabulous. I had to also pay $10 for a room card, the app wouldnt load on my phone, the key card wouldnt work for parking garage and had to run back and forth several times to get a different card, then they finally admitted they were having issues with the box!

I was really disappointed with customer service. Well actually one lady which I think she was even a manager was not welcoming at all. She was rude and just seemed annoyed. Kindness goes a long way. My son slept on pull out couch and found a condom wrapper. The parking was full the day we arrived but did not have a shuttle to go to and from property at the alternate off site parking area . The place is outdated and needs to upgrade

The resort itself leaves a lot to be desired for the amount of money we pay. Resort fees for what? Noone cleans the room until checkout, one protein bar for four people? One coffebag enough for one day...no bottled water or clean towels. Noone answers the phone when calling from the room phone. Parking is an additional $55/per day to park there...ridiculous! Park at the nordic center half of the price!

The mountain view was nice, it was a great location for skiing and strolling through main street. The water in the shower didn’t get hot only warm. I was charged a hold at the check in that was not disclosed when booking through Expedia and was told it would be returned. The hold was not returned. parking charged per night and extra resort fees even if there was a resort fee paid when booking through Expedia. The front desk person who was a woman during check out was rude when I asked for clarification on the extra resort charges that were not disclosed during booking. Nice area but lots of fees.

I recognize we’ve gone at the busiest time of the year and that stress levels for everyone is likely at an all-time high. We live in the area and wanted a break from our normal day to day and booked this accommodation, as we’ve stayed here many times before. The room, amenities, and surrounding village area was as expected; clean and beautiful. Thr children enjoyed every moment of it.

Upon arrival, however, things unraveled. After paying for parking and being informed wheee to park, the parking key did not work. Upon inquiring at the front desk, was informed that we didn’t pay for parking and it was sold out. We were then instructed elsewhere to park. Surely, there could have been massively better communication surrounding this but accidents happen.

On checkout day, we figured to allow the children to swim the hour leading up checking out (11:00 AM). I arrive back to the room at 10:40 to double check last belongs to find room keeping already thrown out our foods and beverages and began flipping the room. One of the child’s early Christmas gifts was discarded and both housekeeping and myself where shocked to be in this situation.

I communicated all of this to the front desk only to brushed off and told my receipt would be in my email. I wasn’t being inconsiderate, rude, or demanding - I simply was informing them of the parking situation and housekeeping throwing away our perishable goods and one Christmas present.

Would we come back? We simply don’t know anymore.

We were very disappointed with our stay in Room #1206 in the Antero building. The unit did not match the photos shown on Expedia and fell far below expected standards.

The bedroom carpet and furniture looked dirty, and a food wrapper was found on the floor. The room was poorly lit, and unnecessary extra furniture made the small space feel cramped. The wooden bedframe was a safety hazard—both my husband and I hit the sharp corners, and I was left with a bruise.

The bathroom also felt unsafe. The bathtub had no non-slip surface, and the sliding glass door did not track securely. The dining table was worn, and the living room furniture looked extremely old and unclean. I did not get to enjoy the living room at all because it did not feel clean enough to sit on the furniture.

The only positive feature was the rocking chairs on the balcony, the mountain view, and skiing.

Note - This is the first time I've ever rated a 1 star and I have travelled for many, many years between business and personal.

There are plenty of other condos/villages to stay in Breckenridge.

The resort was.clean and staff was.great. The one bed room that we stay in was clean and conformable. The price on the stay was good.The catch about this resort that was not stated in the rental is the parking cost 55 dollars a night. Or you can park about a mile away for 30 dollars. No over night parking at the lift areas. As renal person you should be able to park for free on this site.

The description of the suite on hotels.com was wrong. It said there was a queen in one bedroom and a double and a twin in the second. That's what we were looking for because we were a group of 5. The 2nd bedroom only had 2 twins, so one of us had to sleep on the couch (where everyone was hanging out). I asked if we could move to a suite with a 2nd bedroom that slept 3, and they said there were none! So the description/ad on hotels.com is wrong, and they weren't concerned about fixing it. They said there's no guarantee on sleep arrangements. I've never heard that before...that's why there's a description on the website. At least fix the description online if you know it's wrong. It felt like false advertising and bad customer service.

Other than that, honestly the hotel was terrific. By the pool, there's a place to hang out and play games. The location is great -- close to downtown and the ski resort. I'd love to stay there again, if there's a suite that accommodates more people.

We had some trouble controlling the heat and the construction caused some inconvenience and the property manager responded with a refund for our our discomfort. We would rent from this property again and highly recommend it.

This hotel was fantastic, minus a few things. The location was phenomenal, adjacent to Main Street and was able to walk everywhere. The room view was perfect! Faced the slopes and sunset. The room was clean, minus a few trashes not taken out. Staff were also so accommodating and nice. With that, there are some downsides. The property is under construction, which I wish we knew about. Work started at 730A and woke us up. The TV was also a hassle. We had to get it back on the router and log into our own streaming services. The rooms were a little out dated and the digital key hardly worked for me. Even with getting on their wifi. I was stuck in the garage for a while. Other than those things, it was a nice stay. The location is the selling point.

The unit was a great size with full kitchen and 2 TVS. Clean and quiet. Could of used some instruction on the 5 remotes or what channels were included. Great whirlpool tub and wonderful location. Very walkable. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. Construction going on outside and not all the hot tubs were open but not needed at this time of year. Must pay to park your car in their garage.

This location and condo was wonderful! The amenities were amazing and my kids loved the game room and pool. Our only complaint was that the pull out was broken. We had a family of 6 and had to attempt to put the pull out bed back together (springs detached from the base and was badly ripped up) other than that it was a wonderful stay! Parking garage was difficult and hard to figure out and drive thru but once we parked, we didn’t need our car again bc we walked everywhere.
would def recommend and stay again!

The actual condo was beautiful inside. Finding your way to the correct parking lot (Blue, red, yellow, green...all in random order) was one challenge. I have never had difficulty being able to figure out how to actually get outside and walk around! The lobby had no exit to outside that I could find, and i had to walk all over the huge parking garage before I finally saw a ramp that led to the street. I chose this place especially for the hot tub, but in order to get to it, I had to go down the elevator to the parking garage, walk through the red, blue, and yellow sections to get to the green section.. then maybe it was there? Definitely need better way-finding signs!

Location was great. Can walk to everything. It is under construction so halls were covered with Ram board. When in unit and open window, the exterior roof is filled with scaffolding and quite the eye soar. The room was clean and updated. However, wow was this small! Bathroom & kitchen area are good size, but living and bed area are tiny. Common areas including rec room and hot tub were great!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The desk staff called ahead to confirm our check-in time and were very accommodating with early check-in. They also provided clear instructions for parking, which made things easy.

The room was spotless and comfortable. While there wasn’t a ceiling fan and the thermostat was a bit tricky to use, it didn’t take away from the experience. The kitchen was excellent—fully equipped with brand-new appliances, which made meals very convenient.

The location couldn’t be better—most places are within walking distance. There is some construction happening between the Shavano, Peak 9, and Chateux blocks, but since we stayed during Labor Day weekend, it wasn’t disruptive. If your unit is in a different block, you likely won’t notice it at all.

Overall, a very clean, well-equipped, and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Two night stay.

We stayed for two nights for a family vacation. Hotel is currently going through a complete renovation and unfortunately it does impact the stay. There is scaffolding all around the building and in front of all windows. The hallways was covered in plastic/paper. The building doesn't have central air and out window would only open around 5 inches. The pool had a few parts closed for constuction but was not a problem. Unfortunately the power went out for 3 hours in the morning and an hour in the afternoon, which wasn't their fault.

I'm sure this is an excellent location but the construction put a damper on our visit. The staff was nice, quick check in and the room was nice. The assistant manager was. Ery nice. The location was great and very close to everything.

You can't beat the location. Park underground and walk everywhere in town. Right next to The Maggie base area.Individually owned condos, ours was beautiful with a balcony and gorgeous view! Front desk staff were incredibly helpful!
