The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. Bowling alley was down, the spa was unavailable and the restaurant wasn’t as described. It was a challenge to get a decent breakfast and ended up eating food that you’d find in a gas station. Place is great for slope access but definitely not worth the price tag we paid.

This place is luxurious and fabulous! The staff is so helpful & attentive. They have a dedicated driver & SUV that will take you into town or pick you up. Restaurant is good, bowling alley is fun, hot tub and pool is awesome and kid friendly. Ski in & out makes you spoiled! So fun

The location is perfect, right outside are the gondolas that take you to downtown and the resort has a free shuttle service that take you places within Breckenridge . This property was amazing! We stayed with 2 kids and enjoyed the comfy beds, super clean rooms and bathroom, amazing pools and sauna/steam rooms. Also it was so nice to have a parking garage with key card, felt so safe. Just so nice! One of our best stays to date!! Very close to town but yet up on a hill with an incredible view. We really hope to stay here again!

One Ski Hill Place is a beautiful resort in a prime location with great amenities—the free shuttle service was a lifesaver. The condo-style rooms are fully stocked, perfect if you want to cook. My only disappointment was the lack of recognition for my VIP status. I had to ask about perks, wasn’t offered an upgrade despite the property seeming quiet, and only received late checkout after involving a manager. They did provide a complimentary bottle of wine when I asked, which was appreciated. Overall, a great stay with a few service shortcomings.

Only complaint is summer season options for dining/drinks are very limited with hours and mostly focused at a neighboring property.

Property was a bit dated in some aspects. Drains weren’t always fully functional for example. The hotel had a very little staff on site and the restaurant has such restrictive hours it’s impossible to really use. Without much else on site for food at least during summer, it’s not ideal for some situations.

The location to the base of Peak 8 and restaurants / ski snowboarding school was so convenient. Ski valet was excellent.
The negatives were lack of hot water during peak times, morning and early evening. Staff members informed me that hot water can run out because the boiler is in the basement and takes a while to go up to the 5th floor.
Furniture was worn out and should be replaced, specifically the Murphy Bed.
Front desk sent someone to fix the Murphy Bed within 24 hours.
TVs were old and screen size were small for size of the living room.

The only thing i would improve is that the last day when it snowed , the snow machine remover was a little bit noisy at 5 am and that woke me up, would put a better soundproof windows, other than that we had a lovely experience!

Not only is it beautiful property, the staff is amazing from the moment you walk in to the moment you check out. The gandala is free right out side the back door of the resort. The hot tub outside while it is snowing is the best. Razz behind the bar has the best joke and hot toddy’s. I can’t say enough. Are new destination for sure. You will it regret staying here.

The resort is amazing with great amenities specially for families! Traveled with my husband and kid and to have movie room and bowling area during the night was an amazing option! Walking distance to ski resort with a few restaurants options. The jacuzzi and pool area is amazing with sauna optins! Everything was super clean and staff was great and friendly. We had an issue with our card and couldn’t open the door but the staff promptly made everything possible for a fast solve and was very helpful offering everything we nedeed. We loved our stay and we’ll come back next year!

This hotel is perfect in every way , convenient and super close to the gondolas, 1 min walking so it’s wonderful . Also the jacuzzis and pools , gym and sauna . I enjoyed very much

Well designed condo. Close to the gondola to town and the Ski lifts. None of the restaurants mentioned in the Expedia profile were open. Absolutely nowhere to get even a cup of coffee without walking outside. Beware of the time of year you go. This was not even mentioned to us at the front desk.

We looked for a higher-end property with at least 4 bedrooms to accommodate our family for an out of town wedding. We liked that the hotel is not in town, on a hill, and has a nice-ish mountain view. We were roomed in the top floor 4 bedroom unit, which is really a 3 bedroom and a den (bifold doors off the kitchen and no ensuite were a real bummer, as was the fact that only one room had a king size bed). The unit was nice. The appliances were truly our favorite feature of the unit - all Thermador including the gazillion bottle wine chiller and one-touch beans to coffee machine. Reminded us of home :)
We also liked how quiet it was. Very peaceful both inside and outside on the patios.
Overall, though, the resort is not one for summer. There is no outside pool, which is unfortunate and definitely a suggestion for a capital upgrade!
The staff was amazing - have to specifically recognize Hailey for being so accommodating with our questions about the property and Breck spots for the wedding. She is a gem. Thank you, Hailey.

Property and staff were great. Unfortunately, pool, hot tubs, restaurants were all closed. Wish we had known prior to booking.

Th e unit had a great view which we enjoyed from the balcony. There were some logistic issues: poorly stocked kitchen with 3 of the 5 burners working, a difficult to reach master shower faucet and frayed towels, cushion on the sofa did not stay in place, tv signal required front desk assistance both nights. However, the front desk and engineering assistance was phenomenal!

My one and only issue, and I have myself to blame, was not reading the fine print, that all the restaurants, bar, lifts and outdoor slides had closed 2 days after we arrived. On the other hand the quietness was a plus.

Perfect mountain Summer retreat

Perfect family getaway. Amazing resort, in a perfect location. Onsite bowling, In door pool, walk to miniature golf, and gondola. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all you need for a cozy stay.

Very convenient location, our room was great with an excellent view and housekeeping was great. Downside, was not told restaurants closed in off season with only one open for breakfast and a very limited menu, asked a man at the front desk some questions regarding places to eat and things to do and he apologetically stated he did not know, he was new but could not direct us anywhere for help. The lodge had a beautiful reception with big fireplace and although temperatures were in upper 30’s to 60’s they never had it going to enjoy it. I would recommend but prior to booking call to see if all amenities they advertise and charge resort fee for are actually available.

Lovely Stay But A/C Not Great

This hotel was in a beautiful location. There was a complimentary shuttle to get into the town and the gondola was right next to the hotel as well. The room was clean and the one bedroom condo had a well thought out floor plan that made it very comfortable. The a/c did not work well, however, and the bedroom got very hot at night. Otherwise, it is a lovely hotel!
