My stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and relaxing. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more mirrors in the rooms, as it would make getting ready much easier. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this place to other travelers.

This hotel does not look like the pictures on the website. The room had significant wear and tear and showed signs of deferred maintenance. There were holes in the wall, the carpet in the living area was heavily soiled, pieces of the chairs and table were chipped off, the towels and pillowcases were rough and stained, the ceiling on the covered balcony was falling down, there was mildew in the shower and sink, rust was running down the wall in the bathroom, the toilet seat was too small for the bowl, and the pool that we paid extra for was unusable as it did not have enough water in it. We left a day early and went to stay at Janeiro Hotel, which was absolutely wonderful.

Lifestyle Laghetto is not a 4 star experience. This is more like a motel, with very basic and not very great amenities. The gym was so bad that we went a couple of blocks over and got a week pass at BodyTech, a local gym with classes and space to exercise. They had three Nespresso machines at breakfast that were constantly out of order. Breakfast consisted of a lot of cakes and sweets. A better breakfast option is La Bicyclette or Bibi Sucos, both within walking distance. The staff was nice but need hospitality training. Again, nothing about this hotel is 4 stars. Maybe 3 given its location. I don't recommend this hotel and think there are cleaner, better taken care of properties in Rio.

Staff is lovely and they do their best to maintain the place well, but that's hard to do when the initial builders cut so many corners. Hot water cuts out, dining room isn't quite big enough for the number of guests, light switches are a mystery, poorly assembled and/or cheap furniture, etc. As wonderful as the staff has been, the hotel needs to address some major quality issues, especially when it has so much potential with its location. Could easily be 5-star with some work.

Overall the hotel staff made all the difference. Hotel location is fantastic.
Front Office agents Vinicius, Leonardo and Caio were excellent, professional and welcomed us every time we needed anything. Rogério our Bellman was also great and our housekeeping lady Lilian was the best, attentive and friendly from the first moment we met, making us feel at home.
The property needs lots of TLC, our room’s balcony sliding door glass was cracked and the wall paper in the bathroom needs attention, it’s pealing from the wall. All metal parts of the room is rusty.
The breakfast was great, standard food selection, the person at the omelette station was very pleasant, the waiters were rushed to remove plates from our table. One recommendation to the F&B team is to hire restaurant hosts to welcome guests arriving for breakfast so they could distribute the work load better. Nespresso coffee machines were faulty and required attention every morning. Most of the time, not working properly.

This is a great hotel it is modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing so much to choose from. The rooms are a good size. I had the partial sea view and it was a great view. The shower was hot and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is further out from the centre of Rio but if you want to be more chilled then this is good and you can easily get an Uber. The staff were very helpful. The location across from the beach is perfect and there are restaurants to walk to.

I had a great stay at Laghetto. Being across the beach and having complimentary beach chairs and umbrella in a safe area is a huge bonus. Ubers are super affordable in Rio and had no issues getting around the city. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing and I would come back just for that. Will say though, the facilities do need a little upkeep. Could tell the cleaning in my room was not the best and some of the shelving needed fixing and walls needed repainting. I noticed a bit of mold around the shower. l Overall would give the stay a 7.5/10.

The staff are extremely friendly and speak English and Spanish. However, my room was not cleaned everyday and the last guest's food was left in the refrigerator. The ac never worked, pillows were terrible and outside noise kept me awake all night long. No soundproof windows. But a beautiful location with good restaurants below hotel.

This hotel was amazing!! I felt so welcomed as soon as I walked in the door! Receptionist Vinicius was super nice! They helped to charge my portable charger at the front desk when my adapter no longer worked! All staff members helped to facilitate Uber pick up and drop off! Because I spoke Portuguese it was easier to build a good relationship with them! They were so respectful, informative and made sure I made it to my destination and back safely seeing I was a solo traveler! I will DEFINITELY book with them again when I go back! Thank you!!

This property is in dire need of maintenance. The facilities in the rooms are rusty and the carpets dirty. I sincerely worried that the glass door of the shower would fall off. My shower and sink barely drained, and the bed was made so poorly because the sheets are inches too small. The breakfast in the morning, however was fabulous.

No Rio e muito difícil achar um hotel 5 estrelas como achamos fora do Brasil, mas o LSH sem duvidas e um hotel 5 estrelas para o padrão Rio, as vezes o valor e muito alto em relação aos hotéis que eu ficaria ao redor como o Windsor, mas minha estadia no LSH e sempre muito boa, tem alguns funcionários novos que precisam um pouco mais de treinamento e serem um pouco mais welcoming com os hospedes (olha que nao sou de muitas palavras) mas em geral os funcionários sao muitos gentis e estão sempre prontos para ajudar, cafe da manha muito bom o Anderson da portaria e o Leonardo gerente sao muito legais, educados e receptivos, sem duvidas esse hotel e minha primeira opção toda vez que vou ao Rio….

La atención fue excelente, son todos muy amables. La ubicación tambien es muy buena, muy comodo para hacer playa. (Pileta demasiado chica, casi como sin pileta)

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, se nota que le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel. Muy venido a bajo. Sabanas rotas, toallas manchadas, placares con feo olor, la ducha se inundaba …no volveria a hospedarme. Una lastima por que tiene todo para ser un buen Hotel.

Cuidado por que entran al cuarto en cualquier horario, incluso de noche aunque ya hayan arreglado el cuarto por la mañana. Y aunque pongas el cartel de no molestar entran igual, importante para tener en cuenta con los objetos de valor ;)

The hotel is conveniently located near the local skatepark Ave right across from the beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We rented bikes for a few hours. They are older, but still very functional.

The room was good. But the hotel was suppose to replace a broken cosmetic (broken by the cleaner) and also I was approached and harassed by the restaurant waiter. I felt so bad I didn’t go for breakfast for the last two days. The hotel management just apologized and did not offer any compensation for any of the problems I have had.

Flavio was great at checking and check out. Hopefully whoever goes there get assisted by him. Place needs serious renovations, if you look at our previous feedback for other places we stayed in they are all 4-stars and 5-stars resorts or boutique hotel. This place is for sure not a resort or boutique hotel. It’s more of a stand alone hotel. But some of the staff like Flavio and Silmar made my stay memorable. Silmar was so kind to extend our checkout since our flight back to New York wasn’t until 8pm at night. Thank you so much Silmar. Very sweet guy and a gentlemen. They need to add more quality to their products. Our bedding sheets had holes and my girl towels had stains. But overall stay was good. Breakfast was cool fruits were awesome.

The hotel is great. Contemporary, clean, well furnished rooms. Excellent shower - probably one of the best I've experienced.

Staff could not do anymore to help - Particularly Eduardo, Julie, Leohardho and Allessandra. We were given a complimentary upgrade to sea view - but had booked a garden view because trip
Advisor mentioned it is a lively area. There was a four day festival in the park opposite the hotel - we were staying 10 nights and didn't want to move out stuff so we were given a room at the back of the hotel to sleep in and still enjoy the seaview and sunny balcony during the day. Could not have asked for this to be dealt with better.

Breakfast was more than ample. British tea lovers will struglle to get PG tips in Rio - anywhere - so take some with you.

Eduardo was brilliant and translated for us and helped - he also arranged transport to an excellent A&E when this was needed.

The beach is fabulous - just across the road from the hotel. Very clean and well serviced by the hotel. It's away from the overcrowded Copacabana and Ipanema but with good beach bars, cafes and beach vendors.

The hotel is a 10 minute Walking distance from Jardim Oceania Metro station or an R$8 (uber) to it. The Metro takes you everywhere you need except Christ the Redeemer - which was worth the R$60 (uber) taxi there and similar back to Lapa. Restaurant , pool bar and general bar fabulous

Áreas fechadas ou em obras; funcionários rudes; dificuldade para falar com recepção; room service abaixo da crítica … elevadores sem funcionar; aparentemente sem gerador com inúmeras falta de energia; mobiliário quebrado; piscina fechada — eleja um Ibis ou Mercure mediano e terá melhor e mais justa entrega.

A Piscina principal do hotel estava fechada e não fomos avisado. Havia uma outra piscina em outro pavimento, porém nao atendia o número total de hóspedes e as condições da piscina eram péssimas. Em geral a conservação das áreas do hotel estão ruim, principalmente a piscina que é o principal atrativo. Não havia toalhas de piscina para todos hóspedes, e os acessórios oferecidos na praia, como guarda sol, estavam em péssimos estado de conservação.

Gostei muito do hotel, do café da manhã e, principalmente, dos funcionários, em especial o recepcionista Valdecir, que foi muito atencioso, proativo e simpático, além de ter conseguido um upgrade pelo meu aniversário , deixou agendado um mini bolo de presente que foi lindo! Pela receptividade já voltarei! Só achei que alguns itens estavam enferrujados e algumas piscinas em obra, deixando um ar de falta de manutenção, mas nada que desabone o restante da estadia que foi 10!

Todos pontos do hotel são positivos: quarto, equipe MARAVILHOSA, infraestrutura, café da manhã… Ponto negativo: valor cobrado pela estadia do pet, muito caro por não existir nenhuma contrapartida (não oferecem tapetes higiênicos, não há espaço personalizado no hotel muito menos cuidadores…) então porque cobrar tão caro????

A equipe do hotel é ótima, muito solícita, resolutiva e agradável. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e variado. Pegamos um quarto com vista lateral mar, mas nos decepcionamos. Ficamos sem água no sábado e tínhamos um evento. Chegou a voltar, bem suja, depois ficamos sem novamente. O banheiro vazava bastante água para o quarto, próximo à cama.

Quarto com cheiro de mofo que passa se ar condicionado ligado no forte. Algumas partes do quarto afetadas por maresia. Podia ter melhor manutenção.

Falta café coado tem que ficar pedindo

Frios cortados grossos
Cheiro de mofo no quarto
Falta tomadas ao lado das camas se usa cepap você tem que escolher o que colocar do lado da cama
Todas as peças de metais do banheiro envelhecidas
Porta do chuveiro escorre água para fora molhando o piso do banheiro
Lençol sai facilmente do colchão
A tv desliga sozinha no meio do que você está assistindo
Não tem lixo do lado da pia do banheiro

Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitaciones bonitas pero les falta mantenimiento a las conexiones eléctricas porque los adaptadores se caían. Todo el personal nos trató súper bien pero sobretodo Alicia de recepción nos dio una gran atención.
