This hotel is in easy reach of shopping and restaurants.
The rooms are clean, service is good.
Would be nice if they had a dining room , instead of breakfast served in your room.
Overall a convenient place to stay short term or a stopover before or after flights.

Not properly maintained property. Tiles in bathroom are broken. Plaster loose and falling. Toilet rolls not supplied. Very basic room with air condition not working properly. Very poor condition accommodation room. I would give 1 star rating. I gave 2 star because of the staff were great.

The Hotel was very old and not maintained. Price per night is much higher for such a hotel. it is not a 3 star hotel, as it is mentioned on the Expedia website. The worst night I had in any Hotel. Please remove this Hotel from Expedia website. The place is very noisy and not clean. No Hygiene.

We stayed at the Accord hotel in Dec 2023 for 2 nights. We booked a \"Standard Room\" at this hotel, which is labeled as a 3-star on Expedia but felt more like a 1-star experience. The room had visible mold discoloration on the walls and large areas of peeling paint above the bed. The bathroom, though clean, lacked proper sealing between the sink and the wall and that area was dirty. The small bathroom rug appeared unwashed.

The room lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and safe. We chose the hotel based on seemingly positive reviews, but it appears those may be from guests in upgraded rooms. The Deluxe and Executive rooms might meet a 3-star standard, but the Standard room was subpar, more akin to a 1-star experience.

A peculiar detail was the bathroom door missing a handle and having instead a slide latch, resembling something more fitting for a shed than a hotel room. The saving grace was the functional AC. We would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Very rude reaction person, no air con mosquitoes omg will never stay again paid for breakfast but charged me for tea and coffee. They change the rules when they want so be careful with what it says when you book

Not good.

The room was very stuffy and not clean. The bed/ pillow quality was terrible. The TV, toilets facilities were very challenging. I had to stay away for a few nights with my friends. Will not come back.

Condition not great for the price

Location is excellent but was disappointed they removed their complimentary airport transfer. It would have been helpful if they had replied to my request for a transfer beforehand too. Condition of rooms have deteriorated somewhat... Leaking pipes in bathroom resulting in a wet floor made it unpleasant. Still it's conveniently located and overall service staff is friendly and helpful so would still consider for overnight or short stays.

This is a good place to start your time in Mumbai. If like me you arrive after midnight AND Immigration takes an hour and a half to get through, it's great to be picked up and driven to a hotel near the airport. Do that journey into town after a nights rest.

The hotel is location where you have easy access to transport. The hotel staff were professionally presented and very well mannered. Excellent cleanliness in the room as well as common area. It was a pleasant stay. However, the room furniture and other amenities need an upgrade.

Clean place great breakfast

Clean, safe place with a friendly staff. The breakfast was very good! Arranged airport pick-up from the hotel and they were reliable.
Overall, the place is good and comfortable. Do not expect luxury, but the place is well worth more than what they charge.

A bit off the mark

Hotel is about a 10 min ride from the airport. I was satisfied with my stay but my room was quite different from the pictures shown. I used Expedia to book the room and wonder if perhaps booking directly would've got me a better room and a better rate.

Good BNB hotel near airport

Quite a disappointment , it'/s a BNB hotel without any other facility and cost is not small even though city is Mumbai , its ideal for Foreign Tourists probably , bed was hard and room with just even bare basics ..

Only good part was Breakfast , which was fresh, homely and with a smile ..

Rest all I want to forget and forgive ..

I think staff is nice, friendly and service oriented . Restaurant is great with nice food and good standard. Maybe outside board needs little painting and visibility .

This hotel and the restaurant which I think was attached were just great. Staff were extra helpful in all aspects. Shuttle to airport was an unexpected surprise as they provided it without the 36 hours notice. Big thank you Hotel Accord!!!

Good value hotel and good service.
Helped us in storing luggage even after check out and keeping our luggage in luggage room before check in.
Helpful staff.
The only slight minus point is the Eco Delux room..What it shows on the net is not the same that we get although the size is correct.
But still not bad.
Maybe the tariff is slightly high for what we get.
Would recommend for anyone shopping in Santa Cruz for wedding outfits etc as most of the shops are a walking distance.

Value for money!

I have stayed in Hotel Accord twice and I had really liked my stay here. The room and bathroom is really clean. The hotel staff are very well behaved, friendly and always happy to walk the extra mile to delight the customer. The hotel serves basic but decent breakfast, provides airport pick up and drop and arrange for local transport if required. The location of the hotel is very central and easy to go to any direction in Mumbai city and also in suburbs. I will be happy to recommend this hotel for their services, cleanliness and customer focus.
