Hotel excelente! Ficamos alguns dias em Copacabana, e depois fomos passar alguns dias na Barra devido a ser mais tranquilo. Como na Barra tudo é muito longe, alugamos um carro para poder ficar nesse hotel. O hotel é excelente, fica dentro de um shopping com muitas opções de restaurantes maravilhosos, e ainda tem o famoso bar do Zeca pagodinho bem a baixo do hotel 😍. Café da manhã muito bom! Quartos grandes muito bons! Equipe desde a recepção até a equipe de limpeza, são maravilhosos! Super indico esse hotel a todos!

My stay at this property has been terrible. The customer service is not good. They put me in a room where the chair was tinted with blood, and the chair to sit by the desk was very uncomfortable. Dirty room
And a rusted trash can. When. I asked to correct the issue I was giving the goal around. They were telling me that their system was offline. I did not enjoy my stay at this facility. The major issue is with the parking lot. Where you pay on the first day for three nights, but every time you come and go, they charge you for a day of parking using the automatic charging device. This was not a good experience at all. If you want to stay in this industry, be mindful of overcharging for parking.

Yes. Everything was great. Great stay and positive experience. With the exception of the parking. We pay with our cards for however days we want to stay at the hotel and the. They charge us again with the “Sem Parar”. Which is an automatic services used by the rental car. This is not cool. It happen to me everytime I stayed at this hotel. Please be mindful of that unforeseen double charge by the people who manages the parking lot.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it used to be our favorite. If you check under my name and my wife’s, we’ve probably accumulated over 20 nights just this year. We even chose this hotel when my wife had surgery because we always trusted the comfort and quality.

However, our stay last night was disappointing for the first time. The room had a strong musty smell, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bed’s headboard was visibly dirty — it seemed like the source of the odor. Since we had just come from a long international trip and were exhausted, we ended up covering it with a sheet just to get some rest.

It’s truly unfortunate, as this hotel has always been our first choice, but the condition of the room this time was unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so that future guests — especially loyal ones like us — can continue to have the pleasant experience we’ve always appreciated before.

Ao chegarmos nos deram 1 quarto que não havia sido arrumado. Levamos um susto ao abrirmos a porta e nos deparamos com um quarto todo bagunçado. Nos ofereceram outro, porém, as roupas de cama estavam com alguns rasgos. Não havia lençol para a cama King ou Queen. Somente para cama de solteiro. Tbm não havia edredom ou manta para cobrirmos. Disseram que o hotel não dispunha de roupa de cama pq estavam na lavanderia. O banheiro só disponibilizava um sabonete pequeno embalado num pequeno plástico. A qualidade do hotel caiu surpreendentemente. Ficamos sabendo que ele foi vendido.

Travesseiros muito moles. A cabeça afunda e não permite boa acomodação do pescoço, causando torcicolo e dores na cervical.
Café da manhã excelente, pena que os ovos mexidos, o pão de queijo e as panquecas estavam frios.
Equipe muito educada e gentil.
A ausência de coberta no quarto não foi algo bom. Até porque demoraram tanto para trazer a coberta quando pedimos (depois de 1 hora e meia ainda não tinha sido entregue), que precisamos descer para pedir pessoalmente.
A existência de mutas baratas circulando nos canteiroa, jardineiras e na calçada, até de dia (!) Causou uma impressão bem ruim. No último dia, uma funcionária nos abordou, enquanto fumávamos próximo à entrada e nos pediu, muito gentilmente, para chegarmos mais para longe da porta e perto da jardineira. Expliquei que eu até queri fazer isso, mas, com tantas baratas por lá, fica difícil. Mostramos as baratas a ela e a um funcionário que estava fazendo uma pesquisa de satisfação do cliente, na saída do café da manhã.
Excelente oferecerem serviço de quarto 24 horas!
Ruim só ter tomada 220w.
Chuveiro bom e água quente na pia também são destaque que agrada muito.
Enfim...voltaria? Talvez. Mas, com meus travesseiros e um inseticida poderoso.

Já tem alguns anos que frequentamos o hotel vogue e nas primeiras vezes que nos hospedamos nele, o serviço nos parecia impecável. Mas nos últimos meses temos nos decepcionado bastante com quase tudo. O primeiro ponto que nos deixa bastante incomodados é a limpeza do banheiro, temos visto algumas baratinhas pequenas no banheiro e box e alguns mosquitinho que remetem a falta de limpeza adequada do banheiro. Outro desconforto é em relação ao ar-condicionado, pelo menos nas últimas 3 hospedagens pegamos suítes com o ar com problema tanto no resfriamento quanto ao aparelho desgastado e não funcionando adequadamente, as palhetas não circulam como deveriam. E outro serviço que está bastante prejudicado é o café da manhã, os alimentos sempre com uma aparência que não nos parece que foi feito recente, bolos duros e sem gosto, pão de queijo assados de qualquer forma, vários pães unidos e mal assados e feios. Na última hospedagem tinha uma batata doce cozida, que parece ter sido cozidas algumas vezes, pois estava totalmente sem sabor. Pães recheados mal assados. Frutas servidas com casca, acho de mal gosto. Deveriam higienizar e retirar a casca das frutas. Enfim, esse relato não é com a finalidade de denegrir a imagem do hotel, mas sim que melhores os serviços. Pois adoramos o hotel e gostaríamos que ele tivesse um serviço a altura da estrutura.

My room was filthy, black hand marks on the wall and baseboards. Stains on the bed frame, but clean sheets at least. Staff at front desk did not even try to speak English or Spanish to me, so my wife spoke Portuguese. No door man to help with luggage to the room, front desk girl watched me struggle with bags for elevator and no help. Room phone did not work. Worst hotel i have had in Brasil, and this is my 4th time visiting in the last 7 years.

Room was not cleaned by staff sometimes. Only given two coffee pods for a 20 Day stay; you gotta pay for extra coffee. Had to keep activating the room key at the front desk because it wouldn't work. Room needed deep cleaning. Rotten cheese during breakfast. Front desk staff left me waiting for 40 min to make a change to my reservation only to come back and indicate that it was not possible.

NAO SE HOSPEDEM NESSE HOTEL

Fiquei hospedada por 9 dias, pagando um total de quase 5 mil reais pela estadia. Eu estava participando de um curso que estava ocorrendo no hotel e levei marmitas de casa com o meu almoço. Antes de chegar ao hotel, entrei em contato para saber se seria possível esquentar meu almoço no hotel, e me informaram que seria possível, bastando assinar um termo de responsabilidade pelo fato da comida estar vindo de fora do hotel. Essa informação foi passada para vários hospedes que também estavam participando do curso tinham levado comida para esquentar. Nos 2 primeiros dias eles permitiram que esquentássemos a nossa comida no restaurante, mas a partir do 3 dia, simplesmente, disseram que não mais seria possível esquentar, apenas informando que as regras tinham mudado e ponto. Tentamos argumentar com a gerencia do hotel e a gerente VERA simplesmente não deu a mínima para a nossa situação e não fez questão nenhuma de tentar atender nossa solicitação. RUAN/JUAN gerente do restaurante foi totalmente incompreensível e intransigente, não dando a mínima para a nossa necessidade de esquentar a comida. Depois de muito brigarmos pela mudança de informações, eles nos concederam o refeitório dos funcionários que ficava em um \"buraco\" nos fundos do hotel, inclusive com cheiro de esgoto. O café da manhã péssimo, sem variedade e má qualidade das comidas; ovos moles e verde, com aparência de estragado, pão de queijo mole e frio. Limpeza insatisfatória,

It was our favorite... now it's disappointing.

Unfortunately, my last two reservations at the Vogue were disappointing since we have loyally prioritized the hotel for a few years. All the working staff at the Front Desk and the Breakfast Restaurant have always treated us professionally and respectfully.

The last time we stayed at the Vogue Fashion Hotel, we were assigned a room lacking the basic comforts and amenities advertised. The room was missing the comfortable armchair that is shown in the photos; the air-conditioning unit was broken (missing the wind direction flaps, so the air blew directly on top of the bed!); there was no coffee machine or coffee cups, no drinking glasses, no security safe, and no shaving mirror in the bathroom. The comforter on the queen-size bed was the wrong size - it was for a single bed! There also was a lot of dust under the bed - it was evident that nobody had vacuumed or swept the floor there in weeks. I remember that this was room 413.

We arrived late for our next reservation there due to an unexpected airport and airline emergency layover crisis event in São Paulo. So we requested to speak with a manager to explain our situation. The front desk attendant, Igor (who is always friendly and efficient!), put us in contact with a person who identified herself as “Miranda, from the Reservation Dept.” After a brief conversation with my wife, she said she had no record or knowledge of our fidelity and could do nothing for us.

We like Vogue,but sadly, the maintenance has deteriorated.

Very Disappointed

As my home residence is a couple of hours south of Ipanema, I used to prioritize this small boutique hotel during my bi-weekly business trips to Rio. As such, over the past two years, I must have stayed at the Vogue Square Fashion Hotel about 75 or more times!

The front desk personnel has always been friendly and efficient, welcoming my wife and me by name and directing us to pleasant accommodations. The staff in charge of their breakfast service is also amiable. However, since I first began to stay here, the quality and condition of the rooms have progressively deteriorated.

Two weeks ago, upon checking in during mid-evening after a tiring day of business meetings and medical appointments in Rio, I was given a room with a faulty air conditioning unit, no armchair, no coffee machine, and no security safe. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty, and the shaving/magnification mirror was missing.

In the past, whenever any issue arose, an onsite manager, Michel, would resolve it satisfactorily. Last week, however, upon dealing with an airline connection delay in São Paulo, which affected our check-in to this hotel, we were directed to take up the issue with a manager named Miranda. Her attitude was hostile and condescending, brushing us off disrespectfully as if we didn't deserve to take up her time with our problem.

A person's attitude can make all the difference in the world, for good or for bad. I will no longer be choosing Vogue Square.

Vogue Hotel Review

I recently stayed at the Vogue Hotel, and while it had its positives, there were a few things I’d want fellow travelers to be aware of. As someone who’s not from Brazil, I wasn’t completely familiar with the area, and in hindsight, I might not choose this location again if you’re a tourist. It’s not in the most tourist-friendly area, so if you’re looking for a more central spot, this might not be the best fit.

A couple of issues with the room: the beds only came with a sheet (no blankets or comforters), which felt a bit minimal. Also, the bathroom had some small flying insects around, which was unpleasant. On the plus side, the pool and bar areas are quite nice, and there are some local restaurants right downstairs, which was convenient.

The staff doesn’t speak much English, but I understand that, being in Brazil, they mostly cater to Portuguese-speaking guests. Still, as a traveler, it could be helpful to know a few basic phrases to get by.

Overall, it’s an okay option, but there are definitely areas for improvement, especially for tourists not familiar with the area.

Para um hotel dentro do Vogue Square, fiquei decepcionada. Frigobar vazia, lençol furado, travesseiros desconfortáveis. Não pude usar meu vaporizador nas roupas, pois todo hotel é 220w e não dispõe de transformador. Emprestam um ferro elétrico, mas não há tábua no quarto para passar as roupas. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, com pouquíssima variedade. Nem o bacon, que todos esperamos. Havia uma calabresa mergulhada em gordura e molho com salsicha, ovo frios. O café não estava bom, e vazava da garrafa sujando ao redor. Hotel 4 estrelas? Não mesmo.

If stay close to bar Zeca Pagodinho, be ready to not sleep very well as it will become very noise till later hours.
Room need renovating, AC was blowing directly to the bed, there were missing parts to the AC unit, making impossible to divert the AC flow. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is good

Teve um dia que não tivemos camareira no quarto, mesmo havendo deixado a placa no quarto.
A cortina de blackout deveria ser mais larga cobrindo o comprimento do vidro, pois ao amanhecer o quarto já ficava com luz incomoda, não totalmente escuro para melhor descanso.
O café da manhã não tem grande variedade como os demais hotéis da região do mesmo padrão.
Má sinalização sobre estacionar para os hóspedes e não há ajuda com malas no embarque e desembarque.

Bom Hotel anexo a um Shopping.

Excelente opção na Barra, Hotel anexo ao Shopping Vogue, que conta com boa variedade de restaurantes, o que torna prática a estadia.

Sobre o Hotel, o quarto é bem espaçoso, com excelente cama. Fiquei na suíte 224, nela o blackout das janelas precisa de substituição, pois não veda completamente a claridade, bem como o ar condicionado precisa de revisão, pois foi necessário um paliativo para eliminar um barulho que o mesmo estava fazendo em funcionamento.

O destaque fica por conta da equipe do Café da manhã, que além dos produtos e preparos de ótima qualidade, são muito cordiais.

O estacionamento é pago a parte, com funcionamento compartilhado ao do Shopping. No momento da visita paguei R$40/dia, e não tive problemas ou dificuldades em conseguir vaga.

Boa experiencia, so tem que se atentar as tolhas

No geral foi uma boa estadia, pois so usamos para dormir, ar funcionando perfeitamente, porem as toalhas do quarto estavam só pela misericordia de Deus de velha, desgastadas isso deveria ser reconsiderado, e por algum motivo no andar que eu estava tinha um cheiro horrivel no corredor, o restaurante que fica na cobertura fica um pouco a desejar pedi alguns pratos do cardapio que nao estava disponivel

Um hotel que tem o título de 4 estrelas, mas precisa fazer manutenções. Café da manhã ok, mas não é nível hotel 4 estrelas.

Quartos e experienciais nível hotel 3 estrelas.

De resto foi bem legal, mas considerando as 4 estrelas que o hotel diz ser, não faz sentido. Então não criem expectativas de hotel 4 estrelas.

Pior hotel de “luxo” que já fui na vida

R$3500 por duas noites e:
— Staff muito despreparado e deselegante
— Lençol rasgado
— Toalhas manchadas, furadas e de PÉSSIMA qualidade (finas e barata)
— pedimos duas águas no quarto e trouxeram A MÁQUINA DO CARTÃO para pagar na hora na porta do quarto, como se fôssemos fugir sem pagar as águas né kk totalmente deselegante
— luz do espelho não funciona
— Cobertor fedido
— Luz do banheiro pessima em geral
— TV não funcionava, veio técnico e nem ele tinha explicação e não conseguiu resolver. E estava podre de poeira em volta.
— Não fizeram serviço de quarto mesmo depois de pedirmos, chegamos de noite e não tinham arrumado o quarto
— 1 toalha de rosto e 2 de banho só (sendo que hotel desse nível normalmente tem que ter até 4 de cada)
— solicitamos mais toalhas mas não trouxeram
— 220v no hotel inteiro sem aviso
— Sem água na cafeteira. O hóspede vai preparar café e quando vê tá sem água pq as camareiras não tem treinamento nem para abastecer a cafeteira
— Sem kit de amenidades no banheiro. Apenas um sabonete bagaceiro e barato.
— chão do quarto sujo, com pedaços de sujeira
— Vista para um matagal horrível, sendo que dizia que era para uma igreja “muito bonita”
— área de piscina pequena, sem climatização e chão todo sujo
— pedimos uma tapioca no café da manhã e demorou mais de 20min e os croissants estavam crus no café

Enfim, ainda por cima o hotel não é tão bonito e fashion como esperado. Muito melhor ficar em um de rede, pelo menos o padrão de serviço é bem mais alto.

Péssima experiência

Na recepção tive zero cortesia no atendimento. Cheguei as 22 hs e apos a recepcionista separar meu quarto, ela perguntou “se eu tinha alguma duvida”. Não deu nenhuma informação e perguntei se eu tinha duvida!
No quarto nao havia cabides, nunca vi isso em minhas viagens.
O cafe da manha foi otimo, mas quando pedi uma omelete, demorou muito, fui perguntar e a resposta foi que demorava de 20 a 30 min. Nao tinham me avisado e a cortesia na resposta foi zero.
O controle remoto da Tv estava quebrado ao meio.
Para terminar, me colocaram no quarto 123, acima do Bar do Zeca, extremamente barulhento! Zero cortesia em perguntar se eu queria dormir escutando samba até as 3:40 am! Coisa que obviamente eu nao queria.

Enfim, muito caro e pouco retorno.

Needs serious improvements

The room was big, tidy and had a great bed and shower. However, there were holes in the duvet, stains on the headboard and scratches on the table. The breakfast was pretty bad and the tables there were all wobbly. The service at the rooftop was horrible. The checkin crew was great though.

Fashion hotel. What a joke. This hotel is dirty, small, the towels and sheets are filthy, old, and overused. I had to place my dirty clothes in the bed and lay on top of them, to not be disgusted by the bed sheets. Overall they sell the idea of a “concept hotel” when I. Reality this is a cheap 1-2 star hotel

It was great...now the quality is going downhill!

I've stayed at the Vogue Square Fashion Hotel by Lenny Niemeyer many times over the last three years. Its location is convenient for conducting business in Barra da Tijuca. Besides the protected parking offered by the Vogue Square Shopping Center, there are various good restaurants.

On a recent Friday, I was disappointed to find a cheap, black metal chair in my room, a stark contrast to the plush and comfortable chair I was accustomed to. The window was also bolted shut, depriving the room of fresh air.

Since I needed another room Saturday evening, I booked again—a different room—but the same cheap, black, rusty metal chair was in this room, too! The comforter on the bed was small, and the extra blanket in the room wasn't for a Queen-size bed—it was for a single bed! The bathroom lock didn't work (it was missing!), and there were no hand towels.

I'm noticing a need for more attention to the small details that make all the difference when advertising first-class service.

PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO E PREPARO DA GERÊNCIA.

Minha experiência foi terrível. Atendimento péssimo, gerente sem a mínima capacidade para lidar com o cliente, funcionários desatentos, vários com a cara no celular sem nem olhar pro cliente e por conta disso, não deram informações necessárias. Meu carro foi multado em frente ao hotel, porque os funcionários estavam mais preocupados em olhar o celular do que orientar corretamente o cliente. Foi minha primeira vez e provavelmente a última. Nenhuma empatia com o cliente, todo mundo querendo tirar o corpo fora, caras emburradas e má vontade no atendimento.

Nice and modern, with a 1960\"s touch in the room de decoration. Conveniently located beside a mall with several dining options, including bars with live music. Rooms are well isolated thus, night life is not an issue.

I am Brazilian, living abroad for over 15 years and very demanding regarding the services provided in my country. It's not the first time I've stayed at Vogue and I'm used to staying at 3 other hotels nearby, in the same region. In the particular case of this stay, my disappointment is due to the following facts:

1) I was placed in room 228, next to a restaurant with very loud live music, until the early hours of the morning. Even if I liked the type of music (which I don't) it wouldn't be pleasant to listen to.

2) The room service is poor, with the presentation of a dish that is delivered without a lid and after we consume it, we have to leave the dish open, with food leftovers on the floor, outside. When I asked the restaurant about leaving a lid for the dish with me, they told me they couldn't do that because \"they would have to have a lot of lids\". I felt ashamed of others, for being Brazilian.

3) The air conditioning in the room was very old and did not move the fins. The air was directed downwards, over the beds and there was no way to raise the fins. At one point I tried to move them manually and realized that there was a piece of hardness glued on, possibly by another guest. For me, also shameful.

4) Finally about parking, on the day of check-out it was raining and I had to get the car. I asked if they had an umbrella to lend and they said no, they didn't even offer to pick up the car. I had to get all wet.

I TOLD THE STAFF 1 month ago, that it was a mistake booking, and they said no problem, we've canceled it.
Now 1 month later it looks like i was charged anyway for not even staying there.

I even told Expedia too!! so SHAME ON BOTH OF YOU!!
