I got a king jacuzzi suite.
Jacuzzi tub was dirty- it had been sprayed with cleaner but not cleaned. It was full of hair
(I cleaned it myself) and there was crushed chips on the couch. The whole place also smells like Axe body spray. They were NOT offering shuttles to the casinos but had been advertising they had shuttles. If you’re looking for a one night stop over it’s good enough.

This is exactly what you would expect for a room at this price point. Room was clean staff was friendly. The room had no blackout curtains which was unfortunate and the parking lot situation was not ideal. It was not well lit and I wasn’t very comfortable leaving my car there. All in all it was a good place if you needed a place to crash after a show at Mohegan and aren’t planning on staying at the hotel very long. Not sure if I would go back

The free breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly. This place does not cover the eggs in cheese, like some value hotel breakfast place.
We didn't feel like driving home after exploring Mystic all day. Comfort Suites was a perfect place to unwind in the jacuzzi tub and sleep before hitting the road in the morning. Bonus, it did not break the bank!

I’ve never felt so gross staying somewhere in my life. I’ve stayed in hostels in Central America all over, and this place was just GROSS. Idc about the price, the pictures are deceiving and to have 4/5 when it comes to reviews - something’s off there. Not to mention we thought our bathroom counter was about to fall off and was completely cracked in half hanging on by a thread. Dirt, hair, stains everywhere. We asked to switch rooms and were told every room was taken. Mind you, the parking lot was empty. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay somewhere that you don’t feel disgusting staying at.

I booked the king suite with jacuzzi tub. The cold water was actually the hot and vice versa, which no big deal once I realized. However when the room next to me was using their bathtub it was very loud through the wall. Also the whole hotel smells like Axe body spray. It isclean tho and the bed comfy.

We paid a lot extra for this jetted tub feature. Husband got injured from the intake on the tub. It was sharp, broken and the suction sucked him in and left a HUGE mark and just about a wound. I reported this to staff and showed him the photo of the injury and he simply said he “would tell maintenance”. If this was an elderly person or weak person they would have been severely injured! Due to this and insufficient working heat in bedroom with jetted tub we only used it once. We paid for 2 days and had to pay $49 for late check it after all of this.

The hotel was under renovation and had a terrible odor I am sure is from a leaking roof. The problem is are trying to cover up with cleaner smell. I realize management is really trying to renovate but they should really close for this. I alerted staff there was a leak in our room which caused a big puddle on our floor during the night.
