Fantastic boutique hotel experience. Adele was an extremely friendly host who met us in the small square area and helped bring our bags to the hotel. Since our room was ready, we were allowed to check in early. The room we stayed in was spacious with high ceilings and perfect for our family of 4 as we had a double bed and two single beds for the kids. The view from the hotel is amazing and there is plenty of outdoor terrace space to lounge during the day and enjoy the sun. Perfect location as you are minutes from all the shops and restaurants that imerovigli has and a 20-30 minute walk along the coast to the main shopping in Fira. I would definitely stay here again and would be great with a group of friends or family as the 8 room hotel could accommodate 20 plus people.

We absolutely loved this place - the views were amazing, the room was lovely & clean, the breakfast served by the sweet gal Anise, and best of all were the propert manager Antonio and guest manager Adele! The two of them went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this place & hope we can come back again some day. The caldera view from the common area patio is absolutely breathtaking, and the large, inviting pool is perfect for relaxation. With only 8 suites, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere and keeps the common areas uncrowded. The a la carte breakfast offers delicious local pastries that are a perfect start to the day. Its central location between Oia and Fira provides easy access to both towns, along with several great nearby restaurants. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

Our experience here was amazing! The view outside the property was incredible, the villa we stayed in was quaint and elegant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Adele gave us her number on WhatsApp to give us recommendations on places to go and for help in a pinch. Amazing views!!! Located at perfect spot for everything since it’s in the middle of two great popular places like oia and fira. Book this hotel! Exceeded our expectation, and was the best hotel we stayed in during our Europe trip. View of Caldera, top-notch staff, and so close to dining options, and transportation are a few of the reasons we enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast was served either in your room or on the beautiful terrace overlooking the aqua blue caldera. It is located on top of the ridge so you don’t have tourist waking right by your pool. The staff sat down with you and listed on a map all the amazing things to do. They also were wiling to arrange anything for you. Large room, comfortable bed and lovely furnishings in the room allowed for an amazing stay.

The hotel design and the room provide the idealistic Santorini experience, the pool with poolside bar were a great way to relax in the heat, the extensive Caldera and ocean views were incredible..but above all this the service from the staff (Adel and George in particular) was amazing and something we have not experienced in quite a long time…the walk to Fira is a solid 20-25 mins but it meant for a quieter stay and walk gave us a chance to enjoy more sea views. Highly recommend Kalisto Hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Super location, very spacious rooms with all the amenities one needs. The view of the caldera was spectacular and the pool and patio are were immense for such a populated area of hotels. It had a very private feel and was in a lovely town in between Oía and Fira without all the tourists. The staff were some of the friendliest we have ever met, especially Adele, who helped us with all kinds of requests and questions throughout our stay. Made everything so easy for us. The staff checked in with us every morning and night to make sure we had what we needed. We would certainly recommend this hotel to any family or couple traveling to Santorini who wanted to be well taken care of during their stay. Great value for money we paid. The receptionist who works the afternoon shift together with the guy who brings breakfast and deals with the pool are so rude and obnoxious. They seem happiest when telling the customers off. Excellent hotel, the common areas are spacious. We believed this hotel is one of the biggest common area in Imerovigli. Spectacular view, tremendous service, breakfast was delicious. This hotel is located in a point close to everything. 20 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from OIA if you like to take a catamaran trip to see the sunset, it's worth it. Fira is close by walking distance from the hotel, where the nightlife is concentrated. You can take the bus for 2.50 euros and it is worth it because it is fast and has all the stops you need. We went to Mykonos on the fast ferry without a reservation. We arrive at the port and for 80 euros per person you arrive in approximately in 3 hours in Mykonos. The staff and Kallisto Hotel seemed excellent to us ❤️

Lovely, efficient and communicative team from the reception to the lady and gentleman taking care of breakfast every morning. I stayed in October for 2 nights. I booked the Junior Maisonette with Sea View & Caldera View. The bedroom has a nicely-laid out bunk above the kitchen. It's a steep wooden ladder to climb up the bedroom, be aware if you are booking. The only thing that marred my stay was an odor coming from the toilet. It smelled of disinfectant mixed with chlorine. It never went away and had to keep the bathroom window open and only closed it at bedtime. Everything else was wonderful, especially the people.

The hotel was not full either. Did give a small discount back due to issue, but honestly unacceptable for a 4* hotel. Apologies only go so far without hot water.

Good hotel with a great view
My wife and I stayed at Hotel Kallisto last minute after we had to extend our stay on Santorini because of an accident. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had some issues with the AC in our unit but they eventually got it fixed. The room was big enough for the both of us. The property is cool as they have a good sized pool and deck that over looks the caldera. I would recommend this hotel for people traveling in large groups like with multiple family members or friends because of the big common area around the pool

Awesome views and great value for Santorini
Views Views Views... the outdoor area is amazing for lounging and sunning and the pool keeps you cool in the summers. The room was stayed in was the junior maisonette with 2 levels. The bathroom size was OK for us but I'm sure some people over 200 pounds would feel it is way too small. The stairs up to the bed in the attic is fun, but again, not for those looking for average western sizes. I found no issue with climbing steep stairs to get to my room, but others might.
The service was great. Mario (at the bar) and Mariza (at the front desk) were excellent. The breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, greek yogurt, fruits, bread, coffee, juice). It was not a buffet but I was filled up by the portions given. Marble everywhere, so watch your step with water.
The only problem we had was the bar menu. There was no menu and we were ordering drinks that we thought were 8-10 euros. We ended up with ~150 euro bar tab after 3 days upon check out that we couldn't pay with credit card. Big let down as we burned through our cash pile. We did consume about 12 drinks, so it is on par with the area I suppose in terms of cost.
Other than that, I'd recommend the place especially at the value considering the area. You can get bigger rooms in the 8 unit complex if space is an issue for you.

This place is a gem. Great location, away enough from hustle and bustle to relax and close enough to walk to many places. The breakfast is excellent and they willingly customize to your need if possible. The staff is super friendly and caring. They do everything to make your stay pleasant and always do it with a great smile and without any hesitation. I would go back and stay at Kallisto any time.

Spectacular view but poor shower.
Pro: the view is the best in the entire region as the hotel is on the highest point, the caldera view is SPECTACULAR , and the homemade breakfast set was very good and made fresh. The service was great and everyone was attentive and friendly.

We had a change of rooms, which was better but the water is still very weak pressured and take note : IT’S SALTY. So I had to rinse my mouth with mineral water. Hotel situated in an excellent location, near fira (5 minutes drive not even) and near oia. View is specatacular, food is delicious and what to say about the staff. Perfect service and everything was clean in the room and the hotel.
