Not a ski trip, so take that into account. I love the location of this property in Breck. They are super dog friendly, which is important to me. I forgot dog bowls and they had clean bowls for my room. Awesome coffee bar, and they make their own syrups, jams, etc giving piece of mind to real food and ingredients. Love this place.

Hot tubs were in need of service! The room had a ton of usb ports but unfortunately none worked but everyone was very nice and room was very clean! And was a great location!
They need a sign to tell you where to pull in 😊but there is a parking lot across the street the street so it isn’t too bad !
I would definitely stay again my service dog loved it 😊

Overall, quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and in good shape, but couch was completely saggy and worn. Coffee shop was great. Disappointed by hot tub space not being well maintained as this was one of the draws to stay here. Advertised 3 seperate temp tubs and a cold plunge pool. Cold plunge was out of order the whole stay and most of the hot tub jets were not working. Location was amazing and definitely a ski in-out spot with free ski lockers on site - just a walk across the courtyard to get to the lift ay the base of peak 9 and Village ski school. On-site valet parking was convenient but was an additional $45 a night).

Location. We had to ask for cleaner sheets and having the coffee bar register by hotel check in counter was a hassle. The coffee bar register needs moved to the other end so those hotel patrons can go in and out of the lobby. Even the parking was a nightmare. People would park their cars a few feet from hotel entrance to wait for valet and not allow you to walk out with your luggage because it would block the sidewalk and road. The hotel was clean and staff extremely nice.

Upon arrival, staff greeted us and took our belongings straight to our room for us. The room was clean and matched the images advertised. I will say I wish the restroom would have its own door for privacy. Also the rooms heating and cooling system was kind of confusing it would either get too hot or too cold. I did love how close everything is to this hotel and their coffee is amazing! Cabin Juice was great as well. There was a lot of noise in the morning and I am unsure what the source was yet it was disruptive at times. Also you could hear other peoples conversations through the wall which was a little odd. The TV we had in our room was not working well that night but they did send someone to take a look at it for us. Overall, staying here was an awesome experience! The staff was the best, the food was great, and it was calm/clean.

This hotel is great. First is in a great location and close to restaurants and the fun activities. The room was beautiful decorated. The staff extremely helpful at the front desk and valet. They have a restaurant bar on site and a coffee bar on site. Can’t wait to go back to Breckenridge and stay at Gravity Haus!

We stayed in one of the bunk bed rooms which was super fun for the kids! The restaurant breakfast was amazing- my husband loved the breakfast burrito and I did the standard breakfast. Everything was cooked well, high quality and a great portion. The staff was super friendly. There is a lot of air freshener on the room floors though- so if you are sensitive to smells, it is something to be aware of. The gym is one of the better hotel gyms I have seen. Very convenient location!

We booked this hotel specifically for the amenities they advertise and by the time we checked in they told us the saunas and spas were not working for over a month. I received several messages from the hotel leading up to the check in with NO NOTICE that these were out.
When we spoke with the staff on site he insulted my partner and told us there was nothing they would do about it. The staff was RUDE, and honestly so happy we did not stay there because the hotel was much more run down that the photos make it seems and most rooms face a loud AC area. Nothing special about this place.

It was fine. The staff was not super friendly upon arrival, it had a really intense cologne smell in the entire hotel (being pumped on each floor by little diffusers), the remote didn’t work in the room, so no tv, the sauna is down and unavailable and the restaurant and bar are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (the days I was there). It was a fine place to stay for one night while passing through, I’d have been more upset with the hotel if I had booked it for a longer stay.

Caught the end of the beautiful fall foliage. Good hiking nearby. Lots of dining choices within walking distance. Hotel was clean and they kept you well supplied in hydration packets, which is needed due to the high altitude. I would go back to this hotel.

The hotel is walkable to the Main Street which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly & pleasant. The hotel has a unique style & has all the amenities one would need when traveling. The only downfall was parking in the area but that has nothing to do with the hotel, however they offer valet & were available quickly whenever we needed our vehicle.
