Make you communicate multiple times with the front desk when you check in to stay multiple nights. They tried to kick my son out of his room the second night of a two-night stay. Thank goodness that I had a printed copy of my reservations, because they did not see the reservation in their computer and argued that I did not have the second night reserved. It was a disaster. The Hotel was clean, but the staff was not competent.

The price was good for the time of year and location.

Continental breakfast was adequate. The hotel is old so it feels old. The carpet is old so it smelled like old carpet.

The room was a pet friendly room so it smelled really weird.

Probably wouldn’t stay again but for what we paid it was probably normal.

THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES!

One of the staff members went into my room while we were not there, despite having “Do not disturb”sign on the door. We had the wallet in the room. She stole the cash and got access to all credit cards and ids. Next morning our cards were used to do online transactions.

I reported the theft to the front desk and the police. I was able to meet the general manager (GM) only after 3 days. She always avoided us and postpone to do anything related to this issue until we left. She could not be more useless.

They kept lying that the cameras are not working, while many other staff members including the main maintenance guys confirmed cameras are working. To the police they said we have the footage. Shady place, shady people.

STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RUIN YOUR VACATIONS!

When we checked in Staff was very kind. We noticed a foul feet/sweat like odor in our room and bathroom, we ended up spraying perfume/cologne and it covered it up a bit. A/C was working perfectly, we always came back to a cold room. However we did find the previous folks sock, we tossed it before our toddler got a hold of it. The bathroom shampoo/conditioner dispensers were broken and did not squeeze any product out. We had ALOT of issues with our TV due to their internet being down at that time and they resolved the issue the next day in the afternoon. Their dryer on the third floor basically ate our money, did not dry our clothes and we weren’t reimbursed when we mentioned it to them they just told us to use a different dryer. Breakfast was okay not too bad. Overall its fair for the price. Miramar Beach is only a 5-10 minute drive which is a good perk. You get what you pay for, good spot if you plan on being out most of your trip.

My wife and I traveled to the beach with our two toddlers. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the room. I called the front desk but was unable to get through, so I had to go downstairs to request towels in person. When I arrived, the receptionist was engaged in a personal phone call. I waited at the desk while he finished the call before assisting me.

Housekeeping is not provided by default, which was not clearly communicated. When I requested clean towels, I was told to bring the dirty towels down to the front desk if I wanted replacements.

The hotel's location was convenient, but the level of service did not meet expectations.

Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM—which is already quite late—but the room wasn't ready until nearly 6:00 PM. We had tried to check in earlier, at 1:00 PM, but the receptionist on duty when we arrived wasn't very pleasant; she was a bit rude and didn't clearly explain how the early check-in process worked, so we had to leave and wait until almost 6:00 PM to get into the room. When we finally entered, the door lock was broken, yet we stayed there while trying to arrange a different room. The TV didn't work properly, and the towels weren't very clean; it wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Stayed here for two nights during a short business trip and found it to be an excellent value. The hotel has been recently remodeled and feels fresh and clean, though it’s not overly fancy. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

The complimentary breakfast offered the usual hotel fare, including eggs, bacon or sausage, and waffles. The location is another big plus—there are numerous restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and Miramar Beach is less than a 5-minute drive away.

Overall, a great stay for the price, and I would definitely return if the rate is right.

The first 2 night and half the second day the air in my room wasn’t working. It was 87 degrees in the room, I told the clerk he said he couldn’t switch my room because they were sold out; however, he will have maintenance come that following morning: which maintenance did and they said the air conditioner was frozen, and to keep it off. I was sweating bullets: it wasn’t until that evening, when someone checked out that I was able to get a room with air. She couldn’t refund my 2 nights because I booked through Expedia, so she gave me a free room
