Excellent stay. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the room was lovely (#202), lots of space and a patio with a view. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Plenty of choice and really tasty food.

The location was really handy to Fira and restaurants in Imerovigli. All walkable. One of the best views of the caldera was only two minutes away.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel at home.

The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The live music in the evenings created a fantastic atmosphere and made dining even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini and would happily stay here again on my next trip. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

The breakfast was amazing! No Buffet breakfast here. You order off the menu and very generous portions. The ambiance was old meets new. The reception and bar were in the old house and the decor was incredible. Minimalist coastal vintage. Very unique. The dining area with the black/white encaustictiles were so beautiful. The rooms are newer, good size and well laid out. The rainfall shower and water pressure were great. The little patio out front was nice to have. The a/c worked very well. The pool is so cute with its yellow & white striped loungers. But most of all the service was top tier. George met us upon checkin and was so informative. He made sure to great us everyday to see how our trip was going. All of the staff were attentive and helpful. As no hotel is perfect, this one was pretty darn close. Great views, quaint atmosphere,amazing food, and the staff was next level. Plus the location, walkable to many amazing view points along the cobblestone paths. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights. I didn't catch his name but the front of the house staff was wonderful. He was helpful and kind. We enjoyed talking to him while we were there. The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. We were given a room upgrade. We really enjoyed the made to order breakfast!. Everything was great!. I highly recommend this hotel!

We LOVED Meroviglia Hotel - it was perched high in Imerovigli, with a view of the sea from the pool area. The poolside chairs and umbrellas were lovely and we started our stay with a beautiful bottle of rose. The room - superior with a queen size bed and a separate single bed - was a but on the dark side, but we did love that after coming in from a VERY sunny pool area. What we loved the most - besides the AMAZING staff, including George, who was awesome - was the breakfast. It was included with our stay, could be enjoyed around the pool area in this quaint little poolside dining nook, and it was made-to-order so you could order a few things off their menu, which was actually quite extensive. We enjoyed chocolate covered pancakes, a fruit bowl, porridge, Greek yogurt, and some delicious Greek-inspired dishes that did not disappoint. We loved it all and looked forward to the mornings for the breakfast!

We also ordered in one night and enjoyed a delicious mix of chicken souvlaki along with their homemade spanikopita. It was awesome.

For location, we loved it. Imerovigli is just north of Fira, which is easily walked to as long as you don't mind a downhill walk and then an uphill on your way home. We didn't mind it as there are steps and we got some good exercise which we needed after all the olives and pita bread we were eating in Greece!

We took a transfer service into Oia for 35E and it made us happy we chose to stay in Imerovigli!

I would stay again at Meroviglia!

The shower pressure and breakfast was 10/10! George was wonderful! However, this hotel has no elevators and the stairs were very difficult with our luggage. The rooms build up EXTREME MOISTURE so everything feels wet and the walls and the door are wet. We found multiple bugs/flies/insects in our room and did report to staff as well. The windows don’t have a window screen so anytime we opened it, it brought in a lot of different insects. The shower and pressure is 10/10 although my partner did complain about the water turning cold on some evenings. The kitchen dining area also has a lot of flies which they said is common due to the weather but it’s not ideal to eat with flies everywhere in your body and landing on your dishes/IN your food. Overall, it was an okay stay but I would not stay here again in the future.

My husband and I loved our stay at Meroviglia! George was so kind and pleasant to talk with each day at breakfast and always wanted to know if there was anything he could do for us. For us, this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff are wonderful, so so friendly and did everything to make our stay here in Santorini special including a room upgrade with a pool and breakfast prepared for our early flight upon checkout. The hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities in Imerovigli with stunning views. The breakfast is outstanding and feels so authentic. Overall, we could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a lovely romantic experience in Santorini.

The hotel is ideally located in a small village which is some 25 mins walk to Fira. If you are looking for rooms with a Greek village style then this would be ideal choice. Though the room is of village style it has all the amenties like Fridge, Air conditioner, kettle, coffee machine etc.,

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was top class. Will never hesitate to book this hotel if I visit again.

Such a great find. We were greeted warmly by Costas, in spite of our early arrival, and treated to a luscious lemonade while our room was fully prepared. Our room was lovely with windows that could be fully opened or completely closed to take advantage of the temperature and the light. Our balcony allowed us to enjoy both the sunrise and the night lights of Santorini. It would have been nice to have better lighting in the room, itself, but we didn't dwell in the room. Breakfast was good but would have been improved by having fewer options. The croissants were incredible. The broad array of other bread options left one to focus on their lesser quality rather than simply enjoying the incredible croissants. The dinner we had was our best meal on the island. The staff was so helpful and conscientious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for my birthday, George the host was phenomenal throughout the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was amazing, we tried all the options, 100% worth it. I would recommend this place, the area is quiet, and everyone is super friendly.

Amazing staff and lovely pool. Staff let us check in early as our original ferry was cancelled. Would stay again but not pay for caldera view as it’s only a partial view and quite obscured by roofs and power lines. Great breakfast. Would absolutely stay again in a regular room.

Fantastic stay!

We had been at an Airbnb during our original dates but due to winds we had to stay another night in Santorini so we decided to find a hotel closer to Fira.

Our room was very clean, the bed was wonderful and the staff were great. The breakfast was delicious. The value for our stay was amazing. I’d definitely stay again.

Top notch with unforgettable breakfast included!

Wonderful hotel!! George and his team are absolute pros! The included breakfast is worth 50% of whatever you end up paying it is that good!

The rooms are fairly basic and the extras like storage and ledges in the shower would make this untouchable. But the AC, tv, and showers were great. Slept like a baby!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was impeccable, from reception to waiting and cleaning staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable, it had everything we needed. The balcony was a good size with chairs and a table and spectacular views over the caldera. My only suggestion would be to add a couple of loungers on the balcony, more hanging hooks in the room and maybe a little shower shelf. Apart from this, everything was perfect! Thank you for a very enjoyable few days 😍

Lovely boutique hotel with kind staff

Loved our room (with a little balcony!) and the location, right off the Fira-Oia path. We appreciated the smart TV in the room too. All the guys working there were wonderful and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious with good portions.

There's a small mart down the street which is convenient for picking up sunscreen, beer, etc.

The one downside to our stay was a dinner at the hotel restaurant which we found to be too salty and not very good overall.

Let’s talk about how perfect this boutique hotel is! Right from the beginning we were met on time at the airport by their driver, graciously welcomed with a drink at the hotel when we arrived, bags secured at their quaint reception, and an overview of the island with recommendations on what to visit (& how to get there). Throughout our stay, the staff were always so kind and attentive. We stayed in a room with an Caldera view and it could not be anymore stunning. The property as a whole is spacious, magical, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. It’s a huge bonus to be near everything in Imerovigli but you do not have the noise of any of it. You’re positioned in the middle of beautiful restaurants, little cobbled alleys along the cliffs, walking distance to Fira, the bus station and roaming taxis. If I could rate Meroviglia a 1000/10 I would. If you’ve read this far, what are you waiting for? Just book it! You will not be disappointed.

I have never had a better stay! No stone left unturned. All the staff were incredible and attentive. George particularly always making sure we had fresh water in our glasses, asking us about our day and helping navigate better and more beautiful ways to go round the island. The room was perfectly clean and there was such an attention to detail. Rooms were cleaned seamlessly while the breakfast that is included in the stay was served. Said breakfast being a great selection of freshly cooked options, and you are able to choose two options from the menu with fresh juice and coffee. George and staff felt incredibly approachable which made us feel really safe. The location was perfect, 15 mins from the airport and the staff were efficient with organising transfers around the island. Beautiful music played all throughout our stay, matching the vibes / time of day. So many options on how to relax around the pool and fresh towels provided / refreshed. Following round the back of the hotel is an incredible walk round the island and breathtaking views, that are also visible from the hotel itself. I cannot wait to stay here again and want to extend my thanks to the staff for the stay.

This boutique hotel is a gem. We stayed for 3 nights in June. Flight arrived early and we were at the hotel at 7am. The staff went out of their way to have a room ready for us by 10:00 am. We stayed in room 201, a double sea view room. All of the hotel staff were exceptional, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included- made to order off the menu with so many delicious items to choose from- all served with beautiful presentation. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

Great place to stay. It’s a little out of the way nestled in a quiet neighborhood separate from Fira and Oia but an uber was easy to get for 40 euros from the Fira port. You are less than a one minute walk from views of the caldera. Lots of restaurants nearby to be able to get a sunset dinner with a view of the caldera. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was also very friendly.
