The hotel is very clean and has an excellent bathroom in the room. It was confusing to locate the front desk and I had to eventually call and ask where they were. The signs were just very unclear. There was no way to request one bed so my partner and I ended up with a bed that had a large gap down the middle as I suspect this was seen as the two bed twin option? Very uncomfortable. Everyone we interacted with was polite.

Absolutely fantastic property but it was quite noisy on the main street but it might be possible to ask for a room that doesn’t face the main street.
The room was very clean and the amenities were above my expectations, there is a coffee machine and 2 capsules are included among other things (quality 10/10).
It’s possible to check in late thanks to the security box outside which will release the key with a code that is received by message, brilliant for late tourists.

This is a great, clean, well priced hotel near the train, shops, and the city of Gruyeres. The staff are very kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early and providing discounts to local attractions! Would recommend!

The attic room I stayed in was great and had an excellent view. The staff were friendly.

As a solo backpacker looking to visit Gruyere with a one night stays in Bulle, the very limited check in/out times and inability to check a bag made it complicated to visit the HR Giger museum.

The only window that worked involved taking the train to Gruyere in the morning to visit as soon as it opened at 10 am, then taking the train back to bulle in time for the noon checkout. it’s a short ride, and fine if you’re ready for the climb up the hill. It’s enough time to have a pretty thorough look at the museum.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful and receptive to our needs and also gave us good advise on things to do nearby. The only caveat was that there’s no air conditioning and it got pretty hot and humid one night (and we couldn’t figure out how to open the window). Staff helped us next day. Would definitely come back here for the next stay.

Great hotel in the heart of Bulle. Walkable to everything--train, bus, restaurants, shopping. Room was very clean and well-appointed. Refrigerator in the room. Staff was extremely helpful with navigating the area and with recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located in a very good location with free parking, we book this hotel almost every time when we go to Switzerland. The only negatieve point is the electricity system (sometimes the bottom doesn't work and all the evening our phones are not charged). For the rest the bed is very comfortable, clean but you need to put every time your dirty towels on the ground to let them change your towels otherwise if you forgot them then they will not change them. If you are looking for a good located and clean budget hotel it's for sure recommended.

Check in was fantastic- such a helpful staff person who gave us discounts and tips on some of the local things to do.

The room itself was nice, but we found the outside noise disrupted our sleep a bit. The bell tower is very nearby.

We stayed Monday-Weds and didn't realize most businesses and restaurants are closed Monday, and some Tuesday too. The hotel restaurant was not open at all during the time we stayed. We found other places but it did take some effort. Something to keep in mind!

Parking was fantastic and location was good for us exploring that region.

This hotel was amazing. It was so clean, you could eat off the floor. It was charming, and you can walk to the train station from there in 5 minutes. I had a great view of several sides of the town from my window, and the double pane windows cut the noise very well when the windows were closed. I was wandering around and the staff took the time to help me with the wifi and they were so polite, like they really wanted to be of service. I even got a bracelet to get discounts on museums and transportation etc. especially some of the points of interest in the village of Gruyeres, and the castle of Gruyeres which is a must see. I will be staying at this hotel again whenever I am in Switzerland!

The only problem was the location on the map was not correct. We called the phone number and the receptionist helped us get to the proper location a few blocks away. Otherwise fine- clean and convenient location free parking, not too big and f a city but very quaint and interesting!

Room felt like a 4 star hotel, large bathroom with all the essentials and a nice bedroom. Room was on the second floor with a nice balcony of the local area. The key they give you is a normal key for the room, and be aware that staff go home at around 6pm, so I'm not sure how check in works after that.

Beautiful and centrally located apartment. Quiet room facing the rear of the property but overlooked by neighbouring properties
Note: the apartments are in building across the road from the main hotel
Free car parking for approx 6/7 cars but local parking is cheap or disc driven and finishes at 4pm Saturday and free Sunday.
Weird comment but no plug for the sink, nor a tea towel but washing up liquid provided. Also 2 dishwasher tablets provided.

Very poor service. No reception. No communication.

A nice place except for the fact that it has no reception. For that reason, the check in process is very complicated: one arrives at the hotel only to find a sign letting one know one the \"reception\" (not a reception but a business office) is far from there. What if one arrives late after office hours? What if one does not have Internet connection or a local phone? I regret that the hotel did not contact us by email before our check in to ask us our arrival time, etc. Very poor service.

Clean hotel but limited reception hours

The hotel must tell people that there is no overnight staff at the hotel in case the guest arrives after reception closes, i.e., 6pm. I found it the hard way when I arrived late and no one was there. Also, English language capability is not available so it was hard to communicate with the staff. They should also have a hairdryer in the rooms. For their hotel rating, this should be standard.

当日はスイス鉄道のトラブルで荷物不達があり、フロントでその話をしたところ対処方法についていろいろアドバイスを頂きました。荷物は単なる遅配だったようで翌朝無事に受取が出来ました。また、シュヴァルブランのレストランを利用しましたが、担当下さったウェイターが大変温かいもてなしをして下さり、非常によい夕食を摂ることが出来ました。デザートに頂いたチーズとバーミセル（栗のクリームペーストを絞ったお菓子）が感動的に美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

Qui peut avoir l’idée de mettre une discothèque en sous sol d’un hôtel?
De la musique fenêtre ouverte, des gens qui cris … et fenêtre fermé le bruit des basses et les vibrations qui vont avec.
On a pris la douche avec les voisins….
Sous les toits sans clim, juste un vieux ventilateur qui fait plus de bruit que de vent, la nuit est compliqué en fermant la fenêtre.

Une chambre rénové en 2015, 10 ans après c’est plus un argument comme sur la description!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel qui est très bien placé. L'accueil a été chaleureux et les hôtesses étaient vraiment très sympathiques. La chambre était assez grande, ce qui était très confortable. Cependant, un petit bémol : nous étions situés au dernier étage, sous un Velux, et à côté de l'hôtel, il y a une boîte de nuit. Cela a causé quelques nuisances sonores, principalement des basses qui résonnaient dans l'appartement. Cela a légèrement perturbé notre sommeil. Mais à part cela, l'expérience était globalement positive.

Très bien situé au centre de Bulle, proche des restaurants et de la gare, l’hôtel m’a proposé une belle chambre rénovée et mansardée, avec beaucoup de cachet.

En cas de problème de mobilité, l’annoncer à la réservation car l’ascenseur va jusqu’au 3ème étage alors qu’il y a justement ces jolies chambres mansardées au 4eme étage: la montée du dernier étage se fait à pied avec les valises.

Pour le petit déjeuner, il y a un super tea room juste en face, le 3 T the tea time, vraiment à recommander.

Well… I booked late, at 8:00pm which is warned not to be accepted in some text in Hotel.com as the reception is closed at that time… Still it was advertised and possible to book.
At 10:00 pm I am worried, getting no answer from the hotel… I call the phone number provided for the hotel at night. I waited 20 minutes the first Time. 5 minutes the second, called Hotel.com.

Conclusion for Hotel.com: I should have read carefully the small characters before booking the hotel.
Conclusion for the hotel: Yeah, well, I didn’t wait « long enough » in the call so I won’t be refunded.

I did not sleep there.

Au sous-sol se trouve une boîte de nuit. Vibrations fortes de la sono pendant 3 nuits jusqu'à 4 heures du matin ! Réponse de la réception: désolé, il y a des \"boules quies\" dans les tiroirs de votre chambre...Service de chambre approximatif. Vaisselle pas faite, tisanes et eau non ré-approvisionnés. Lits pas faits après 3e nuit. Autrement confort très correct et réception serviable.

Pour une nuit ça va mais plusieurs non, beaucoup trop de bruit à l'extérieur. Pas de climatisation, étions obligés de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Le bruit étant vraiment intense cette nuit là, nous avons très peu dormi! On nous a logés au 4ème étage soi-disant plus calme mais non. Sinon h'hôtel top, personnel très agréable, chambre propre, situation près du centre etc.

Habitación excelente pero sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador, hace mucho calor y mucho ruido en la calle por grupo de chicos cantando, gritando y música hasta la madrugada. Imposible dormir. Restaurante solo te atienden en francés si no sabes leer la carta, te despiden sin más. Me tuve que ir a cenar a otro lugar . Personal de recepción muy amables y 100% en brindarte ayuda
