Mabel
Beautiful in every way
Karan
Good location, but only a single elevator.
Tania
It was a good hotel, no complains, it had gym and pool, but we did not use the pool. The breakfast was very good, with eggs, potatoes, sausages, beans and others options. Recommended.
Eric
Hotel room was good, spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was plentiful and above average for an 'included breakfast'.
Throughout the building tiles are cracking and loose all over the place, finishes are a bit worn and it just has a bit of an appearance of neglect. The swimming pool could be a nice feature except when we visited both the pool and hot tub were rather dirty and needed attention.

We had a little dog and she loved running through the grass. Safe , quiet place and breakfast was good. Budget friendly place with all you need. Most importantly was very clean.

Great area and place to stay
Sheila
The building is dated, the rooms were okay. The rugs need to be replaced, and the tub had a constant drip, and was rusted around the drain. The wall had some splatters of maybe pop or something up the wall in the main room. The beds were comfy, sheets were clean, the decorative pillow on top of the bed had a few very long black hairs on it. Air con worked very well. Overall it was fine. If you can look past the rug, tub and hairs on the decorative pillow, you will be fine staying here.

Very nice service
kapil
Clean rooms helpful staff good breakfast and lots of space for parking
Cindy
Great place to stay the breakfast was good too and the pool was better maintained than a best western I stayed at. The staff are friendly and the price was good.
Heather
Our over all experience was great. The facilities were very clean and the staff were very helpful in providing information about the town and surrounding features.Breakfasts were excellent.
Our only (very minor) complaint was the lack of a sink stopper in the bathroom, which made shaving a bit difficult.
We will definitely check in to the Ramada next time we travel yo Hinton.

Clean room, good breakfast selection. Breakfast opens at 6am good for people who need to head out early. Good location lots of restaurants around in walking distance.
MARIA
We stayed at Ramada in Hinton while exploring Jasper since it was one of the more affordable options. The room was clean, comfortable, and our pet-friendly room had no pet odor at all, which we really appreciated.
The breakfast wasn’t fancy, but it had one of the better selections compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip. The restaurant was very clean, and the friendly Filipina server provided excellent service.
Overall, we had a great stay. The drive between Hinton and Jasper was absolutely worth it—we were lucky enough to spot a grizzly bear, a black bear, and several elk along the way!

Hot breakfast was well stocked and refilled quickly. Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage (depending on day), potato wedges and cubes, toast/bagels, and fresh waffles (you make it yourself with a waffle iron machine).
Cold side has yogurt, two cereals, fresh fruit (apples or bananas), juice from concentrate (Apple, Orange, Ice Tea, Fruit Punch)
Tea/Coffee/Hot water.
The pool is good size and hot tub was well maintained.
Staff is friendly and professional.

Barkha
Value for money, nice staff and decent rooms.
Jerrod
Room was clean except it smelled like they were trying to mask the smell of cigarettes.
Dana
It was not amazing but did the trick for a 1 night stay. Breakfast left something to be desired. Our room (king suite) was…interesting. A large, dim square room with lots of empty space and fairly crusty carpet with a strange smell. Pull out couches were very springy and super uncomfortable.
Kent
It was an amazing. Very nice hotel
Cheri
Staff was friendly and helpful, with a quick easy check in.
Rooms where clean however, they where outdated, tub faucet dripped and the tub itself was rusting.
Breakfast was a challenge..it was a busy time and waited in a line for 5 mins. Toaster didn't toast (at all)

The hotel was clean beds comfortable. The rooms are kind of dated. Overall not bad stay if needed.
Dilbir
Outdated old furniture in rooms , washrooms need upgrade , hooks behind washroom doors for hanging clothes came out , breakfast very basic , prices are high like other hotel chains like holiday inn are better , I will never use Ramada inn in future , wastage of money
Anuradha
Horrible breakfast. The staff in the breakfast lounge were not very welcoming

Clean. This has to have been the cleanest room ever. Bedding excellent. This site in a passing through during scenic vacation in the Canadian parks. Self-serve hot Breakfast was standard fare and included. Stay here if you are in Hinton. Grocery store next door.
Mario
hotel is in need of upgrades, breakfast is limited, staff is friendly, parking is easy. Over priced for what you get
Gina
Beds are great. It’s really cleand and checkout was fast and easy. Breakfast was good too.
Chalachew
Great breakfast!!
Don
I feel, for this room the bathroom was too small for anyone to move. I was helping my handicapped brother, he had a hard time lifting his legs over the tub, and you had to move to the wall to close the door.
Masresha
Parking breakfast cleaning room
Yury
The property is poorly managed and maintained, terrible food and cleaning service. I don’t recommend it.
Parvinder
excellent stay
Andela
The hotel appears little outdated.
Some nights were noisy there.
The room was clean, the staff was pleasant in the dining area
(breakfast time). The main desk receptionists working on morning shift were pleasant to deal with.

Had a fantastic stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Hinton! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our days, and the indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the area and heading out toward Jasper. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming place to stay in Hinton!
Kapila
I am happy about my stay there
Kimberly
The hotel has a laundromat, which was very helpful after driving a long day in the rain on a motorbike we were able to go in and dry all of our clothes and the staff were so helpful and made our stay wonderful and we ended up staying a second night due to more rain and they had no problem, accommodating us and letting us keep our existing room. Definitely would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.
Leta
The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the other reviews said in our opinion. They are dog friendly. The pool and hot tub were good, a bit of hard water stains on both which is fair.
Paul
My reliable go to in Hinton. Good stay as always.
Adam

Excellent facility. Staff can’t do enough to help when asked. Busy place but you don’t notice as it is efficiently run. The rooms was spotless when we moved in and was maintained throughout our stay. The free breakfast had a good assortment from cereal to bacon and eggs and most things in between. Lots of parking and it’s easy to access. Will stay again when we are next in Hinton.

We usually stay at this hotel while traveling near Jasper National Park.
It is very clean and quiet and has very friendly staff and we really appreciate the lovely breakfast.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The breakfast staff was very friendly and very attentive. Overall a positive experience. I'd have no hesitation in staying again or recommending.
Sharon
The room was clean. The check-in was quick and easy. I always stay here when I am travelling to BC by car. It's always consistent, convenient and a good price
LIN
Nice location. Breakfast was good. Hot and cold water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Very sweet. The pool is a bit small. We like it.
Charles
Furnishings were worn, old picture hangers in the wall, bathroom sink was cracked/scratched badly around the drain. Bed was comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. Staff was nice, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Dale
very nice
Elizabeth
Very pleased with my stay
Stefania
This property needs some serious repairs and upgrades. After flushing the toilet the water wouldn’t go down as was supposed to and of course in the middle of the night clogged, there was no plunger to try unclog and when we called front desk they brought us one, left it at the door letting us try to unclog it ourselves. After many attempts it didn’t work and they moved us to another room, was already 2:30 am. The next room wasn’t much better, still flushed water in the toilet wouldn’t drain properly, the shower faucet loose from the wall and was very hard to adjust the water pressure and temperature. Overall the whole bathroom was stained, rusty and cracked. Very disappointing and not even an apology for the inconvenience we’ve had during that night. Definitely not going back.😡😡😡
Debbie
Very comfortable stay, nice bed, microwave, fridge. Carpet in the room needs replacing (preferably with flooring rather than carpet), a bit noisy in the morning (room by elevator), breakfast okay but no granola, bacon/sausage, or fruit. Good location.
Arnold
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Adrienne
The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The pool was great for the kids! Everything was clean and comfortable in the room.
Mark J
Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is passable. There are grocery stores and other shopping across the street; otherwise, no entertainment in walking distance, but a straight drive to Jasper. Check out the Beaver Boardwalk in Hinton for a great walk outdoors.
Amy
We booked this place because it had a hot breakfast but the waffle makers were t working and they seemed short staffed because they had no fruit or yogurt. Room was clean and the bedding was really comfortable
Violeta
We had a great stay at Ramada in Hinton. It’s the first hotel as you enter town from the Jasper side. The room was clean and spacious. Paint seemed recent. The staff at the front desk was the only staff we interacted with and we had a great experience with everyone. Might not be the fanciest hotel, but you have what you need, enough towels, and a comfortable bed. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was fine. Had the basics. Would recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, clean hotel.
Kenneth
Pros: Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. There is ample parking. Location is great, close to Safeway, Walmart, and Dollarama. Great hotel for people wanting to visit Jasper National Park.
Cons: Building is a bit older and needs to be renovated. For example, tub drains slowly and the sink looks old and dilapidated. The carpet looks tired and dirty. Bedding had someone's hair on it.

staff was very friendly, even allowing our visiting Grandson's to use the pool. They then set our television , as neither myself or my grandson could get it to work
Adriana
Clean property, nice room, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Amy
Clean and friendly staff. We purposely booked because they had a hot breakfast and unfortunately both waffle makers were broken, they had no fruit and no yogurt. Was very disappointed
Anthony
Very clean rooms and property
lisa
Room was clean but carpet was loose and posed a tripping hazard.
