GIOTA , was the most pleasant person i dealt with in the trip. She was very accommodating to all my needs and very proactive. She reached out to me as soon as i booked my stay, even faster than Expedia whonprovided confirmation.
GIOTA has the best customer service skills, took cate of my chekin before she needed to, mafe sure i had Google Maps addrrss to where i should park and also ensured i had someone to carry my luggage for an early checkin. Everyting went super smooth and she ensured my visit was accommodating fromstary to finish.

Amazing!! Views were incredible, breakfast in the rooftop enjoying the sea, breakfast was very yummy and healthy. Staff was over the top amazing! Giota was hold, helping us with every detail, booking a wonderful sailing trip ,ordering taxied etc!! Our room was great!

THE BEST PLACE IN ALL OF SANTORINI!!

Trust me, this place feels like the most incredible hidden gem in all of Greece!! The service, especially from Ms Giota, was UNMATCHED to any place I have ever stayed at!! The room is INCREDIBLE with the most spectacular views and the terrace on top gets you the most breathtaking view of the sunset without the crowds!! There is NOWHERE better than here, I still can’t believe how amazing it was here. 100000/10 totally recommend, do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!! You will fall in love with it!

We had a lovely stay at Andronikos Hotel Santorini. Everything was very nice — the views were absolutely stunning and made the whole experience feel truly special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated.

The only minus is that we felt a bit rushed to leave the room at check-out time, even though we later found out there were no new reservations after us. It would have been a more relaxed end to an otherwise wonderful stay if we had been given a bit more flexibility.

Still, overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend it!

The view was incredible and the location was very quiet. It was super romantic. Sitting on the balcony was just breathtaking. It was so beautiful. The staff was very helpful. The only complaint is the breakfast could be varied more with less carbs.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Breakfast was delicious and superb customer service. The views are incredible lots of dining options. I recommend calling the hotel ahead of time for guidance on how to find hotel because it’s not accessible by car. You have to walk down the stairs a bit with your luggage.

What a wonderful hotel! It is a boutique so there were not many other rooms but it felt like we were the only people there. It was in such a great location and the staff was overly helpful and friendly. Aldo was always working the front desk in the evening and was so friendly and nice. We were in Greece for three weeks on several different islands but this was by far our favorite property.

The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable with amazing views of the Caldera and Skaros rock. Alexandru was an excellent host. Also the location is an easy walk to Fira and a nice, longer, walk to Oia. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful, if short, stay here in Santorini. Alex was incredibly helpful, especially arranging transportation from the airport among several flight delays. The views from the room are incredible and everything was comfortable. We hope we can come back and stay longer next time!

Beautiful location, unparallel views, very nicely appointed rooms, excellent breakfast (included in our stay), attentive staff . If you have anyone older or motion impaired in your party, this may not be the best location (frankly, entire Caldera side may not be the best location), but the hotel is perfect otherwise. Excellent dining and hiking options right outside of your doors. Alex and Alex (2 consierges) were very helpful and attentive. I would stay here again !

This hotel is perfectly located with the best view in Imerovigli. It is worth the stay for that feature alone. It is a small boutique hotel (6 rooms). The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had an upper room with balcony (no hot tub) and it was great. The lower rooms have hot tubs. I recommend Imerovigli over Oia. The view is just as good (better if you stay in this hotel) and you avoid the heavy commercialized atmosphere and over crowding of Oia. 5 Stars well deserved in my opinion!

Our room was very restful and immaculate and the BEST view.

The staff was very helpful. Alex, Andreas very very helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Got us transportation and gave suggestions on places to eat.
Be prepared to walk up and down a lot.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira but both within walking distance. The view is amazing, can’t fault the staff and the included breakfast was all that we needed.

Pictures were deceiving as the room itself was very run down and not clean. Shower had moldy stains and had a strong smell. The owners were very nice and tried to repaint the floor of the shower but this helped minimally.

Recommended Stay for caldera views and hospitality

I stayed here for 2 nights, my arrival was after midnight (reception is open from 8am to midnight) but after being dropped off in the square it was a 2 min walk, yes down some steps but I managed to carry 1 large and 1 small bag easily. Instructions and room details had been left on a note at reception so checkin was easy. Suite was very clean and just as per the pictures on website...next morning I checked out the view on my balcony, what a view, again just as advertised, no filtering. Up high so not much over looked but no side paths either for peering tourists, right in front of Skratos Rock. Breakfast is up a few steps to nearby Bhudda restaurant, lots of options and tasty. The stay was made even better by Chris and Alex (and the assistant, sorry her name slipped my mind, but so lovely too), so welcoming, friendly and recommendations on where to go see and things to do. Chris kindly booked catamaran sunset cruise which was great...nothing seemed to much and totally recommend a stay here..couldn't ask for any more on such a beautiful island. Will definitely be back to start here.

This hotel is in a gorgeous location. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, very helpful and hospitable. Lota of steps and stairs so you should make sure you are capable and not injured to enjoy the area. I fell in love! And both the Christos' were so kind, we loved them Thank you for everything. I would definitely come back!

Highlight of our honeymoon!

YES YES YES. Fantastic and can't say enough good things! The staff is top notch and very hospitable. They helped us book our dinner reservations and gave us an informative overview of the island upon checkin. We were here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect stay! The hot tub wasn't located at the end of the cliff like some other places, but honestly we didn't mind at all. So great!!

It was breathtaking, It was in the center of the island, 20-30 min walk to each other towns. Hotel pick-up and Breakfast included. Beautiful rooms with fresh fruit and water. But best of all was the service. We were treated like royalty. Both Christo and Alex made you feel like family. They went out of there way, I wished I had planned to stay longer. We will be planning to go back and stay there again. I can't put into words how nice they were and the views were amazing.

Great Way to Escape

Excellent boutique hotel in Santorini. The hotel is sort of hidden on the side of a hill and features 6 rooms, 2 of which are accessible from the lobby and the rest require a short walk (and several stairs) to the lower levels. There are 4 staff members (3 for front desk and 1 for housekeeping) and they are beyond friendly without being pushy and will do anything to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are a bit on the small side but well appointed and soundproofed. The main reason for staying here is the incredible uninstructed views of the sunset from the rooms / balconies without all the crowds of Oia. A great full service breakfast at a local restaurant is included as part of the room rate.

The location is great to get away from all the crowds of the touristy parts of the island. That being said, transportation is tough. Full buses regularly pass you on the streets and taxis are rare (and charge whatever they want). But the benefit of being away from the hustle and bustle of the island is nice. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel entrance so you can go out for the day and not be stuck at dinner.

I would definitely go back but I would plan for transportation better next time. Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty free breakfast and beautiful sunset views are worth it.

Andronikos Santorini Bliss

I will tell my story of the my experience staying at Andronikos, such as it was. Just moments before I boarded my plane to Santorini, I received an email telling me that the original hotel that I booked was no longer available due to renovation. I called Expedia and told them about my situation. They promptly refunded my money and booked me the base room at the Andronikos. As soon as I got off the phone with Expeida, I received an email from the concierge telling me someone would be available to receive me at 6:00 a.m., well before they opened. They picked me up from the airport and took me to their sister hotel for breakfast. They offer complementary breakfast each morning at the Buddha bar upstairs. This breakfast is out of this world. Unlimited servings of anything off their menu, and the best part was the view! The Andronikos is located on the Caldera in Imerovigli. This view is truly special, and I can’t believe how lucky I was to be staying there.

The story gets better, when I checked in I was informed that I was being upgraded to the best room at the Andronikos, room number 22. The room is beautiful, clean, and with the same remarkable view. The room had a hot tub that overlooked the caldera.

Overall, I will remember my stay at the Andronikos for the rest of my life. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is so nice, and they made me feel so welcome. I’m now friends with Christos, the main concierge. He is delightful... as was my entire experience.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us numerous with making dinner and travel reservations. The floor in the room was dirty and there wasn’t a ton of space to put our luggage. Breakfast was amazing every morning, there’s quite a vast assortment of foods to choose from, all made to order.

Staff customer service was excellent. Staff were very helpful with regards to tours and what to do on the island. Room was cleaned everyday. Location was good. View was amazing at all times of the day. (We had upper suite)

Let downs:
We traveled first week of October, weather was nice during the day but cold in the evenings also as we where high up it was windy.
Didn’t get to use our private hot tub as it was too cold outside so the breeze was cooling the temperature in the tub.
Breakfast was in their sister hotel so had to walk there every morning.

Unbelievable time... unbelievable view. Room was fantastic and hotel staff was amazing. They offered us personal recommendations for everything we wanted to do and every one of their suggestions were perfect. We looked at a lot of places before booking here and are so thankful we selected this hotel. Truly bucket list material
