the hotel room was good for us, pretty big and clean, the 2nd bathroom floor was sticky..the hot tub worked good, water is super chlorinated so drink something else, they do provide tons of bottled water free. the cleaning staff was doing great. the casino's are what they are, we went on weekday so it was not much. Mon-Tue most stores were closed, I suspect slow times. Some resturants were also closed, some table games open at noon. Will of course go again but get a regular room, this was an anniversary.

The room was ok. Our toilet was broken and our sink clogged. We reported the issues and honestly if my husband wasn’t a plumber (he was able to make the toilet work) we would not have had a toilet. Hopefully they fix it before the next guess comes. His ‘fix’ is temporary.

First off when I booked this I asked for a nonsmoking room we arrive and are told we have to get a smoking room. Secondly we had to move rooms, the first room was full of hair in the jacuzzi tub like actually shaving hair it was disgusting. Everything was so outdated and the bed was so uncomfortable. Even the second room was gross like I had to actually clean it with my products to even feel sanitary. I prob will never go to the hotel ever again. The pictures online are lies and the actual place is nothing compared to it. If I can get a refund I’d be happy but never again. Just gross and not worth the money. I’ll stick to staying at the Foxtower.

Not only were they super nice, but they made it a point to go above & beyond after informing us that due to our late-night check-in, they had run out of the suites I originally booked. W/o skipping a beat, they upgraded us to a presidential suite to accommodate us for the inconvenience. (They had no idea we were on our anniversary trip nor did they realize how much sweeter they had just made our trip)
The room itself (smoking room) was a little outdated, but it was clean. I was completely taken aback at how clean & fresh it smelled! That confirmed just how well the hotel is taken care of.
Room service for breakfast the next morning was a tad pricey but the food was exquisite & all the staff were super friendly.

We waited 45 minutes in line to check in. When we got to the front of the line all they had available was smoking rooms. The non smoking rooms would be an additional wait time. When the non smoking room would be ready we would have to get back in the line and wait another 45 minutes. We ended up just taking the smoking room. Not the greatest experience considering the money they charge.
