This property is amazing! It is clean, they have thought of everything when it comes to pool time and beach comfort. The food was yummy, I loved that they have a little restaurant on the pool deck. The staff was amazing! The beach was never overcrowded because it’s mainly for the resort guests. The property had some fun extras during our stay and they upgraded the view of our room because they couldn’t provide the floor height we wanted. It was amazing!! We will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was excellent. The beach was amazing. Our only semi-complaint was the service at the restaurant outside. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive. All the tables around us were seated after us and got their food before us. We had also ordered some food to go. Half of our Togo order arrived before our food did. It appeared that they didn’t have enough people working to keep up with the amount of guests there. For the price of the food, the kitchen should run more efficiently. Other than that we had a great stay.

Here’s a condensed version that keeps your tone and stays under 1,500 characters:

Property was good, but not without issues. Beautiful beaches, a great July 4th fireworks show, nice pools, and delicious restaurants.

We paid for breakfast-included rooms. Breakfast was very basic, tasted decent, but didn’t change once over 4 days. We could have gotten a much better breakfast elsewhere.

The pools could also be cleaner. On Day 2 I found a lump of hair in the outdoor pool. I removed it and left it on the deck. Two days later, it was still there.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, but our AC never worked properly.

On Day 1 I woke up at 3 a.m. because the room was too warm. An engineer replaced a part and the thermostat, but it didn’t help. I got a box fan and was promised it would be fixed the next morning.

On Day 2 I called ahead from the beach to confirm it was repaired. It wasn’t. Another engineer claimed the room’s sun exposure was the reason the AC couldn’t cool properly and told me to keep the curtains and patio door closed. I got another box fan instead. The room was at 73 and went down to 72 by morning. WOW!!

Days 3 and 4 were more of the same. I complained again at the concierge, but nothing was fixed.

For a Hilton resort charging around $500/night, I expected the AC to be repaired, our room to be changed, or at least some compensation. None of that happened. The lack of customer service overshadowed an otherwise nice property. I won’t be returning.

The motor of the a/c in our room had to be replaced by engineer, we left for dinner and after 7 hours we returned to our room to find it feeling like a sauna and a floor fan in room. Told staff to get us refund they said they were unable to. Then changed room into a room that smelled like mildew. I had to change rooms a 3 rd time and it didn’t have an ocean view like my initial booking had. I didnt leave because it was already 3:30AM. I’m so disappointed because it was my birthday and we wanted to relax , but instead had frustration and bad memories.

5 star experience! We will definitely be back next year. We went for the 4th of July weekend. Everything was nice clean plenty for kids to do. You do not need to leave your entire stay everything you need is here. This resort has been renovated in the past few years. So everything has been updated.

My only is issue the desk was not very friendly the 3-4 times we had interactions with them.

My main complaint is that the bathrooms in your rooms do not have locks. For as nice as the hotel is, this should be updated. It’s a barn door with no lock on it. The restaurants at the hotel saved the day because if you went somewhere else, you had over an hour wait time. And the food and service was good at the hotel. Pools are nice but could be cleaned throughout the day because they get dirty so quick with all the traffic coming in and out.

The hotel allows beach chair reservations 3-4 months in advance so when you arrive you cant rent. They allow people to place towels at pool at 6 am and you have to fight just to sit at pool. Breakfast is 35 an adult which would be fine if they offered better selection. Room was great! We did have to beg for towels everyday, tissue paper never filled and ran out, shampoo empty. Overall house keeping lacks. Parking is easy. Arriving they do not let you use a hotel cart to load, you have to do haul by hand or use the bell hop which always has his hand out. Hotel not really great for kids, no activities by pool, no games or face painting, no pool store to but pool toys etc.. this is all good news if you are looking for more of an adult type location, we just traveled with small kids,

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The property is in an excellent location with seamless, direct beach access. Every single staff member we encountered from the front desk and bell service to the valet, beach attendants, and restaurant team was absolutely amazing and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our only disappointment was with housekeeping. Our room wasn't cleaned when requested, and even after following up, it was only partially done. While that side of the service missed the mark, the rest of the team and the beautiful location still made for a great family getaway.

The resort is excellent and the fact that there are various restaurants on property makes it so that you do not need to leave. The staff are efficient and this new concept they have adapted that you can text them what you need makes it a 100% easier to get things handled during the stay. Bell service was mega efficient, you call, they show up in minutes and were very friendly.

The reason I won't give it a 5 star review is due to 2 reasons. 1, carpet in the entire room just does not work. It was extremely dirty, and sticky from past use. My son sat on the floor with light colored cloth and when he stood up there was a dark spot on his clothes. We could not walk bare footed on this carpet. They need to upgrade and remove the carpet ASAP. Two, the house keeping would not change our sheets during the stay .. they would just tidy up the sheets and not replace them. My kids bunk beds were missed 3 times during our 5 night stay. Yet we saw other rooms open as we walked the hall and noticed other rooms beds were done correctly, however ours was not. Even after asking to get it corrected. Still was not done.

Also be prepared to spend $50 a day for 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

Overall, even with this 2 negatives points i made, it does not take away from the amazing experience we had during our vacation.

I recently stayed at the Hilton and while the resort itself was beautiful and the amenities were great, my overall experience was disappointing due to issues with my room and service.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the shower was clogged and the balcony door did not lock, which was a major safety concern. I reported both issues within 45 minutes of checking in, but no engineer came to address them. I had to repeatedly follow up and remind staff that the problems had not been fixed. Because the balcony door was unsecured, I did not feel comfortable leaving my room or fully enjoying my planned activities, as I had valuables inside and did not feel safe. They were friendly over the phone and text but it took forever to get anything fix as I should have been given a room like this.

The issues were not resolved until the third morning of my stay, which left us with only one day to truly relax and enjoy the resort.

We did spend time at the pool, which was nice, but everything was quite expensive, which I expected. However, I was disappointed that gratuity was automatically added to every order, whether it was a single drink at the bar or a small appetizer poolside. The gratuity amounts were quite high, and it seemed to impact the level of service, as the staff were not particularly friendly. The young lady kept telling me she's off in 10 minutes and that I need to hurry to order.

Overall, the property itself is nice, but the lack of timely maintenance and the service experience

When I asked if there were any other fees, the receptionist told me “No” but when we checked out they charged us a resort fee of $40 plus taxes. Yes, it’s only 40$ but we specifically asked when checking in and so it really leaves you in a bad mood when you leave. The front desk was also pretty rude about it.

The grounds were beautiful and the location was great. The property could use another restaurant option - it was either high-end dinner or a buffet. A convenience store would be nice, especially when it's so far to walk another facility. Also, the balconies could use lounge chairs instead of the cheesy table and chairs. It's a nice balcony, and people would like to stretch out and relax.
The staff was nice but they were not very knowledgeable. Check-in was actually humorous, with the agent trying to explain the resort fee. Check out agent was fantastic. She knew her stuff and helped us split the bill quickly.
