They were so lovely. They upgraded our room, brought us a power outlet when we left ours in Athens. Hot tub was amazing but but but remember to wear the slippers/outdoor slip ons as the surfaces were very slippery and my husband did slip getting out of the hot tub. The views were stunning. Great location! Loved it! The breakfast was amazing too!

The experience at CILON suites was beyond what we anticipated! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They provided not only an excellent visit but made things stress free with plenty of options and partnerships with local vendors, restaurants and services. All was able to be set up at our request and provided directly to our suite. We took advantage as we traveled during the off season and a good portion of restaurants and shops were closed. This made it easy and manageable with our time! The views are phenomenal! A special thank you to Nari and Stav. Their service! Nari helped with our luggage and every morning dropped off breakfast at a time we arranged the day prior. Extremely convenient with incredible views of the caldera! Stav was our sweet and kind host who always made sure we were enjoying ourselves! In our opinion they made our whole experience on the island of Santorini incredible!

the master bedroom and other suites don’t have the pool directly connected to the room—you need to go up to the rooftop to access it. Since there are no keys for the pools, some guests ended up using pools from other rooms. That said, the pool, breakfast, and room itself were all very nice. We stayed in the master suite, which was very spacious, modern, and equipped with excellent shower products.

We stayed our final night of our trip here and it was the perfect end to our trip! Our hot tub and view were amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and it was perfectly located so that we could easily walk to lunch, dinner and Skaros rock! We had an early flight and we were going to miss breakfast so they were kind enough to bring us some snacks in the evening for us to enjoy in the morning before our early flight! A great stay and would highly recommend for a beautiful view and an easy trip!

The staff at Cilon Suites were absolutely outstanding!! Amelia was such a welcoming hostess, checked in on us daily, treated us like a long lost friend and was such a warm and beautiful human being. Stav, the concierge was very responsive to all our questions and requests, took great care of us and was so kind and sweet. Naris and all the others in the staff made our experience the best! The location was great, perfectly situated between downtown Fira and Oai and the daily breakfast delivered to our private terrace each morning was the icing! What a true gem this place is and the staff are truly the magic.

The view is amazing but the problem is that true of the entire island. This was almost $500 per night so my expectations were relative to that.
Hot tub was epic view but not that hot ( they said it was max 36*) and lot of bugs in it
Breakfast options were great but execution was poor. Coffee was cold, eggs cold and even if you both order orange juice you get only 1
I asked for fresh towels daily and the ones we got never felt warm or fresh, the quality of towel was very low and used up, the slippers were small.
The TV option was good because you can get access to Netflix or Amazon when ur down with the island.

Absolutely stunning views and interiors aside, our host Stavroula and staff Donna were absolutely lovely, Stavroula being extremely responsive over WhatsApp on any questions and travel recommendations, even if super last minute, and Donna being lovely helping us with breakfast and room service orders… other staff helped us take unforgettable photos as well. 20 out of 10 experience

The location has a fantastic view from its position on the Caldera, and is a very short walk to the bus stop, ATV rental shops and restaurants.

I only noticed once both payments came out. I immediately alerted the hotel with in 24hours of payment being debited. To my distress the general manager initially offered me a $4000 credit note rather than a refund/reversal for the duplicate booking even though I had already paid the same amount to stay at Cilon in the coming weeks.
I was spoken to and treated really poorly by the general manager.There was a lack of humility and decency towards me. I spent hours/days crying and pleading for my funds back whilst on honeymoon in another country with my credit card maxed out. I will never forget the effort Ameli went to in order to resolve this. She mediated between myself and the general manager where I eventually had my funds returned after two months. Hence I still give Cilon 5 stars however hope that in future circumstances the general manager is kinder towards customers and learns from Ameli.

The best place to stay at Santorini period. You will not regret booking at Cilon suites. This was our first stay in Greece and it was by far the best one, it set up such high expectations that everything was pale in comparison. Staff was great. The pool is like the photos. Perfect for your photos and to see it like on Instagram. The breakfast was amazing amount of choice. You have little to no privacy when on the patio or in your pool. We had honeymoon suite. Main private jacuzzi facing out. The power unit had a patio about us, so they use the strip and 2l’ from you while your in pool. Or you deck. They can also see directly into you window to bed etc. So anytime they want use their patio they basically wall beside you and you try to pretend you don’t see each other. The pool beside again is 30cm from you. So if you turn your head to see them. You whisper as everyone will hear each other. The views from the pool and your photos are whey your there. We stayed 2 nights on a cave house in Oia with private pool and it was much better experience for privacy and space. The CILON suite also needs work inside. The shower head was rusty. Led lights on bed are broken. Shower has some cracks and just seemed dirty and needs to freshen up. The tv was smallled then a kids tv. We didn’t use it , but I assume if it rains or something you would. Like others have said. A few items like plates in room to enjoy your own snacks. The break day was amazing. The views amazing. The staff amazing. You will get the most amazing photos. But I would stay a again as having to whisper, people too close and walking before you while your in your Romantic pool.. on both sides of you and we had best suite. Honest

This was the best hotel experience I had in all the years I've traveled. Cilon makes every effort to ensure you have a peaceful, memorable, and easy travel experience. Prior to arrival, the hotel contacted me to ensure I knew how to find them as well as offer assistance with pick-up. Upon arrival, I was met with gracious, informative, and friendly faces. The room itself (boutique cave) was identical to the pictures, and the sauna was pure perfection. Breakfast is made hot; you have a selection of options and times to choose from. (It was included in my stay.) Coming home, I raved not only about Santorini but also Cilon. Thank you so much!!!

Superb week spent at Cilon Suites. Stayed in the Master Suite which was spacious and comfortable with a decent selection of local restaurants. Spacious Terrace with Pool and amazing views. The breakfast and the service were even better! The place to stay for a quiet, totally relaxing trip to Santorini.
Stavroula (and the rest of the staff) were extremely welcoming & helpful and catered for every need. Will definitely be revisiting!

No complaints at all and the hotel staff were on hand 24/7 to make us comfortable and help.
They got in contact before we arrived helped us with finding the hotel as most hotels in Santorini do not have access from the street and they also carried our bags to the room, which at times can be a struggle.

The staff was nice and friendly, they helped us with tips and advice even outside normal hours. The room is very comfortable and has a unique design which adds to the experience. Breakfast is plentiful and served privately, so you get to enjoy the view while having breakfast. The jacuzzi (honeymoon suite in our case) is reasonably private, contrary to most other hotels so you really get a unique experience here. The view is spectacular!
Mind you that the hotel view towards north West is a restricted by the massive cliff that the village is built on. So depending on the time of the year you may not have a direct line of sight to the sunset.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhaften Blick auf die Caldera. Von Whirlpool aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Das Frühstück wurde uns jeden Tag oben auf unserer eigenen Terrasse serviert. Einen Tag vorher konnte man aussuchen was man für den nächsten Tag bestellen möchte. Es war ein rundum sehr toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
