Decent stay but you get what you pay for. It is definitely not a luxury stay, but we liked the convenience of its location, the breakfast that was included even though variety is limited. they served the same food daily during our 4-day stay.

The view was nice and they have outdoor seating. if you would like to enjoy your food outdoors. the place was conveniently located and near the skybridge. it was a quiet town, we were able to have a good night’s sleep and the beds were comfortable.

they did not do proper housekeeping when we requested for service. no linen change.

facilities are dated. pool is small and the slide was not functional.

We had a rough start because when we climbed into bed, we found a gritty surface on the sheets. We had to move to a new room, but for the money, it was a decent play to stay for three nights. We arrived just before they closed for the season, but Corbin did his best to make our stay pleasant.

It was difficult for me to climb up the stairs as there was no elevator but the staff were always ready to help us with our suitcases. Having a pancake or waffle maker would be great with the buffet breakfast. Otherwise we had a good n restful stay, thank you.

Decent”ish” no need to ever go back. We had to find a room where the AC/Heat worked. Corbin worked with us; thanks C. Parking was fine, breakfast was a bit meagre, but there are plenty of options in town. It would be classified as Basic Level in my opinion. You get a feeling of concern from the halls and the noise from the second floor, although our room was clean.

We booked this hotel for a quick one night rest stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was fine for a short visit. However we ended up in a room that was the temperature of a sauna all night. The AC would not work and would only blow hot air. The window did not have a screen on it so we were unable to use the window to help cool the room. The hotel gave us a fan however it was the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had.

Do not stay here. I walked into my room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the staff at the front desk and he didn't seem surprised. I thought oh well I'll make the best of it as I was in town for a race. The place is old. The beds are older. The pillows are before christ was born. You can hear other people's beds creeking all night. The ac is so loud it kinda drowns that out. Everything needs to be replaced. The beds, the carpet, new paint. It's loud, smelly, old and when I mentioned it to the staff he didn't bother to look up from the computer. If you love yourself and your family, you will not stay here.

The service is horrible , room smelled like cigarettes, there was garbage on the tv table. we were supposed to check in 3pm the room was not clean until 9pm. There was no applogies from the staff at all. PHOTOS ARE DECEPTIVE. The rooms do not like they are in the pictures here. The sink kept getting clogged, the microwave did not work. Curtains were not clean at all, seemed like a very unhygienic place. You can hear the person in the next room easily

First impression wasn’t good. Several people hanging around the front door smoking. All other hotels were full so we went in and looked ok. Greeted by very friendly employee. Go to park where we were told and someone N.E. was taping off that side of driveway for work. Go around other side and there’s an RV parked on the grass near the building. Very strange. Go to our rooms and our room the a/c wasn’t working so we go to desk and were taken to another room. This room obviously needed a new bed. The bed was compressed in the middle. Anyway employee said it would be better if he saved it for a family that was coming since it had an adjoining room. So he finally put us in a nicer room by the front desk. The second day our family members had to be moved rooms because their rooms ceiling had fallen in from water damage. Breakfast was awful and minimal. Sausage links most days but limited to 2 (they were not good), sometimes boiled eggs-very minimal and 2 types of cereal and bread for toast. Overall the building was very dated, the roof needed replacement desperately. I noticed all the rooms we had been in the ceiling tiles had some with water damage.

The beds were very hard and the pillows weren't amazing. The bathroom trim boards were filthy and there was a light bulb out in the bathroom. Someone called our room from the front desk, well after we were asleep, for some reason even he seemed unsure of. We won't recommend or return.

Although the room was nice, we felt badly for the staff member who not only had to man the front desk in the morning but the breakfast room as well. When we arrived for breakfast, there was no hot food left, the warmers were burning and no eggs left. We felt there should have been another staff member manning the breakfast area.

Horrible hotel.

Our room was non-smoking but smelled of cigar which was soo bad that we were not able to even open the door to get in. The receptionist tried the call the manager who didn't even pickup the phone to address the issue. Receptionist was not impressed and was very super irate of how the room smelled. He tried to spray to reduce the smell but that did not work.

Since they were completely booked, we had no option to sleep in the room filled with a smell of smoke.

Luckily we had 2 rooms booked, so kids were able to sleep in the other room on the floor.

Breakfast has pretty much nothing to eat.

By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in

We were on the main floor.. children were running up and down the hallways screaming..i had to go to the hallway and shush them.
The evening checkin was great, the morning.. front desk attendants were absent... poor ladies were runnong around doing everything. Obviously not enough staff to maintain breakfast area and front desk and everything else. Ladies were friendly though.
The bathroom tub doesnt drain while showering. We didnt complain to the front desk because they were busy enough in the morning.We wont stay there again.

My recent stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Hinton was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this property fell far short of even basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, and service.
The staff was not at all welcoming, Upon check-in, the front desk staff were curt and unhelpful, barely acknowledging me as they fumbled through the process.
There is a continuous beeps from the fire alarm overnight which ruined my sleep for the whole stay. I informed this to front desk staff and they are expecting me to pull the alarm cap since I am taller than him. Finally, the battery was replaced but that didn’t help.
On top of this, the room itself was a disaster. The queen bed, which should have been a centerpiece of comfort, was anything but. It was so delicate that it swayed and creaked with the slightest movement, making an incessant, jarring noise — the sleep was impossible.
I have captured videos of this annoying experience but it seems like I can attach only photos. This stay was a masterclass in disappointment.

Check out all beds the minute you walk in!

Room 209. The bed closest to the door smelled like a wet stinky dog smell. What a waste of a bed. House keeping is obviously not paying attention as they would have to smell this. I feel a dog slept on this bed and it was never changed before we were given occupancy. Because of my hubby driving a 12 hour day he had fell asleep in the other bed while I was sitting watching TV. It was after midnight when I went to go to bed and decided not to disturb hubbies sleep and get in the other bed. The minute I moved the covers the smell of wet dog just about made me throw up. Now I’m in a predicament. I couldn’t call the front desk as I would definitely wake hubby up. Upon checking out the following morning, ( my birthday I must add ) the front desk clerk did not even ask how our stay was. Being my Birthday I just ended up not bringing it up as I didn’t want to add stress to my special day.

Good location but stuffy room burnt out lightbulbs

Pretty expensive for a mediocre room with poor air conditioning. Great parking area and easy access to the room. The mattress was uncomfortable. Good that there was lots of hot water for a bath. Towels are small and 2 of 3 lightbulbs in bathroom burnt out so very dark. The breakfast room does not get replenished after 8:00am so no creamer for coffee and no milk or yogurt. Best was that there was still fresh fruit. Dry toast no butter or peanut butter left. Rickie’s All Day Grill conveniently located next door.

The hotel was quite subpar—our room was dirty, the bed was very dirty uncomfortable, and the bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned. The so-called continental breakfast was minimal, and there was no coffee both times I tried to get some.it was also very noisy. I would not stay here again.

While the room appeared to be clean, it had a bad odor. It was only after we had signed the paperwork that the clerk mentioned the fire alarm had gone off several times the night before due to ants in the wall and mechanism. The motel was booked so we could not switch rooms and the alarm went off early in the morning. I think we should receive some compensation.

My gf and I were pleasantly surprised at how big and clean this was for the price. The outside isn't the nicest looking of a bunch of hotels near it in Hinton, but the room was big and had a nice HD TV and was very clean

Check in was fast. Perfect spot a 50 minutes drive to Jasper to stay the night and save a ton of money.

This hotel was ok for our 1 night stay. Wouldn't book again. Bathroom had hair in the sink and it was dirty. The baseboards in the bathroom were absolutely gross and the walls needed a wash. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is a cold breakfast only and was overcrowded. Staff were friendly. When I went to check out no one was at the front desk. I waited 15 minutes and walked out.
