Great location. Complimentary beach shuttle. Nice staff. Easy check-in. Don't use QR code at hotel for beach set up stuff, cheaper on the private beach. Bathroom shower was filthy, hotel attempted to clean the following day, but it wasn't convenient with our schedule. The bathroom shower not being clean was the only negative.

The property was in a great location, newer hotel and staff was friendly. Cleaning could be better as there was hair throughout the bathroom and on the bed when we checked into our room. Also when we asked a housekeeper for towels we were initially told we had to wait for our specific housekeeper to clean our room. When asked why, she did eventually provide 2 of the 4 towels requested.

Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend this Hilton location for a quick getaway to Destin, on the less busy side. The staff was extremely friendly and property was very clean. My family and I travel to Destin at least once a year and typically book condos. However, this was a last minute booking, and I was happy with my choice and would stay here again in the future.

The luggage cart had all pet hair on it. The room had a bad odor like cat pee. We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them again next day than only they fixed it in the late afternoon on next day. Try to brush our teeth , the sink was not draining fast enough. Called FD there was no maintenance, we asked if they can fix it tomorrow, she said yes but no fix until our stay. NO FREE BREAKFAST. The beach towels were like rags. So old and thin. I wish i can post pictures of them. I think I deserve the full refund. Very very disappointing. NOT A HILTON STANDARD

I called the 1800 to ask them to send somebody else bring the big blow dry to blow dry the mattress and later on someone come to fix it . But the whole time I’m stay, I feel I’m staying in at dirty room somebody else left and the hotel not clean and I check it in and stay after that. I should not to pay almost $1000 for three night with not clean hotel . With that amount you can find a lot of nice the hotel around scenic gulf blvd Destin Florida .

I wouldn't suggest eating breakfast at the hotel. The food is very unflavorable and the portion size for the price of breakfast is ridiculous. You're better off going to a sit down eatery or even a fast food place. Otherwise, you'll be still hungry and not happy for what you got.

There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower. The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. As someone who typically chooses Hilton properties and has always had positive experiences, I was extremely disappointed with this stay.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, there was a dog barking almost constantly. We notified the hotel, but nothing was ever done to address the issue. If I wanted to listen to a dog bark throughout my entire stay, I would have simply brought my own dog with me.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. We discovered old blood stains on one of the comforters in our room and had to wait an excessive amount of time for replacements to be brought up. Then, the day before checkout, we found additional blood stains—this time on the actual bed sheets. At that point, we were so frustrated with the slow response times and lack of urgency that we simply removed the sheets ourselves and didn’t bother reporting it.

The shower was another disappointment. The water pressure was practically nonexistent, making even a simple shower frustrating and unpleasant.

Cleanliness, comfort, and responsiveness should be top priorities for any hotel, especially one carrying the Hilton name. This stay fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from the brand. This is the first truly negative experience I’ve had with Hilton, which makes this all the more disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.

Our family stayed here for three nights. The hotel and amenities were great. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach. The hotel staff were helpful in locating our missing beach towels, and the housekeeper was really nice and helpful. This made up for the not so personable check in when we first arrived. The only thing that really stood out as a dislike were the soiled floors in the hotel room. There was lots of hair, sand, and sticky residue that coated our feet. It could use a good steam cleaning. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The room was clean, everyone was super nice. I booked though Expedia when I got there they did ask for a $140 deposit for any room damage and parking. We stayed 4 nights and at check out you get $120 back if no damages. It’s $5 a day to park there.Did not realize everything closes at 9pm so if you looking to go out this is not the location you want to be in. Dominos atleast was open til 11pm I think it was. I liked it. The hotel was convenient from the beach walk right across the street a five minute walk but as far as cleanliness could’ve been a lot better. Stayed for eight days and I ended up having to clean the floor myself because it was sand and black dirt all over the floor. The shower was never cleaned out, so we made sure that we kept everything clean ourselves and I feel for as much as we paid that we shouldn’t have to clean the floors in the bathrooms ourselves.
