The convenience where food, shopping, and beach are all connected. The location is perfect. We were charged $15 per night for parking. Upon arrival, attendant was a bit koi. She was talkative to a couple before me then was not as engaging with me and told them they would be charged $10 per night for parking. But I digress. The bed sheets had hairs on them, we decided to stay in the room and have housekeeping change them. Further, there was a string of hair brown in color imbedded on the shower faucet. We had to request change of bedding within our four night stay. That said, there was a gentleman at front desk who was very customer friendly, pleasant and helpful. Checkout, was the same dry not so friendly to me attendant. I’m not that person and I’m friendly to a wall however she was challenging. I pray she feels better soon. Breakfast was typical refreshers were pricey yet convenient. The lobby and sitting areas were plentiful with big screens to watch games and was entertaining even outside was nice. Overall good place for the price.

Not sure if room was ENTIRELY cleaned.. my fiancée found earrings, food chunks under the counters in the kitchen the floor of the kitchen was sticky and we had a used soap bar. Breakfast was OKAY eggs seemed processed , similar to McDonald’s scrambled egg, but we did enjoy different options each morning of our 4night stay. Laundry machines were $3 a use, usually Mariott offers detergent to purchase, lucky for us there was a CVS in walking distance. Aside from minor issues staff was very helpful and for the most part welcoming. We’d stay again no doubt.

This was really a last minute trip, we were both grateful that they still had rooms available, although when we got there at 2 that morning the front desk clerk didn’t really give out any good details about upcoming events in the area, but the rest were great. Housekeeping wasn’t really helpful either when it came to them giving out new towels along with making the bed upon our departure. The distance from the beach was pretty good. We ate at the BackPorch the was great it was a 10 min drive I highly recommended this place to eat. Also if you’re planning on going to the HarborWalk it’s literally 15 mins away. Everything wasn’t far not at all which was a plus.

Loved staying here! Was a mess than 10 min walk from public beach access, hot and fresh breakfast with multiple options, and plenty of closet space! Room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Kitchenette came with dish soap, dish washer tablet and a scrub mommy sponge along with dishes and cook wear. Cute outdoor sitting space in the front with TVs and grills. Dog friendly also!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just easy to enjoy. Breakfast was good, and the apples and bananas were fresh. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The walk to the beach was a little far, but honestly it turned into a nice warm‑up before our two‑hour swimming session. After that, I still had enough energy to cook a healthy dinner in the kitchen — which my wife absolutely loved. When the wife loves the kitchen, you already know the stay is a win. Happy wife, happy life.

Not all rooms have a refrigerator. We were expecting at least a small refrigerator but there was not even that in the first room that they gave us. We complained as we were led to believe that every room had a refrigerator.
Walk to the beach is also deceiving. It was probably about a 3 block walk to the beach. The satellite view was deceiving. You walked 1/2 a block or so down the street to an alley. Then walked the 2-2.5 blocks to get to the beach. You could not drive your car and park in this alley at the beach.

We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional.

The staff were wonderful! Toni, who worked the breakfast every morning was so hard-working and so friendly! It was a nice variety for the breakfast that always had an egg and a meat offered, and the spinach egg bake was wonderful! They also offered a variety of different fruits and yummy muffins that changed out as soon as they ran out and as soon as something was empty, it was filled immediately! As soon as you enter the hotel it smells wonderful. The rooms were great. I loved the addition of the kitchen. The beach was nice and close so we did not feel like it was a long walk and we felt like we could walk and get dinner every night within the area without having to take a car because we chose not to rent a car. We chose to rent chairs right from the beach so we didn’t have to worry about lugging those along and it worked out wonderfully. The pool area was nice and clean and everyone we met was so incredibly friendly! We had a later in the day flight so they let us store our luggage so we could explore even more. We will be back to this property!

Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth.

Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready.

We arrived around 10 minutes before check in time and were greeted by an empty front desk. After a few minutes a girl walked up and check us in, she basically told us we're lucky to get a room as check in usually can be as late as 8pm since rooms are often not ready or available?!?
The room itself was mostly clean, the carpet looked like it needed to be vacuumed. During our 5 night stay they did not even come in to clean once! We had to ask for toiletries and towels multiple times during our stay.
The hallways and elevators were also in desperate need of a good cleaning and vacuuming!
The cherry on top was that I had beach chairs & umbrella rental delivered to the hotel, the rental company left it eights outside my door. 10 minutes later they went missing!
There were 2 employees on my floor, so I went up & asked if they had seen them, they both denied seeing anything or anyone. I then went down to the front desk, they advised me to check outside, it was not there. I asked the front desk if they could check cameras, she then radios the other employees asking if they've seen anything.
Well to my surprise, the same employee who previously told me he hasn't seen them comes running telling the front desk that he 'found' them! I don't want to accuse but I found this VERY suspicious.
All in all I will choose another location for my next stay in Destin.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
After traveling for an entire week, we were very exhausted and just needed some rest. One of the staff members was kind enough to extend our check-out time a little, which we appreciated so much — such a thoughtful gesture!
The rooms are beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and shopping nearby.

The bed covers had red stains all over them, looked like lipstick Atleast that’s what we were hoping. Didn’t see any type of bugs so that’s a good sign of cleanliness just the stains the bed covers
