This stylish resort is perched near the ski slopes of the family-friendly ski resort area of Breckenridge, Colorado. Visitors will find plenty of activities in the area during both winter and summer.

Seasonally available are snowboarding, skiing and sleigh rides to hiking, fishing and horseback riding. The resort provides complimentary Wi-Fi throughout as well as a slope-side storage area and ski rentals, and boasts the largest conference centre in Colorado with over 3700 square metres of meeting space.

Guests can play games or minigolf in the arcade room, enjoy a game of tennis on the outdoor tennis court during the summer, or unwind in the spa with indoor and outdoor pools, seven hot tubs, and fitness centre. The resort offers a range of spacious guest rooms, suites and apartments to suite any taste and budget, and making it the perfect accommodation for families or groups travelling together.

The resort needs an update. Hard to beat the location right next to ski lift chairs on the less busy side of Breckenridge. I can see they are trying to keep up but it’s difficult if you don’t keep up with the times.

Absolutely beautiful location. The free bus and hotel shuttle make it so easy to access town and peaks for skiing.
The room was lovely and the service was great.
The kids loved the arcade area and the indoor heated pool. Overall 10 out of 10 for our stay.

This season is quite warm and we went to Breck because there wasn’t really any snow. I thought BRR would be a safe Breck staple, but it was a tough go. It wasn’t necessarily run down, but obviously not what it was meant to be; lackluster. It was just kind of at every turn there was something that showed this. I think I’m turned off from Breck in general now, it seems as worn out as this ‘resort’. The only positive was the staff. Whether in the empty Spencer for breakfast, or the bar, always treated like a truly special guest.

Location was superb for skiing. Overall very happy because that is what we came for. Free shuttle for guests was great. Pool and hot tubs were very nice. Suite was clean but tired. Looked old. Shower drain was sluggish. Water pressure was very low. Shades in master bedroom were broken and could not be lowered to block out the light. Maintenance was very responsive but not much they could do.

The in-house grocery / Starbucks was terrible. Extremely expensive and terrible food. No prices on anything except the beer, which was $8 a can.

I would recommend this as a great location for ski-in, ski-out accommodations but it is not a four star hotel.

I have always loved this hotel! Not only is the staff friendly, you cant beat the location! Because if you have kids like me that can't make up there mind what they want to do. You can start the day skiing, then if you want to take a break and go swimming and back to skiing you can!

The condo was a perfect size for the 3 of us, but it was so dated and so was the building. It was stuffy and you could hear the people walking upstairs and a baby crying while laying in bed. The only good thing I can say is the view was wonderful and the location was amazing. Parking was convenient but extra. I would not spend so much money to stay here again. It may be a building 1 issue.

The property is in a super location across the street from the beaver run lift. The room was pretty dated. The linens ( towels were low end) but the beds were super comfortable. The property seemed as if it was last updated on the 90s. I would personally prefer a newer property in town next time vs this one and its superior location.

Great experience. If you are planning a ski trip, this place is fabulous because you are right there in the mountain. You can rent your equipment there and you open the door and have the lift right in place. Don’t need to take a bus or drive or anything in order to go skiing. He has a heated swimming pool, play area for the kids, outdoor Jacuzzi and even a Starbucks back inside the hotel. I would love to go back.

The room was in very good condition and had house services when needed. The staff were excellent from Juliette, Kelly and Charia Bell Person from Argentina). Kelly was able to solve my room night extension issues and get a hearing issue solved pretty quickly. Sterlings restaurant was a great experience with Miriam from Honduras and Leah making my meal fabuloso! Cyndi, the bartender at the Hub was exceptional too. I really liked the proximity to the mountain and town. Shuttle was sometimes dicey, but they can’t be everywhere at once. Great trip-will be back! Will A Whitehouse, Tx

The room was spotless a lot of convenient stores and restaurants on site. We enjoy all the facilities like swimming pool. It was a perfect day for my elderly mom and son with autism. We felt like we were on a cruise ship. I was sick at the beginning and I appreciate it we are able to run down and buy stuff instead of having to go outside for grocery shopping. The shuttle is very convenient and took us anywhere. We wanted to go like Main Street the gondola right or the city market.

Enjoyed our two night stay at Beaver Run. Excellent location right next to the Beaver Run Lift and Peak 9. The indoor pool area, sauna and steam room were very nice amenities that our kids enjoyed. The room (Colorado suite) was nice but slightly dated. The breakfast experience at Spencer's was very slow for a la carte service and I would not return to Spencer's in the future. However, overall I would return to stay at Beaver Run and would recommend it as it's a prime location.

Room was grossly mismanaged. The fire place flute was damaged, filling the entire room full of smoke along with all our belonging. When asked for reimbursement, we were told it would evenly air out. We lost two days of vacation due to bronchial symptoms. They did not accommodate in any way shape or form. In fact the TVs didn’t work in either room.
Maintenance could not fix this either.

Hotel Maintenance records will show both incidents which for our health and well being directly resulted in early departure from the hotel.

We had a great time at the resort. Comfortable beds, even the hide-a-bed was not bad. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort, hot-tubs, pool, sauna’s, arcade, free shuttle to town (also walkable). The lift is just outside the door and there are lots of restaurants. It is a large resort but everything was very accessible.

Everything was terrible... the room was outdated, they fee you for everything. Nothing is open, and the staff doesn't have answers for anything. It is \"not\" a resort... Its condo's managed by a company. It is not what it advertises to be.

A great hotel for a ski vacation or a summer hiking vacation. Biggest complain is that parking is very linited during the peak seasons and hotel parking is $50.00 a day. Other than that, a great hotel in a prime location. Will definitely come back!

The entire resort needs updating, from checking areas to all public areas and especially the guest rooms. Very 80’s style. The resort is competing with newer area resorts with same or lower price per night.

This is the perfect locations for families who love to ski. Rentals and lifts are steps away from your room. The lockers provided make getting on the slopes easy. The amenities themselves are priceless. Great place for kids of all ages! Ready to go back!

The Beaver Run is in a ski-in/ski-out complex next to the Beaver Run Super Chair and Quicksilver 6. The complex is four blocks from Main Street, and for those that don't feel like walking, guests can take advantage of the Beaver Run shuttle.

Guests at Beaver Run have access to two indoor and two outdoor heated pools, eight hot tubs, a tennis court, children's play area, video arcade, mini golf, exercise room, sauna, massage therapist, spa services, retail stores, ski and snowboard shops, convenience store, full laundry and dry-cleaning services, two restaurants, a night club and lounge, in-room movies and a car rental service.
