Location, location, location! This hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Breckenridge on foot. We walked everywhere—shopping, restaurants, bars, and all the downtown attractions were just minutes away.

The hotel itself was great, and while the breakfast was just okay, the coffee was delicious. One of the best perks is that Breckenridge Brewery is literally right out front and is a fantastic place to grab a drink and meal.

For breakfast, Cool River Coffee House was absolutely delicious, and Rita’s is a must-visit for great margaritas and tasty tacos.

One tip: if you’re a Marriott Rewards member, be sure to ask about parking discounts when you check in.

Overall, a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, our stay was okay, but I don't feel the experience matched the price compared to other places we've stayed in Breckenridge.

One of the biggest downsides was the additional $50 per night parking fee, especially since many comparable hotels in the area offer complimentary parking. We were also disappointed that we weren't notified ahead of time that the bar would be closed for renovations and that no accommodation or reduced rate was offered for the inconvenience.

The complimentary breakfast was appreciated, but the selection was very limited and the quality wasn't great. We ended up eating out most mornings anyway.

Our room's bed was uneven and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The pool area was enjoyable, but it didn't seem to be well maintained. It appeared that the pool hadn't been cleaned or had its chemicals adjusted before opening the next day, and the hot tub was noticeably green and cloudy, making us uncomfortable using it.

There were some positives, and the staff was pleasant, but given the cost of the stay and the additional fees, I expected better amenities and maintenance. Unfortunately, I don't think the overall value compares well with other lodging options in Breckenridge.

The bar is under renovations, so closed. They seemed to be doing a lot of remodeling, from mudding walls while we were there, to painting stairwells, to pounding on something or other at 6:00 pm Saturday evening. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the toilet paper holder was loose on the wall so that the toilet paper roll would fall off. The entry door has a 1\" gap underneath, and a gap where it closes so that any conversation by people walking by was easily heard.

The biggest negative that set the tone was that on checkin, they informed me of a new parking system they just installed, where hotel occupants would pay $40 per night, per vehicle and an addition $5.95 processing fee per vehicle, per night. Almost $92.00 for a 2 night stay!
They did comp me the parking after inquiry, but that just killed the vibe for me.

Will never go back to Breck, it was just a place to see how a business cold separate you from you money. The town was nothing special to me. Ouray was much better.

In the first room the heat was on, temperature was 88⁰ and the AC was not turning on after attempting, we walked straight back to the front desk and explained that would not be okay for us and our dog. The front desk said she could send maintenance.. she then said she could make an exception, but that they normally would not offer a different room. The only other room had construction going on above, there was hammering / pounding heard from the ceiling for the first 30 minutes. I undertand that remodels require noise and unsightly areas, but so much of that hotel and the rooms look worn down, definitely not a place where $50 parking per day and a $100 pet fee is appropriate. The breakfast was good, lots of options, but i'd never suggest this hotel based on the customer service, extra charges, and looking like a low-grade motel in the rooms and hallways.

Spacious, clean rooms and a good breakfast with hot and cold options. Walking distance to downtown Breck.
Parking is separate from the hotel and was $40 per night even with ski season over! No one tells you that until you check in. Then there was a $40 per night \"Destination Fee\" added when we checked out that was for the shuttle anda we could have had a $20 bar credit but weren't told until checkout. Nice hotel but beware of hidden fees.

We booked this hotel for the outdoor hot tub and the pool. After we checked in, and went down to the hot tub, we found out that the hot tub and pool were closed. They had nothing mentioned when we booked, and there was nothing listed at the front desk, letting us know. It was a disappointment. The rest was fine, but we should have been told upon check in.

No towels left at pool, full stack of dirty towels next to pool door not being washed.
Check in super quick!
No lock on bedroom door.
Very small pillows.
Rooms were quiet. Hot tub gets busy. Small lobby bar open 4-10pm is nice. Outside seating. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. Very close to shopping and skiing. Can walk everywhere easily. Shuttle to hill you can put skis in back while riding.

My stay was extremely pleasant. The room was super clean, very spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.
The location is excellent — you can easily walk to Main Street, which makes everything very convenient.
The shuttle service works perfectly, running every 15 minutes, and when you’re at the ski areas, you just need to call the driver and they arrive within a few minutes.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

The main reason we chose this hotel on expedia was because the details stated that an airport shuttle was provided. That was not the case! Very disappointed in that.
Other than that, the location was good, breakfast was good (standard). Majority of the staff was helpful and pleasant.

Second time staying here. Overall, friendly staff, and good location. We had a big group of people staying in a suite, so we requested cleaning services upfront. Even so, the room was not cleaned in a couple of days so I had to go to the front desk and request cleaning services (again) on the third. The cleaning was subpar, With trash being left behind and towels left on the ground. Out here 5 days staying here and out room was only cleaned 1/5. I’ve had a fine experience in the past, however, I would go for another hotel next time.

I wanted to take a moment to share feedback from my recent stay. Overall, the staff was pleasant and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable. However, several aspects of the room and amenities significantly impacted the experience and are worth addressing.

The most challenging issue was the television setup. The TVs appear to be quite outdated and do not support streaming or AirPlay. As a result, we were unable to watch the NFL Christmas Day game or mirror content from an iPad—features that are now standard expectations for many travelers.

Additionally, the internet connection was very inconsistent. Netflix was not functional, and attempts to stream content on YouTube were unsuccessful due to the spotty Wi-Fi. This made it difficult to use in-room entertainment altogether.

There were also some smaller but noticeable maintenance concerns, such as the need for fresh batteries in the remote controls and the absence of a fan in the bathroom, which would greatly improve comfort.

While the staff and breakfast were positives, the overall experience suggests that the property would benefit greatly from updates to the technology and room amenities to better meet modern guest expectations.

Great place for Breckenridge. Close to town and large rooms. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. Beware of the parking though, it'll add another $40 a night to your stay and there isn't a lot of it. We were there in the off season and it was full every night.

Residence Inn by Marriott Breckenridge was very clean and close to town. Just a short walk to all the shopping. Didn't like the $35.00 a day parking but I guess you have to pay it. Not much free parking in Breck. Also would of been nice if they had a restaurant even though they do have a decent free breakfast

Not bad place for the night during our road trip. Breckenridge is of course beautiful. The bed was too slept in, the toilet ran all night, but there was a door that closed and we had to figure out how to get the cable working in the room since the previous guest unhooked it. Also the person upstairs was as loud as a buffalo and stayed up until past midnight. The property was ok for a Marriott.
