The Breakfast was delicious. They had apples and bananas. You could do a big waffle and they also had toast and cheese. Staff was very helpful. Pool was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. We will come again.

The Hilton suites model is awesome and i will def be looking for them when i travel. Large fridge that’s actually cold, plenty of space, dividing curtain for when you are traveling with others. Everything looked new. Super friendly staff: front desk, manager, waitstaff, cleaning staff, maintenance guy….everyone seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Good location and good value. Highly recommend…

Realmente no tengo ninguna queja, todo fue de maravillas, no hubo olor a mariguana en ningún momento, que es un problema que estamos presentando en casi todos los lugares que hemos estado.

In general is ok. This hotel is located in a vacation destiny and breakfast ends too early (9:00 am) and needs more food options.

Overall a great hotel to stay at. Only complaint would be the pillows, which should be of better quality for the price of the stay. I purchased a cheap pillow at Walmart next door to use there, which was many times better than what was provided in the room.

All 5 stars well deserved! This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and all take the time to do a little more than they have to, to accommodate and provide extra happiness to every interaction. The gym is great. The market has tons of variety which adds convenience.I will stay here every time.

The room was clean however we stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping stop by. No garbage emptied or fresh towels. It does state on the sheet you are given at check in your room will receive a light refresh every other day. If staying an extended time after 3 nights you will receive a complete cleaning. towels. We didnt fit into any of those two categories??
The breakfast looked good but we never ate there. Coffe and tea was self serve 24 hrs.
We had a 1 bedroom king and it had a tub. Not that great for handicap people. My husband and i are not handicap but i guess that was the only king bed left as i didnt request that room?? Also in the room the mirror was two low so you had to maneuver the facet as it wouldnt turn left and right. I did pinch my pinkie on it. Not sure if all the other rooms are like that.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean, and everything was well maintained. The location and overall service were excellent. The only thing missing was an EV charger on the property, which would make the experience even better for electric vehicle guests. Overall, highly recommended

Clean room, nice property, nice breakfast. The front desk person did tell us the wrong time for breakfast on a Monday so we almost missed it, three minutes until closing time but the breakfast attendant did allow us to grab a few things before he closed up.

I could just live in one of these suites. Everything we needed. Barely made it for continental breakfast. They close it early. Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean. Desperately need better pillows for the rooms. Great time and will return.

Excellent stay with large comfortable rooms, facilities and room very clean, polite staff, and easy acess to local areas of interest. Only complaint is the bed was very soft and squeaky with any movement!
Would recommend and also stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton Santa Rosa Beach!
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Home2 Suites By Hilton Santa Rosa Beach! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and they made me feel right at home right away.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. I loved having the kitchenette — it made everything so convenient and comfortable. The bed was super cozy, and I slept so peacefully every night. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for.
The hotel amenities were fantastic. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast had a great variety with fresh options each morning. The location is also perfect — close to the beach and local spots, but still quiet enough to truly unwind.
Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santa Rosa Beach. Truly a 5-star experience! 🌟

Room was very clean. The only negative thing was the water would come out the bottom of the shower door. I would have enjoyed the fire pit especially with the weather being cool on our trip, but it was never on. Breakfast was ok, I would have enjoyed a better selection. The hotel is in a great spot close to 30A but far enough away from the busy traffic of HWY 98.

The property was fine but nothing spectacular. My room was not cleaned once during my entire stay. Apparently they only clean rooms every other day, but mine was still not cleaned at all during a 4 day stay even after I requested it.

The bed was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the couch pull out for my entire four night stay. I asked the manager and was told there was nothing they could do, that the bed was “the standard across the brand”. Very disappointed.
On the flip side, the room and property were very clean. Also, Elmer who worked at the breakfast bar was beyond kind and attentive.
