The overall hotel is clean. Our room was clean and comfortable with no noise issues. In fact, that was probably one of the comfier beds in comparison to other hotels I’ve stayed in around the country! The common areas were tidy but worn down. I could see how travelers would see it as dirty but everything I saw was just signs of normal wear and tear - rust around areas that are frequently mopped or wet from pool travel, dust build up in nooks and crannies, and grout buildup. The worst of it was the elevator which had broke buttons and rusty panels. It’s clear the staff take care of the hotel regardless. The pool area was crowded and the pool was surprisingly so warm I wondered how anyone was getting in the hot tub but my toddler LOVED it. The only issue we encountered was other guests but the hotel can only do so much. Not everyone respects public areas, it is what it is. We didn’t grab complimentary breakfast (we went out) but it was packed and everything looked and smelled amazing. Overall great experience!

We had a great stay. Clean well kept room, nice pool and hot tub. However the chlorine level was wayyy too high when we were there. You could smell it through the whole hotel and our room smelled like chlorine the whole night because of our towels. Just a suggestion to tone it down if that’s the norm.

This was byvfar the bestvstay i had in 3 months, staff was great. Payton was so sweet, professional and handled any issues with respect and solved it in a timely manner. The general manager is amazing she was so sweet and attentive to all my needs. I will recommend this hotel to all my fam and friends. My kids had a great time in the pool and the room was spotless. Thank you for everything! The rest of the staff was great you guys are definitely running a good hotel and will always return when i plan future stays. God bless yall!

The staff was exceptional. I was acknowledged everytime whenever encountered with any staff. We were greeted upon arrival by the Manager Denise who was amazing. A huge shot out to the breakfast man who set up everything for breakfast he was awesome along Rockland who tookcare of the pool and hot tub. Will definitely go back again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had great phone contact with Josh when we called to say we were checking in late. When we arrived, we were very nicely welcomed by Bill, who also helped us get some more coffee on our second night. In the morning, we were treated very kindly by manager Debbie, who asked us about our stay. We told her that we have stayed at many other hotels/motels in the area before, but that this one is our absolute favorite. The cost was very affordable, and we were delighted with the room, the pool and the hot tub. We will never go to another hotel in the area! A+

Evening check in staff are super fake friendly. We are hispanic and the check in staff found us funny. They laughed right after I said my name and spoke about us as we walked away. Racist staff. The man that drives the shuttle bus to the casinos is racist.
The bedroom sheets need to be cleaned properly.

Did not wind up getting breakfast during my stay. Room was spacious but outdated. Satellite TV kept glitching during inclement weather. No safe in the room when one was advertised on hotels.com. Handheld shower head positioner was broken. Desk chair back was broken/weak and I almost fell over when I sat in it. Would not recommend and most likely will not be back.

The lobby is cute and kept modern and festive. Breakfast was great and the woman managing it was on it refilling and rotating hot food! Well stocked selection and seating. Pool and hot tub were well temp and clean. Rooms were dated but not terrible. Smoke free rooms advertised inside property but outside in the front parking lot people gathered to smoke.
Only bummer was that we booked the hotel in hopes of having the shuttle they advertise bring us to Mohegan for our event. I was told the “shuttle is down”. I believe this be a line that will come with future bookings for those relying on this as well shouldn’t count on it either. When asking the front desk, they said it was down so fast it was well rehearsed. No sign was up nor was it mentioned at check in. Felt like something they weren’t being transparent about but relying on it as a selling point..

Ok well 1st room smelled like cigarettes and literally had ashes on the bed..moved to a SECOND room which didn't have those issues but the beds were like sleeping on concrete..we had to take them apart..tried flipping the mattresses but nothing helped..it was my birthday(reason why we booked to begin with)and our backs and necks were so stiff we couldn't enjoy anything..didn't know I was paying for 2 nights of agony smh

I've been to this particular Comfort Inn a handful of times. Every time I come it is fine, but this time there is no pool. Apparently they had been waiting for a part for a couple weeks. Well it's not all about the pool it is a nice extra and one of the reasons that I chose this location this time. Not the end of the world though and I will go back, but will call ahead of time to make sure that the pool is working.

The pool was out of order. We drove 2 plus hours for a Jacuzzi in the room and a pool and the pool was out of order. Some electrical issue they said. There should have been an updated posting on the wedsite stating that the pool was out of order. Also, the ice machine on the floor was out of order and while trying to adjust the height of the shower the nozzle broke off.
Overall the biggest disappointment was the pool. I wouldnt have driven 2 hours if we had known the pool was out of order.

Unsatisfied customers.

It was awful, the 1st floor smelled like mildew. Didnt receive the room we ordered. No cable, no pool. They ending up giving us a handicapped room when we was supposed to get a queen/queen room with a kitchenette. Unsatisfied customers..

Overall I gave the stay a 4/5. We came for a 5 day 4 night trip . We only got to use the pool for 2 days until it broke and was out of service for 3 days. The hot breakfast food was the same for the 5 days we stayed there . It was eggs and sausage . The eggs and sausage were okay but I would have liked maybe two different hot breakfasts a week. The staff were great. Super nice super sweet!! They came by to clean our room everyday so that was fantastic . The stairs were a little dirty and our ac as well but overall the stay was a 4/5 for the price and the phenomenal treatment from the staff!!

The Comfort Inn was located in a very nice area. It was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and are looking forward to the breakfast in the morning.
