O quarto precisa de melhorias, o ar condicionado é do século passado! Barulhento demais e não tem como regular a temperatura. A ducha muito ruim, o misturador não funciona direito. A cama do quarto q fiquei (907) muito pequena e com declínio no colchão, roupas de cama e banho bem surradas . Não é um 4 estrelas… No máximo 3 estrelas.

Atendimento cordial na recepção, garçons e camareiras bem dispostos, horários foram bem tolerantes com check in antecipado e check out late! Quarto grande com dois ambientes, espelho, cama enorme, banheiro alaga e a pia demora vazar, mas tem espaço e chuveiro bom. Piscina bonita, mas água bem fria. Diária com valor puxado mesmo fora de feriados, mas voltaria com certeza.

O hotel tem um atendimento excelente, café da manhã bom, ótima localização, porém a limpeza dos quartos é terrível… fui em grupo e todos os quartos q pegamos estavam nas mesma péssimas condições de limpeza… muita sujeira embaixo das camas de semanas sem limpar, a limpeza feita diariamente parece q só tiram o lixo e nada mais… a limpeza mais profunda entre a saída de um hóspede pro outro, pelo jeito nem existe… lamentável pq todo o restante do hotel é muito bom!

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 610. Razoável, toalhas do banheiro de péssima qualidade, e todos os dias a substituição delas as toalhas estavam com cheiro ruim. Limpeza do quarto sempre tinha areia no chao. Secador não funcionava bem 2 minutos ligado, precisamos pedir um secador a parte.

Tive problema na recepção pois em um imprevisto com minha filha, meu neto precisava passar a noite comigo, fui a recepção para tentar pagar o pernoite dele, mas não aceitaram e tive que levá-lo para dormir na casa de um amigo, o que me causou um grande transtorno, apesar dele já ter registro no Hotel pois costumeiramente me hospedo com ele.

Minha estadia foi decepcionante, apesar da cordialidade e prestatividade dos funcionários, pois tive uma série de problemas. Ao chegar no hotel os elevadores estavam com defeito, tive que subir com as malas pela escada de emergência (por sorte estava no 4º andar), depois voltou a funcionar apenas 1, o que tornou o serviço bem demorado. Reservei um quarto para casal, descrito no site hoteis.com como deluxe, ao chegar no quarto me deparei com duas camas de solteiras juntadas, porém parecia que as camas não eram apropriadas para a junção, pois se deitássemos muito perto do vão, a cama escorregava e ele se abria, o que acabou sendo como dormir em duas camas de solteiro ao invés da cama de casal como solicitado; além de as camas terem ficado encostadas na parede, tornando o acesso a ela péssimo para um de nós (que tinha que subir pelo pé, ao invés da lateral como o normal). O ar condicionado do quarto era modelo antigo, era barulhento e demorava para gelar. Nos dois dias da estadia faltaram água quente, no 1º deu tempo de tomar banho, pois já estava finalizando quando a água gelou, mas no 2º ao chamar funcionário, o mesmo verificou que não tinha água quente, se desculpou e disse que o horário era de pico e infelizmente teria que aguardar um tempo para voltar a água quente (levou +-30 min). No quarto, informava que o serv de quarto era de 12h as 21h, porém a camareira passou às 10h da manhã, como não podíamos desocupar naquele momento para limpeza, ela não voltou e ficou sem fazer.
