The front desk young man was very kind
Dean
Very clean hotel and well maintained rooms. The tv did not receive many channels and using online apps was difficult.
Sherri-Lynn
Amazing stay in Hinton! Staff were friendly, Rooms clean, and breakfast included! My new favourite place to stay in Hinton!
Kris
Nice hotel and staff. A good option if hotels in Jasper are booked.
Johanna
Thin walls, noisy. Good breakfast.
Lois
The hotel & room were very clean, but the entire place smelled of curry. Staff were polite. The bed was a little hard. Dinner at the Indian restaurant was excellent. The free breakfast was not.
Himanshu
Amazing room ambience and service with the great location
Caleb
The location was convenient, check-in and out process was easy, and the hotel finishes were clean and modern. The staff were professional and the restaurant next door was good. The breakfast could have been more for the price paid, but it was good overall. Was nice to have the pool, hot tub, and fitness room available.
Kathy
Fabulous room! Great bedding! Delicious breakfast. Clean and good temp pool and hot tub. Quiet. Good parking. All of it was so good. And the location gave us many options for food, including fast food, sit down, and walking to the grocery store.
Prashant
Bedding and mattresses takes points away as they were neither clean or quality. Rest are okay. Staff was good.
Danilo
Very Good & Friendly Atmosphere 👍
Kevin
The property was great, newly renovated, We had a nice single queen room with a separate couch area that was divided by French doors. They had an espresso machine and tea in the room, bathroom had nice soaps and shampoos and they even had a steamer in the room which my girlfriend loved!
Walking distance to Walmart, grocery store and some local restaurants.
Jass at the front desk was great and went above and beyond, she even went to the restaurant next door to borrow some wine glasses so we could enjoy some wine in our room.
All the employees were great to deal with, very accommodating.
The only advice we could give is if the TV’s in the room had a movie channel not just news and tv shows.
100 % Would definitely stay here again!!!

Design of bathroom was poor with door hitting the toilet
Alex
Nicely renovated, lots of parking.

When looking up hotels it said hot breakfast it was not in the same building but the Indian restaurant next door they also inform that cleaning is very third day and when cleaning they left the cleaning cart in the elevator full of dirty towels and there is only one elevator.
Franz Monique
A great experience! Wish we stayed here longer.
Graham
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very nice and clean. Good pool for the kids. The breakfast was amazing, tons of hot options not just typical cold complimentary breakfast.
Olaniyi
We enjoy our stay as family, we even cooked for a dinner, we love cooking :) very awesome experience.
Seshu Srinivasa Mitra
The indian restaurant next to the hotel is theirs as well where they serve their complementary breakfast in the mornings. However, actually eating there after breakfast is a pain as they prioritize online orders more than in house dining, and food takes around an hour to come out after ordering. The rooms were somewhat small and we had issues with our key cards and service was slow. Other than that the rooms were clean and the shower was pretty good.

Book this hotel! You won’t regret it. The beds were comfortable, the staff are friendly, especially Jass. The breakfast was in the restaurant next door and was yummy. The rooms were large, and the bathrooms had plenty of space to hang things on towel bars. The pool was the perfect temperature, the hot tub was a bit too hot but many people like hot hot tubs. Every room had nespresso and a hot water kettle. Even laundry for $5 washing and $5 drying.
The only tiny drawback is that you can hear the noise of the guests in the rooms above you but other than that it is a perfect hotel. Can’t wait to return!!

We had booked an upgraded room with kitchen due to food allergies making restaurants difficult. When we arrived, they were over-booked and were going to bump us to an upgraded room without a kitchen, but bumped someone else for a night once they understood our reason for needing the kitchen. The room was very nice. I just wish hotels wouldn't overbook.
Delilah
We only stayed a night, but staff was extremely nice and made themselves available to provide local information. The hotel appears newly renovated. Bedrooms were well maintained and beds were comfortable. Having nesspresso was nice as was the morning breakfast.
Randy
Very Clean room,excellent breakfast!
Mathieu
The place was great and newly renovated!
Elise
The property looked new, was beautifully maintained, inviting and very clean. Staff were above and beyond. Breakfast is a wonderful buffet including sweet and savory dishes, which are constantly replenished. Lots of restaurants, stores, etc around the area and it is a beautiful drive to Jasper from here.
Rain
Staff were great and so helpful with the few issues we did experience! Most of the experience was good, but cleanliness was a real issue. Among general cleanliness issues in the room, we also found several pieces of garbage just barely underneath the bag bench in the room (which included a condom wrapper). Staff problem-solved us as much as they could since we booked through a third-party site, but it did sour the stay.
T. Jay
bathrooms were rediculously small and difficult to navigate.
Ali
Nice place to stay. Good coffee all day at reception
Véronique

Donna

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the amenities were excellent. My kids absolutely loved the indoor swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!
Hyder
Nice clean hotel, nothing really special, but kept very clean.
Deborah
The property was clean and updated, the staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, and several restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good.
Heather

Rebecca
Rooms are very clean and nice! And it included breakfast which was really good. For the price I would definitely recommend. We would stay again.
Nafis
Amazing staff, decent breakfast, great room. Perfect for a pit stop
KULWANT
Receptionist Jass was very co-operative. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed Dinner at Tandoori Kona.
Chandan
The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the staff were polite and helpful, and I loved the breakfast.
Manish
Fairly new property, nice & new bathrooms. There is only one elevator in entire building and the stair cases are only at the extreme ends of the building. Elevator is slow and makes noise which feels like it is due for maintenance. Free breakfast is a winner for sure. I would book here again if I get a chance.
Sai

The rooms were clean and big. Breakfast was good! Bathrooms are a little small with not much space to clothes or towels. The water kettle needed to be reclean, it looks like previous people used them and never clean them I saw some ginger left. Overall, beds were comfy and room is nice & cozy. I would definitely consider this place to stay again!
George

This was by far the BEST hotel if our stay in Alberta. My only regret is that we didn't book this hotel for more days. It was super clean, great staff, awesome room, comfortable beds. Everything that made a great stay!
Marie-José
I really appreciate the breakfast complete and hot in the morning. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

Great property. Only downside is it’s about a hour from Jasper .
Trina
The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. There were a couple of issues with the elevator, but the staff took care of these quickly.
Pamela
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The front staff was amazing and ensured not to provide my room number verbally upon check-in to myself as another customer was present and this helps to ensure my safety as a long female traveler. They did provide breakfast nextdoor which provided American and Indian options which was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Only downside, was they started vacumming hallways around 10pm when I was trying to sleep, however my earplugs was able to drown out the noise. Would definitely stay here again!!
Amber
Large room and very friendly staff!
Maeve
Overall everything about our stay was great! Staff were so helpful and kind, always greeting us as we came in or out. One thing I could recommend is just having a few more towels in the room, and possibly a more diverse breakfast. But those pancakes were sooo good 😊
Robert
Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful. Property was very clean. Bed wasn't very comfortable, but that is probably more me as I'm used to a firmer mattress.
Overall a very good experience.

We stopped here based on Expedia reviews. Wow! Were we surprised. A true gem, A spacious room, espresso machine in the room, breakfast in the attached restaurant and a wonderful coffee bar in the lobby. The shower amenities were a local company and I really liked the quality.
Would stay here again!

A group of 6 of use adults 4 in one room, 2 in another room. My grandparents in their own room had left some jewelry out as we were in a rush for a wedding. She then noticed that her jewelry had gone missing with a do not disturb sign on the door.. why would her jewelry have gone missing with a sign on the door! They didn’t have an explanation for her…not only that our glass cups were dirty as if someone has just used them. Our washroom was dirty as if someone had just been getting ready in there.

Loved the staff, very polite and helpful. Also the breakfast was great, complementary and even in the room there was free espresso with free coffee in the lobby as well! As a coffee lover that was great for the mornings before starting our day.
