This hotel was recently renovated and the rooms look great! The staff are excellent and go out of their way to accommodate you. My first room was right next to the restaurant and I knew it was going to be noisy the next morning. So I went to the desk and they happily switched it without any problems! My complaints would be that I asked when I got there what time the shuttle to Foxwoods started and was told 5:00. I needed to go earlier and ordered a Lyft. As my Lyft driver was pulling up the shuttle shows up and people get on! I paid for a ride when I didn’t have to! Please make sure your staff knows the correct time! Also I had a 12:00 checkout and housekeeping was at my door at 11:00. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone M

The room was clean. Bed comfortable. Wallpaper in bathroom is peeling. I think the property outside needs attention. Trees in front are growing into windows, screen on window torn…There is no breakfast unless you pay additional money. We had omelets which were fair, English muffin barely toasted, toast over toasted. Coffee tasted like dishwater. There was an empty bottle of soap in the shower (which I found out after I was already in the shower). There was no toilet paper in the bathroom off the lobby. I probably would not stay here again.

The stay was very nice. Although, the staff should inform the customers that they put coupons in the card folder as well. My friend and I went to have a drink at the bar after we arrived. I only took the top key out not seeing the rest of the stuff behind the 2nd key. Noticed it the next morning which one of the slips of paper was for a free appetizer which we also got and paid for. But the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

The price is very good for a convient clean hotel. I love the shuttle service. The staff was very friendly.
The only negatives I have are the metal doors are very heavy and it being a hotel so close to a casino people are going in and out and the noise of the doors shutting is very loud.
The other thing is the cooking of breakfast was not great. My eggs were suppose to be egg whites and they were not, and my daughter’s waffle was burned by the cook. The waffle was quickly replaced and we were not charged. The waitress was very accommodating and polite.
I will definitely stay again.

I asked the desk to charge the card I used for the security deposit (which I presented at check in) for the final total, yet they charged the credit card I used to hold the room when I made the reservation. Also, he couldn’t get the printer to work at check out, so I asked for an email receipt, which he said he would send, and I never got it.

As for the room, the TV didn’t work, and there was no full length mirror. Also saw no hand soap on bathroom the sink, but found something in the shower labeled hand soap and used that.
Couldn’t close the drapes, so the light from the parking lot was shining on us all night.

The facility was exceptionally well-maintained and roomy and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and ready to attend to any need you had while staying at the hotel. Breakfast was a for-fee breakfast, but it was made to order and very reasonably priced. Location was excellent for travel in the southeastern part of Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Booked a room with a tub, however the room that was assigned to me did not have a tub. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they refunded us $50. Not too many amenities but good location to stay at if you are planning a trip to the casino. The do have shuttle service available on Friday and Saturday.
Overall, a good experience, will definitely stay here again!

We checked into our room and went out after a few minutes to Foxwoods casino. When we returned at around 930pm we discovered we did not have a remote controll for our TV. They brought one to us. The refrigerator was not cleaned a ice mask was left in the freezer and the bathroom door did not close appropriately. There was no body wash in the shower. Our coffee maker has a layer or dust on top of it. Breakfast took about 20 minutes to be waited on and the pancakes i ordered were not served with the strawberries and powdered sugar as the menu read and it took 25 minutes or so for them to come out. The waiter never came back to check on us and instead of asking how everything was. He asked \"if we were all set\" no have a good day...nothing.... this was the worst experience we have had at this hotel.

I did only express check in and said I would arrive around 3:00 which was check pin time. I arrived just after 4 and my room was not ready. They told us to sit in the bar and they would come get us. The bar had 1 staff member that was doing bartending table service and room delivery. It took almost an hour to get 1 drink and 4 wings. I had to go ask about the room. We got to our room at 5:39z because of this we missed the time we planned to use the pool because we had to get ready for the show. Our room had less than a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. In the morning went for coffee and they said they didn’t know if they had any more to brew. We waited and they brought some out. Very understaffed hotel for what they offer. Also 1 elevator out of service ice machine on our floor out of service.

This hotel was a great alternative to staying at the local casinos. Much, much more affordable, clean rooms, indoor pool, coffee shop in the lobby. And a courtesy van to the casinos running until 12:45 am. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the presidential suite which thought it was going to be nice and clean. Well the tables by the beds were filthy dirty like it wasn’t even cleaned in the room. The price was expensive and they had trrrible breakfast that you had to pay overpriced for in the morning. Not recommended.

When I booked, it said some free continental breakfast with options of other items could be purchased in the restaurant. The only free thing was coffee. No free food. We did eat in the restaurant and the cook said she wasnt making poached eggs that day so I ordered over easy, which were a bit overdone. Our waitress was very nice! Another patron argued the same thing about the free breakfast. I always book hotels with free continental breakfast, so was a bit disappointed. I did use the jet tub and even though it felt nice, it left a brown ring of bubbles. But other than that, the room was very clean. Everyone was very nice.

Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly and the hotel clean and cute. The lobby area has beautiful art and it’s very inviting. The room was clean and had a working fridge and iron. There was no microwave (for those needing one). My room didn’t have a jacuzzi tub but the shower was amazing! The staff at checkout was super friendly.

This hotel is only a few miles away from Foxwoods Casino. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the shuttle but they have one that makes frequent trips back and forth throughout the day and I believe it stops around midnight.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay. It’s was a wonderful experience.

Hotel seemed to be full, only 2 elevators, 1 was out of service. There is a shuttle to Foxwoods, prepare yourself for plan B if you plan on using it. The \"shuttle\" is a small van, 12-13 passengers only, which sounds like a lot but when there is a concert it fills up fast and you will be lucky to get a seat. When the hotel is full and there are 2 concerts at Foxwoods their planned runs are just not enough, They should invest in a larger vehicle or have 2 for more frequent runs. We had to wait to take the shuttle on the way there and back for the next one because it filled so fast. And the ones we got on had others waiting because they couldn't get on. With a hotel full of people you would think they would have plenty of coffee in urns in the lobby in the morning, go to plan B again. I went to the lobby twice for coffee and it was empty. When I checked out the staff offered coffee, except it was empty. The management of this hotel doesn't know how to prepare for a full hotel. Skip this one and stay somewhere else.

Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed.

Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not match the baseboards, giving the space an unfinished pieced feel. There was also a ceiling fan that did not feel securely installed, which raised some safety concerns.

Additionally, the television was not functioning properly—we had to adjust the wiring to get it to work, and there were exposed wires hanging behind it. Overall, the condition of the room did not reflect the price we paid.

When I approached the front desk, I was informed that no other rooms were available. To be fair, I did bring these concerns to the main office, and someone from the facility did reach out, though I have not yet had the opportunity to follow up.

This is not shared to criticize, but rather to inform. For those considering staying here, it may meet expectations depending on what you are comfortable with. However, in my opinion, the overall condition was below standard for a rate exceeding $350 per night.

That said, the staff was very kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.

I did a pre check in, They let me schedule a late check out for 2pm for $39 for Sunday. When I got to the hotel the lady at the desk said I can only let you stay until 1pm for $39. Well when I went to check out on Sunday there was a different woman at the desk and I told her what happened and she said oh you can go stay until 2pm. Umm no thanks we just rushed out of there, we aren’t going to go back now!
Also the TV didn’t work all wknd it kept freezing! Thank Goodness we had our phones and IPad. There was no Trash Barrel in the room. So luckily I had a bag to throw away trash. Definitely NOT what i expected for the price paid! Then charging me for their Property fees. Umm maybe they should take those fees and fix some things!

The room was nice, your standard hotel room. It was clean. The bathroom was decent. Shower was tiny, but not the end of thr world. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Our room was near the ice machine though and that thing was LOUD. All in all we hsf a nice stay at a hotel close to the casino

Someone elses hair on the sink when we entered room and stains on the duvet.
The young boy at the desk was pleasant but the older lady who checked me in made is feel like an inconvenience.
The room above us was loud and sounded like they were knocking over furniture until 1 am.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating. Our only problem was when we got there. The booking got canceled the same day we were arriving and we were not able to get the room we booked. This was pretty frustrating, considering we had called an hour before hand and were told everything was fine. When we got to the hotel, we were told my credit card was declined and that’s why the room was canceled. When we finally did get another room, my credit card worked perfectly fine at the front desk when I was putting the security deposit down so I’m not sure what happened, but it was pretty frustrating.

Staff was great. The rest of the hotel not so much. The first room we were assigned to had a foul smell. Staff sent us to a new room without issue. In the new room the jacuzzi tub stopped working after 10-15 mins. We were told no one was available to fix it so we’d have to wait until the next day. Next day they fixed the tub but didn’t move the fridge back afterward so I took care of it. The bar restaurant area only had one cook and one bartender for the whole place and saw several people upset for slow service. Bartender was doing her best though. I feel for the price we paid and the 4 star rating it would have been much better than it was. IMO not a four star hotel and not worth the price. That said all of the staff was great.
