The sink drain in our bathroom was very slow, the sink in the little kitchen area had a constant drip, One lamp didn’t work, NO smart tvs, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, our room wasn’t cleaned one day when the housekeeping lady was right at our door when we left. She only replaced the dirty towels. The next day, the same girl didn’t show up until we called the front desk and complained. Only one dryer worked out of two. The jacuzzi outside didn’t work. Only one jet worked. The shower was nice, the breakfast was good, and happy hour was nice(1 free drink per adult).

The overall experience was ok, staff is great and really helpful. The pictures of the property dont match current conditions, it is screaming for a remodeling at least in the rooms, 1st night when we checked in sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, and the staff was really understanding and changed is to another room. The a/c needs to be set super low for the room to cool. Breakfast was good, and easy beach access. The rooms like mentioned before dont match the pictures they are really outdated for the price of the hotel.

The property was very outdated and not as clean as it could be. Carpet in the hallway areas was torn and bubbled up in areas. Base boards were pretty dirty and noticed areas on floor next to bed appeared dirty, & though the sheets appeared clean I could feel sand in them even when we had not been down to the beach. Staff was not welcoming, breakfast buffet was subpar (not something I was used to with Embassy- their breakfast at other hotels has always been great), & ice machine was out of order,

Only 2 Positives- location & private beach access was great.

We have been here two years ago and looks like nothing was done to make the place better and enjoyable. Door handles and fan string falling off, rusted bath tub, in-room safe not working, dark in the rooms, very sluggish room cleaning, boring breakfast, staff with attitude except for Trish. This hotel is falling apart. It needs a major upgrade…

Where do I start. First we booked a room with a view of the gulf and were put in a room looking at the roof of the building that had construction workers outside our window every morning. No view no privacy… flew into Florida to enjoy the views but had workers looking right in our faces. There was no offer to change our room even though it was their mistake. Manager would never take our call keep saying they were busy.
Then the fridge wasn’t cooling properly and insulin needed to be stored reported it to staff and asked for manager and was told they can’t do any better than what it was and said they bring me some ice… insulin has to be refrigerated not put on ice and we were staying for 4 days. Had to call to ask for standard room service to get our room clean keep in minds we were staying several days this should be basic service. When I called to ask was our room going to be clean I was given nasty attitude saying they could send someone back up I shared no one had ever cleaned our room because we had spent the day at the beach. Everything was still the same when we returned. No apology just attitude all we wanted were fresh towels and basic services sweeping beds trash removed. Then when we went down stairs to do rental of bikes and golf cart told the staff at front desk we wanted to make reservations they sent us across the street and the rentals were on property. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable and management was not concerned worst reservations ever. I would never recommen.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Huge downer for us was our neighbors who were blasting the TV at full volume from 9PM until midnight (first night) and 1:30AM (second night). The walls are paper thin, so I could make out what commercial was running on their TV from the comfort of my bed. It's unfortunate that our experience was tainted by their disregard for \"quiet hours\". Even worse, their kids were screaming and running around the balcony-corridors until 1:30AM on the second night - and the parents were partying in the adjacent room. We called the front desk, and it seemed like they were partying with them as no security guard was sent up.

Sheets were rough and scratchy. Lights and fans were not functioning. Housekeeping never came. Heavy wear visible on all finishes through out hotel. Chairs and benches in the dining area are cracked and peeling. Happy hour and snacks that they promote as a perk is a bowl of pretzels that they fill once. Gym equipment is minimal and treadmill is wobbly. Only one desk agent for check in and check out so a lot of waiting. It’s basically just a place to sleep near the beach. Could have paid less at a number of other places but usually this brand is nice. Save your money and stay elsewhere

Let's start with the good stuff. The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing. The breakfast was good, but there was no fruit except for wrapped apples. The \"snack\" in the afternoon from 5:30-7:30 consisted of only chips, salsa, pretzels, and a dip of some kind. In other Embassy Suite hotels I have stayed in, the afternoon happy hour snack was much more varied with veggies, crackers, and fruits. The lights in the outer room of our suite were so dim, one could not read from them. We ended up buying our own lightbulbs (which we took home) for the lamps. But the king bed was wonderful. The chairs in the breakfast eating area were very worn. And the tables, no matter how many times the staff wiped them, were very sticky. The pool is okay, but the whine from the machine behind the pool area was annoying and constant; would have hated to have a room above them on that side. It seems like this hotel has seen better days, and they are cutting corners on some things. Not sure I would stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, bathroom was big and spacious, rooms and beds were very comfortable. They even gave each guest 21 years and older complimentary alcoholic drinks each night and had a snack time where they gave out free snacks each day. This was a surprising perk as we did not know about this when we booked. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment on that, but having the free access to the beach was amazing. We are more beach people than pool people. The only negative thing I can say is they need better pillows. They went flat as soon as you laid your head on it, but that was just a small thing compared to all the amazing things!!

Beautiful Hotel with poor service. We tried to use the hotel business computer but no one on staff had the password. Informed it was broken but the open page asked for a user name and password. We stayed for a week and our bed was made up only one time, one day we had no cleaning service or clean towels or in our room. I had to go to the front desk because no one answered the phone. I asked for towels, 30 minutes later I had to go back down to the front desk to ask for towels again, because once again no one answered the phone. There was sand all over the floor which was never vacuumed up the entire time we were there. We tried to get coffee from the kitchen one evening which we were told we don't fix coffee in the evening. I'm retired military and used to stay at Embassy Suites every time I went TDY. Judging this hotel's standards things have changed not in a good way.
