I had an amazing stay at Ibiza Barra Hotel. Nobody spoke any English and I don't speak any Portuguese, so there was definitely a language barrier, but all of the staff were so amazing and so patient while I tried to translate. Particularly Ezequiel was amazing, he was very friendly and helpful and we were sad to have to say goodbye. If I ever visit Barra again I will be looking to book here!

I found the room to be in good state of repair and clean if a bit on the small side. The service was always friendly. A reasonable selection of food for breakfast but not extensive, no tea / coffee making facility in the room but coffee available during the evening. Location was fairly quiet even though there is a lot of construction nearby for a new road but I didn't hear any noise from it. A few restaurants, supermarket etc within easy walking distance and a fairly quiet beach 15 - 20 mins walk away.

The lobby and the breakfast are good but the rooms are not clean, beds very small, towels very old, very noisy street and the acoustic of the building is really bad. They only speak Portuguese.

A estadia foi bem diferente do que esperávamos ao reservar, principalmente considerando as fotos e as avaliações anteriores. Infelizmente, acabou sendo decepcionante.
Deu a impressão de que o hotel está em forte contenção de custos. Em várias áreas comuns, incluindo a área do café da manhã, os ar-condicionados estavam desligados. Também havia apenas um elevador funcionando.
A internet foi provavelmente o ponto mais problemático. No quarto ela praticamente não funcionava, e nas áreas comuns havia diversas redes diferentes que caíam o tempo todo, exigindo que você ficasse trocando de rede constantemente. Como eu estava viajando a trabalho, isso acabou dificultando bastante o meu dia a dia.
A experiência na piscina também foi péssima, pois havia música tocando continuamente em volume alto. Em um espaço que normalmente é pensado para relaxamento, seria interessante permitir um ambiente mais neutro. Quando se quer ouvir música, normalmente se busca um bar ou outro local onde seja possível escolher o estilo.
No quarto, a TV não funcionava. O ar-condicionado resfriava bem, mas era bastante barulhento. Além disso, o quarto é muito pequeno e a cama e os travesseiros foram bastante desconfortáveis — algo que foge um pouco do que normalmente se espera de um hotel.

Estacionamento super desorganizado, pão do café da manhã amanhecido, caixa de gordura da cozinha transbordando esgoto a céu aberto, frigobar do quarto congelando mesmo no mínimo (estragou meus alimentos ), funcionarios de cara fechada e sem paciência, travesseiros sem fronha, celular só carregava se mantivesse a luz acesa ( mesmo estando com minha mulher no quarto ). Se eu pudesse pegaria meu dinheiro de volta. Simples assim. Não valeu a dinheiro que paguei.

Acomodação muito boa, quarto limpo, banheiro limpo, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, a única coisa que pecou foi o café da manhã, achei muito fraco, os bolos estavam solados, frutas passadas e os pães não pareciam ser do dia, e no local onde eu fiquei para o café da manhã, havia uma barata, sugiro que façam um serviço de dedetização periódica no hotel, de resto, tá bom, e o bom atendimento do copeiro que fica no bar da piscina (Bryan).

No frigobar nao tem nada. É necessario pegar as bebidas na recepcao e, se nao consumir tudo, retorna-las na propria recepcao.

Nunca encontrei um hotel que trata-se ps hóspedes com tão pouco caso. A estadia foi terrível, pagamos por um quarto com três camas de solteiro e vista. Quando fizemos o checkin nosso quarto tinha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro e não havia cobertores suficientes para todos os hóspedes. Ao solicitar o quarto pelo qual havíamos feito a reserva, fomos informados de que não haviam quartos e nem cobertores disponíveis no hotel, ou seja, pagamos por um ótimo quarto e ficamos com o pior.

A porta estava emperrando, o atendimento não é bom, os funcionários são fechados, eu liguei um dia antes para hospedagem e quem atendeu desligou na minha cara, da pra escutar as pessoas do outro quarto, da pra ouvir o barulho de quem está de fora, o café da manhã é ótimo, a parte externa é maravilhosa, a cama é boa, o ar bom, tudo limpo, o chuveiro é quente!

Atendimento Nota Zero !!!! Não tive apenas um atendimento frio e indiferente, fui maltratado. Tive sensação que a atendente não gosta do que faz, está com algum problema com o patrão, pois é extremamente rude.
E não apenas ela, mas todos os funcionários agem assim. Parece que são treinados para atenderem mal. Se você não liga para qualidade no atendimento este hotel é um opção até que razoável. Agora se gosta de ser bem atendido, aí tem muitas outras opção na Barra da Tijuca.

O atendimento da recepcionista foi ótimo. O quarto estava bem limpo. Seria melhor se fosse o quarto com varanda, mas o quarto sem,tbm foi bom!!! O único ponto negativo, foi o café da manhã. O suco tinha gosto de tang e estava quente, o pão que eu comi estava meio duro

Já me hospedei em muitos hotéis no rio, mas de longe esse fui um dos piores, se você sozinho até vai, agora se você for em casal esquece, está tendo uma obra no hotel, na hora do café eu não sabia se eu estava em um hotel ou em um refeitório de obra, a piãozada toma café junto com os hóspedes, eu contei pelo menos 25, o pior de tudo foi 2 piões de obra usando a piscina do hotel depois das 17h, eu com minha esposa tomando banho, eles não respeitam, ficam olhando e comentando, na hora do café tbm, só tinha eu e minha esposa no meio de 25 piões de obra, eles tudo olhando e comentando, eles tem acesso area de piscina e café como se fossem hóspedes, o problema não é que eles são piões, mas sim que eles não respeitam as mulheres e fazem uma bagunça danada e torna o ambiente nada família, tinha um que tava gritando e xingando o tempo inteiro e ninguém do hotel fazia nada, fora essa péssima experiência com o pessoal de obra junto com os hóspedes, ainda pegamos um quarto com cheiro de mofo, box vazando e tomadas não funcionando, o pessoal do hotel tudo de cara em burrada e nada simpáticos, os únicos funcionários simpáticos são as faxineiras dos quartos, super gente boa,
