The hotel looked very cool like an old lodge. Great decor, but disappointing things were no shower gel, no conditioner the containers were empty. Only half roll of bathroom tissue. Kleenex empty. For the price per night I would expect these little things to be taken care of. Another issue my husband had spilled his water bottle on the bathroom floor and grabbed a towel to clean it up and disgustingly the towel was then dirty, not even clean floor. I have attached a picture.

This was our third time staying here so that should say most of it. The only downside to our stay was, on the days that the Lodge received tour buses, the place is a madhouse, especially at breakfast. The breakfast seating area isn’t large enough to accommodate so many guests at once.

Our stay here was great. Good size room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was only a small charge and good options that the kitchen staff kept well-stocked. There were also plenty of places to sit even though it could get busy. Every staff member from housekeeping to front desk were very courteous. One change I’d make is that the gym should have a regular pulley machine. It only had a “Tonal” machine which is super hard to use and for only one person at a time. These machines are not a good choice for hotel customers. Also, the restaurant in-house was not open til later and you have to have reservations almost everywhere else. All in all a great stay!

I recently completed a 3‑night stay at The Lodge at Jackson Hole and was charged a $90 resort fee for amenities that were largely unusable during my visit. Unfortunately, the experience did not align with what was advertised or expected.
During my stay, the indoor pool area—which is one of the primary amenities included in the resort fee—was not usable. The jacuzzi was under construction, and the entire indoor pool area was dirty and cluttered with construction materials. When I asked the front desk staff on the last day whether I could use the amenities, they confirmed that the indoor pool and jacuzzi were available. But that was not correct. I also could not locate the sauna inside the pool area, and there was no clear signage or access.
Given the weather (around 40°F), using the outdoor pool or jacuzzi was not a realistic option. This meant that none of the advertised pool or spa amenities were actually accessible during my stay.
If amenities are unavailable due to construction or maintenance, this should be clearly communicated at the time of booking and at check‑in. Charging a resort fee under these circumstances is not appropriate, as guests are paying for services they cannot use.
I am requesting that the resort fee be waived or refunded, as the amenities it covers were not provided. Transparency and accurate communication are essential for a positive guest experience, and I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously.

I loved the homey vibe of this hotel! The location is perfect and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I also highly recommend the $5 breakfast it’s a total steal. However, my stay wasn't perfect. The outdoor pool was under renovation, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been (we found hair on the walls and in the drain). If they can fix the cleaning issues, this would be a 5-star stay!

I only gave it four stars for property condition and amenities because the pool and hot tub was closed for repair or cleaning or something. Oh, in the morning breakfast for only five dollars is wonderful. This is a very nice hotel, the rooms are very spacious and have plenty of storage if you are planning to stay several nights. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a very large shower. The vanity and sink area has plenty of space for your toiletries. The buffet breakfast is amazing, there is everything you could possibly want available and all for $5:00, we were very impressed. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that wants to spend time in Jackson Hole , they definitely deserve 5 ⭐️. The rooms are spotless and quiet.

We were quite happy with the Lodge. There’s a free luxury tour bus that makes 3 runs to the mountain in the morning, and 3 runs back in the afternoon. If miss it, there are lots of public buses. The hot tub was great. Our room was large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was tasty. I liked the rustic wooden decor. The doors to the rooms are real varnished wood, probably local. The grand staircase is made of huge log beams. There were cool full sized carvings of bears and raccoons scattered around in whimsical locations that I got a kick out of. I’d stay in the Lodge again.

The $5 breakfast was a good deal and children under 14 were free. Only slight downside was that they ran out of keys for their lockers and the plunge pool was closed for renovation.
