Staff was very helpful this morning as the elevator was out of order for schedule maintenance and we where on the 3rd floor and where not told about the elevator so my husband can’t walk well so Heidi was very helpful and rounded up the 4 men who where cleaning the rooms to help us get our baggage to the car and helped my husband down the stairs.
RENEE
great food in bar and great location for a quick overnight stop.
April
Front desk was nice but wifi barely works and the shower had no warm/hot water in our room so made for a freezing cold shower after a long drive.
Aubrey
Nice and clean room. Front desk lady was very helpful and friendly. Thank you girl!
Natalie
This place was outdated. The Woodcutter’s Lounge seemed to attract people. Carpet in halls and rooms needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Shower had power. The grab and go muffins & coffee for breakfast in the lobby were a surprise. We only were there to sleep after visiting Jasper. Stay in Jasper if possible. This is a far drive for a place to sleep.
Teresa
It’s an older building but it’s well maintained. The room I stayed at was clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location was great since it’s near Jasper! Would stay again in the future 😊
Erin
Clean place to stay with friendly staff.
Christy
The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was not very adequate. The price was affordable for our large family.

It was clean, had a restaurant,. Only stayed one night.

This hotel was very old and needs some remodeling/ upgrading. Staffs kind of rude and unhelpful, doesn’t smile and doesn’t look you in the eye. Hotel also doesn’t honor third party rates. I was overcharged , more than I was quoted by hotels.com. I had to call hotels.com and complain.
I DO NOT recommend this hotel, but that just me.

There was some confusion on check-in. We booked a room with two double beds, but got a single king-size bed room. I told the desk clerk that I love my brother, but not that much. They did manage to straighten it out, but it seemed that they wanted to blame us when our booking clearly showed two double beds. It seems she was making a concession to us instead of just fulfilling our booking.
George
Recently renovated, very friendly staff, good and affordable meals at the Lounge. And the coffee is amazing! Thank you!
Mark
Older property, fairly well maintained.
Great Woodcutters Lounge attached for drinks and dinner.

Front desk staff were wonderful! Facilities were dated but bed was comfortable. Forgot to mention to front desk in morning that the toilet in room 303 leaked. Had to lay down a towel to keep from slipping. We didn't partake in free breakfast muffins as there were only 2 left with a few other guests waiting behind us.
Simranjot
Good and comfortable stay
Chantal
Check-in was really easy and smooth, the staff was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a bit dated and although it looked like it had a refresh, there was some paint peeled on the wall and there was likely a previous water problem on the ceiling. Overall I would stay here again as the issues were cosmetic and did not affect our stay. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable and I usually have a hard time with hotel beds being comfortable. The A/C and TV were functional.
Victor
This place is worth the price to pay and exceeds expectations

Nicole
The front desk staff were very friendly - rooms were clean and if we weren't so tired we would have enjoyed the lounge area more as it was a pretty happening place. We ordered some wings for the room and for the 1 night we stayed it was pleasant.
Sherrilyn
Efficient check in. Clean room and newer double sized shower with rain shower head. I would have preferred a harder bed, but that's personal preference.

Everything about my stay was great! My room was recently renovated and everything in it exceeded expectations. The fridge was larger than most hotel fridges and it had a freezer section. The tv was large and had lots of channels. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was especially nice! And everything was very clean. All staff were kind and helpful.

We stayed for one night. The place and the reception was great however the staff in the bar were not at all welcoming.

We were given a key for the wrong room and entered into a room with someone else inside of it. And no attempt to rectify the situation or give us a discount or anything. The view from my ur room looked directly into someone's backyard so we kept our. curtains shut the entire time. Our room had an a joining door to another room with no way to lock it completely.
