Room was unclean. Food crumbs on floor by the bed. Comforter for the bed appeared stained with brown spots, The manager on at the time only offered to replace the comforter and that no one could vacuum what was on the floor.

When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we asked. We will never stay there again.

We've stayed here several times a year for years but unfortunately I think it's time to find another place..the first room has a HUGE what looked to be like a pee stain on the bed with a dirty fridge followed by not one but TWO spiders ending up in my hair..I called the front desk about the bed and I was told to come get new sheets so I can change them?? NOPE..then the pool area had big balls of hair around and IN the pool..complained to front desk that maybe the filters in the pool weren't working and was told they would send the maintenance guy right away..never came..so the same hair clumps were there for 3 DAYS!!! We actually tried to pull one large clump out of the pool ourselves but didn't matter cuz there were more..to the point I had to take pictures..I never complain cuz I work in hospitality myself but for over a $600 weekend this was just too much..aside from Debbie the GM I'm guessing the other staff didn't particularly seem to care about anything..none of it..was hoping to see Debbie the last 2 days we were there but we never did..for the pee stained bed and the constant CLUMPS of hair we had to keep pulling off our feet and arms we should've been comped a night or something..don't think we'll be back again

The staff was very curtious and the breakfast was even better than expected. It was well stocked and had lots of options. The pool and hot tub were great!! My one complaint is that the entire place could use a very good vacuuming. Most floors and all stairs were very dirty. Our room was also not as clean as I would prefer, but everything worked well and we very much enjoyed our stay.

I’ll start by saying the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was pretty good too. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. They could use an update but overall the pool area was clean. The rooms on the other hand…We had to look around to get the lights to work in the room. The lamps were unplugged. And I almost died looking behind the stands!!! There was dried food and debris. It absolutely hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks.

I saw the nice clean large hot tub in the picture and when I got there the pool and the hot tub were kind of nasty. We walked into the pool area and it was hard to breath, their was a musty smell. I was very disappointed that we could not use the pool area. A few weeks ago we brought our grand daughters to the Comfort inn in West Yarmouth, very clean nice pool and hot tub. I though they would be similar. Ice machine on our floor was out of service for 3 days, I bet it still is! Are their people living there permanently? very odd. Breakfast was good, nice hostess.

The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast had a really nice variety of options. The biggest let down was the pool experience. The pool water and pool room itself were WAY too hot to enjoy! My kids will typically swim for hours and the actual reason we booked a room for local spring break fun. After thirty minutes they were flushed cheeked and so uncomfortable that they didn’t want to swim anymore. Getting out to cool off didn’t help because the room itself was so hot too. The hot tub was very hot, which is expected and nice when you are choosing to soak in the heat, but a swimming pool should not be so hot. The pool room has seen better days. Cabinets were cracked and broken and everything had rust stains running down them from the rusting locks and metal. The pebbled floor had loose stones that were coming out and sticking to your feet or ending up in the bottom of the pool with the hair bandaids. The night shift would not keep the towels stocked bc he was concerned about people “using them as accessories” so I had to stand in the lobby in my wet suit dripping water all over the tile floor and wait for him to come to the counter then go in the back to get the towels. Of course people are going to wear the towels to their rooms to not drip or freeze while wet on the walk back! No one wants to keep the tiny pool towels forever. The day shift ladies had no problem keeping the towel rack full for the guests. If you are booking for the pool in particular look elsewhere.

Pool was great, room clean. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of pot. I was there for a cheer comp as many parents and kids were. We stayed two nights. The entire hotel smelled very strong of weed. Throughout our entire time. We were in and out of the hotel various times of the day and night and it stunk. Don’t think we will be back

For being a comfort inn this beat my expectations, the manager is extremely nice and always willing to help, the hotel doesn’t have a beautiful fireplace, my kids love the pool, especially the Jacuzzi, and my room was a perfect size for a family of four I recommend the king bedroom suite with kitchen and tv room with pull out sofa bed!

There was one staff member that was kind of rude at the front but all other staff was very pleasant and helpful and friendly. The ground outside needed to be cleaned up from what looked like guests that had dropped things. The room was nice, no complaints. The pool was fantastic. Nice and warm as well as clean. I did not use the hot tub so I can’t give an opinion on that. Over all, I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and room was spacious. Location was convenient. However, was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms especially for the nightly rate we paid. Stayed on the third floor in a double room and the sheets on each bed had old stains. Makes you wonder if housekeeping even has a process in checking if the sheets are actually cleaned prior to turning the room over. As you walked in the room, there were visible chip crumbs on the floor. Toilet had a ring in it too. Won’t be back, unfortunately.

The overall hotel is clean. Our room was clean and comfortable with no noise issues. In fact, that was probably one of the comfier beds in comparison to other hotels I’ve stayed in around the country! The common areas were tidy but worn down. I could see how travelers would see it as dirty but everything I saw was just signs of normal wear and tear - rust around areas that are frequently mopped or wet from pool travel, dust build up in nooks and crannies, and grout buildup. The worst of it was the elevator which had broke buttons and rusty panels. It’s clear the staff take care of the hotel regardless. The pool area was crowded and the pool was surprisingly so warm I wondered how anyone was getting in the hot tub but my toddler LOVED it. The only issue we encountered was other guests but the hotel can only do so much. Not everyone respects public areas, it is what it is. We didn’t grab complimentary breakfast (we went out) but it was packed and everything looked and smelled amazing. Overall great experience!

You could smell it through the whole hotel and our room smelled like chlorine the whole night because of our towels. Just a suggestion to tone it down if that’s the norm.

This was byvfar the bestvstay i had in 3 months, staff was great. Payton was so sweet, professional and handled any issues with respect and solved it in a timely manner. The general manager is amazing she was so sweet and attentive to all my needs. I will recommend this hotel to all my fam and friends. My kids had a great time in the pool and the room was spotless. When we arrived, we were very nicely welcomed by Bill, who also helped us get some more coffee on our second night. In the morning, we were treated very kindly by manager Debbie, who asked us about our stay. We told her that we have stayed at many other hotels/motels in the area before, but that this one is our absolute favorite. The cost was very affordable, and we were delighted with the room, the pool and the hot tub. We will never go to another hotel in the area! A+

Evening check in staff are super fake friendly. We are hispanic and the check in staff found us funny. They laughed right after I said my name and spoke about us as we walked away. Racist staff. The man that drives the shuttle bus to the casinos is racist.

Did not wind up getting breakfast during my stay. Room was spacious but outdated. Satellite TV kept glitching during inclement weather. No safe in the room when one was advertised on hotels.com. Handheld shower head positioner was broken. Desk chair back was broken/weak and I almost fell over when I sat in it. Would not recommend and most likely will not be back.
