The place is old but is kept in good condition. Failure to remove snow and especially dangerous ice buildup around the property made walking very dangerous. Hotel phone system did not work. Room was cold and complaint took 2 days to see response. Guest parking requires phoning a local number to have the gate open to exit, a stupid system for people without roaming mobile phone feature, or worse, with no mobile phone. The place seems to think everyone has a mobile phone.

A very enjoyable stay!

We stayed one night to run the very nearby parkrun.
Our room was on the 14th floor and had a lovely view. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.
Reception were helpful and friendly.
The hotel has a restaurant/ bar and we sat outside enjoying a beer whilst we waited to be able to check in. Hotels.com says 2pm but it is actually 3pm, not a problem and reception staff were able to give us our room at 2.30 so no issues at all as a cold glass of beer after our journey was very welcome.
We would definitely stay again as the Old Town was about a 30 minute walk too.

Enjoyable stay !

The room was old style but clean, nice and spacious with a good bed. Location was very good too, easy parking, and half an hour walk into the old town. Only breakfast could be a little better, for example more choice in bread and bread spread.

Check-in was quiet slow, maybe because a lot of guests arrived at similar time. Room spacious, everything what you need, they have a mini-bar with some drinks and snacks. Didn’t try restaurant at the property. Located next to big park, where was concert held, but room was really quiet, no outside noises.

We stay 1 night, and it was very nice experience. Reception staff are nice, helpful and friendly. They provide all the information we asked, and responded all our requests. The room was comfortable, quiet and scene free (no smoking) - everything you need for over night rest. The complement from the hotel was in the room, and this was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is wonderful and served in the nice restaurant. The only my note is that the room itself was not excellent clean. Here and there I cleaned before using, and this should be improved.

Room was very hot due to sun shining through the window with no air conditioning. Did manage to open the window though to get some cooler air in.
The bar and restaurant were closed on Saturday night due to a wedding which we were not made aware of beforehand and there are no others nearby so we went hungry.

Personally, in my opinion, if you’re going to advertise having a laundry it should be a 48 hour turnaround to get your laundry back. That is an overly abundant time to do a load of laundry. This was part of why I chose this location and the basis of any of my disappointment.

Loved it! Very happy with our stay

We vacationed a few different places in Ireland, UK, and Lithuania, and this hotel was my favorite of all. So comfortable - my two daughters and myself had a room with a king bed and sofa bed pull out. It was probably our biggest room in a hotel of the trip. Big glass windows for great views. Slippers, robes, lavender pillow spray, mini fridge. The first hotel we stayed in that provided body lotion.

Friendly staff. The concierge/bell hop was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the pool area, and we enjoyed talking to him.

The lobby looked beautiful and very grand when we walked in. I wish we had more time to spend in the hotel and pool - it was more than just a room to sleep in. It was the first hotel we stayed in to provide hot food with breakfast. Breakfast was good.

The street it was on was quiet. It was a little outside of the ‘main’ city but we walked to old town and back without trouble. We also used Uber to get to/from the bus station. There is a small convenience store very close, maybe a block away but hard to see it. We did stay a different night in downtown Vilnius later in our travels, easy for walking but I still preferred the Crowne Plaza.

I would recommend and stay again. It was a great value for a classy hotel. Favorite things about it were hot tub/pool, big room, breakfast, friendly staff. For us, it was a very comfortable place to stay and rest. Everything I would expect from a nice hotel. Thank you Crowne Plaza for a great stay!

Excellent, our first choice for a return visit

Really excellent hotel - and we've stayed in very many, in many countries. The Crowne Plaza Vilnius certainly exceeded our expectations - right from a fast no-fuss and friendly check-in (not all are), to a free upgrade to a superbly air-conditioned suite ...very welcome after a 32c day, making for a good sleep...in a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was faultless, and special orders are covered with a friendly approach and great efficiency. Three coffee machines, instead of the usual queue at the only one...and plenty of space. We didn't eat in the hotel, but could have used the restaurant on the ground floor, and we're sure the food would have been great. What was absolutely strange though was that the one on the 16th floor - promising great views over the city - was closed/doors locked ... on two separate occasions when we went up to look. No idea why, and was the only (slight) disappointment.

Other than that, this very spacious and noticeably quiet hotel is very highly recommended, and would definitely be our first choice on a return visit to Vilnius. It's in a nice green location, to the west of the centre, which is about a 20-minute walk away. Great experience, and great value too.

Great Hotel in convenient location

We had a comfortable and pleasant 2 night stay. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Bedroom was comfortable. Didn’t like that our large bed was two singles pushed together and the doona was not quite big enough.
The gym is basic. Breakfast buffet was up to standard .
Parking was free which is a big plus .
I have no problem recommending this hotel and would return.
Tip- the hotel is in a quiet residential area but there is a sizeable supermarket about 150 meters to the right as you exit the hotel.(one of the Maxima chain of shops)

We arrived at 13.30 ish and were too early to book into our room. We returned around 17.00, expecting a room as per my booking. We were given what the counter clerk said was a room as per my booking (double bed with park view). This was double-checked by another clerk who confirmed it was correct. However, Having gone to the room, it was with single beds and city view (and dirty toilet) - not as per booking. We were given another room, also confirmed as correct as per booking. But this also was NOT as per booking.
We needed to out of the hotel before 17.30, but the hotel were unable to allocate us a room. So we left and returned after 10.00pm to a room that was (finally) as per the booking.

As compensation for the misunderstanding, we were given two vouchers for complimentary drinks and snacks at the bar. However, these were only for non-alcoholic drinks, which meant we were given vouchers for the equivalent of complimentary drinks that were anyway available in the rooms. So nothing extra at all in fact.
Staff were apologetic of course and the hotel was generally ok. But not being able to get into our room until after 22.00 hours was disappointing to say the least!

We stayed at the hotel with a little child 2 months old. Very attentive stuff, food in the restaurant downstairs good. The view from the hotel room is unbeatable. The beautiful park is just 1 min walk away. The only one downside: the mattress seemed to be too soft but it is a matter of personal preference.

Disappointing, IHG standards are not being met.

Reception Staff: The gentleman who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were very helpful and extremely courteous, however, the man on the evening shift was very unhelpful. We advised him that the heating in our room wasn't working and instead of offering us a portable heater or extra blankets, he just said that there was nothing he could do. We offered the suggestion of supplying blankets which they arranged.
Cleaning Staff: They need to go back to Hotel Cleaning school. The bathroom was not cleaned during our entire 5 day stay, I had to clean it myself, all they did was provide fresh towels. The coffee mugs were merely rinsed and dried and left to be re-used, stains and all. Crockery from room service the night before was left in the room. Empty water bottles weren't cleared away and the sheets weren't changed either.
Facilities: The hotel is tired looking and in serious need of a revamp. They were reflooring the lobby while we were there, I can only hope that they plan to do the whole hotel. The Spa is very basic and overpriced, €15 for 3 hrs, we couldn't eek out more than 1hr in the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool so pay-as-you go pricing would be more appropriate.
Room: Despite being upgraded to prevent disturbance from the private party on the top floor, our room could have been more comfortable if it was cleaned and heating maintained properly.

Crowne let down

Firstly and list importantly I booked and paid in advance for an executive room and one was not available so I had to accept a standard room. This was in news of some refurb. Carpets were stained and the shower head constantly rotated making it difficult to shower whilst holding it.
The bar staff were unfriendly and actually slightly intimidating.
The breakfast wasn't of the standard I expect from this class of hotel.
Very disappointed. I stay in hotels around 15 nights per month and this is the worst for a long time.

Very good standard hotel. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. I like the location which is not right in the centre but close enough. Within 30mins walk or 10mins taxi ride. The Crowne Plaza is right next to a lovely huge park which was really handy for enjoying really beautiful weather that we were blessed with.

The hotle does not completely deserve 5 stars! I would hardy rate it with 4. Rooms were not very clean, it was a problem whent we wanted to get a corkscrew to the room or the ice. Even glasses were different sizes. Floor was not very clean. The staff not very polite. Air conditioner was so loud that we had to turn it off so we could go sleep. It was the first and the last stay at the hotel.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ausstattung Hotelzimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber und groß. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten super. Zimmersafe konnte nicht genutzt werden da der Vorgänger ihn mit seine Code geschlossen hatte. Nach nachfrage an der Rezeption konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden. Sehr kompliziert laut Aussagen der Mitarbeiterin.

Perushotelli, respan palvelu erinomaista. Katolla olisi ravintola näköaloilla mutta se ei jostain syystä ole auki, aulabaari/ravintola sulkeutuu todella aikaisin. Ruoka ei kummoista, baarin henksu ei tainnut osata englantia erityisen hyvin. Huone siisti, ilmastointi melko kovaääninen, muuten hiljaista. Jos olet menossa esim konserttiin Vingis Parkiin on tämä hotelli ehdoton valinta, matkaa alueelle noin 200m.

Der har ikke været roomservice gennem hele opholdet (4 nætter). Jeg bad om roomservice, og stadig fik jeg den ikke. Døren til skabet var ødelagt, og jeg beder om at få det lavet, men det blev heller ikke gjort. Jeg fik kun rene håndklæder toiletpapir og sæbe, fordi jeg gik i receptionen og bad om det.

Отель уже немного устал. Бани на реконструкции, одна из них уже более года не работает. В номере пропали: кондиционер для волос и расслабляющие эфирные масла для сна. Выбор русских каналов - 1 штука найдена! Утром около 6-30 начала свистеть вентиляция - это и был будильник для подъема :)
Персонал отзывчивый и вкусный, богатый завтрак.

Siistikuntoinen, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliaita. Kattoravintola ja spa-osasto olivat suljettu. Sijainti lähellä ulkoilualuetta jossa hyvät lenkkimahdollisuudet. Kartta löytyy hotellin aulasta.

Fajne miejsce, zwłaszcza w tej cenie.

Miejsce proporcjonalne do ceny. W sumie poza kłopotami z zamkami (karty magnetyczne) wszystko było w standardzie hotelu 4*. Trochę mało miejsca na parkingu, ale udało nam się zaparkować.

The hotel needs to be updated. Reception forgot to order our to go breakfast. That was pretty disappointing.
