Staffs are friendly and nice. Lobby and room is clean and in great condition. The only thing is the tv in my bedroom is not working, so I used the one in the livingroom. I don't want to give 4 stars because of that, bec everything else is great. Location is great. Walkable to publix and many other shopping places and restaurants. I would stay here again.

The check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 430pm and the room was not ready yet. Also at check in the staff did not provide any information about the hotel or the amenities. In the room the bathroom faucet was loose which gives the impression that the building is not maintained. We decided to try the pool and the water was cloudy and we could not see the bottom of the pool.

I enjoyed my stay, the breakfast options were great. I was there for 6 nights, we were out all day and only were there to sleep and back to the beaches during the day.
2 of nights the housekeeping staff didn't clean our room but Edwardo was very helpful as it was late and he brought clean linens and made up the beds. Also 1 of the 2 elevators went down the last two days of out stay I wouldn't hold that against the hotel just something that happens. Just make sure you request a cleaning at the front desk to ensure the house keeping staff cleans.

The property is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The breakfast buffet was much better than standard breakfast buffets with eggs, various meats, oatmeal and condiments, excellent coffee and different breads and juices. Within a 100 meters and you can enter SanDestin resort and can have a lovely walk along tree-lined streets to a bayside village with retail shops, restaurants and lagoons teeming with wildlife. So pleasant. Relaxing. Just wonderful.

The property was good . Stuffs were also good and helpful.
Few improvements suggested
1. Please remove the picture of the sea. It’s not at all on the sea beach. There are many other properties in that area facing sea
2. Breakfast food items can be improved. Every day same items are served
3. Outsiders are parking and using tesla chargers without any hotel tag
If some one looking for family stay then go for it .

The property is dirty and very beat up. The room is actually the cleanest part of my stay. The hallways smell, the walls are all dinged up, the carpet is filthy, the pool never had towels, the basket ball net is ripped and broken, the breakfast area is also dirty. I was hoping the hotel
Would be nicer since it is in a nice area but I was very wrong. It’s also very far from beach access. I would never stay here again.

The check in with Customer service manager Adriane was pleasant, he is very courteous and professional. The hotel lobby was clean, modern and well built. The halls leading to the rooms were clean and the room had functional furniture and appliances. Bathroom clean, with all the expected toiletries. Hot breakfast was good, waffles on weekends only. There was a good variety that rotated throughout the week. We had Amazon prime, you tube and Netflix as well as other local channels, when we did watch TV to wind down at night. The pool and hot tub were functional clean and accessible as promised. Nothing about our stay could have been better.

Absolutely not and never again! The front desk people smile and we’re nice but barely helpful. The room was not stocked with an additional blanket for the pull out couch so I call the front desk, 2 hours past and nothing. Front desk claims the guy brought it when I called a second time, I said we are sitting here waiting to sleep at 11pm with no blanket. Then magically the blanket arrives within 5 min. The second night, a kid had an accident on the bed, I called to the front desk at 10am!!!!!! We need bedding replaced, she says ok. 2pm hit nothing yet. I tell house keeping she says tell front desk, she acts like she speaks zero English and can’t understand🙄. I tell the front desk AGAIN before we leave for umpire day. We came back 7pm. I didn’t even check the room but something just told me get what you need at this front desk before going to the room. The man at the front desk says oh housekeeping is gone!!! I said I called at 10am!!! And housekeeping told me to ask the front desk!! He said well not sure what we can do. I said so we are expected NOT to have blankets to sleep with ???? He went to the back and got 2 small blankets.. we never seen another duvet cover for the bed again and we stayed 5 nights. Lastly housekeeping came to “clean” the room. She came in, swept and left the bed, dishes, EVERYTHING else and said “finished”. I said are you going to make the bed???? The pool towels are tiny and the gym is a closet!!!

This property was so clean and very close to the beaches and tons of shopping. The rooms were very very large and spotless. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good with lots of cooked and fresh options and plenty of room to sit with young families. My only complaints are that the elevator on the third floor had a button that kept sticking and made it hard to control. There was also quite a bit of construction going on at the light at the property and kept me from coming and going easily. Also because of this construction, the Internet went out and I was unable to get my emails.

My wife and I stay there once a quarter as we go there to Destin for her to see a doctor every three months.

They are very kind and helpful

The only critique I could make is at the breakfast they had bacon that looked like it had not hit the skillet more than five seconds so it wasn’t crisp other than that the food was fine

Just some small maintenance items in one of the bedrooms was the toilet needed to be adjusted to flush, and the shower spout was loose from the wall

I guess I’m bringing up items that I deal with rental property that I own

The Residence Inn was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the front desk food and snack selection was poor with much of the shelf space empty. The gym was adequate however for the size of the hotel, the gym was very small with only 3 pieces of equipment, an adjustable bench snd and a dumbbell set. The jacuzzi was great the outdoor pool nice. Finally, breakfast was excellent with eggs, waffles ( only on weekends?! ), oatmeal, grits, and rotating hot food. And it was a pleasant short walk to the Villages in SanDestin. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely rate this an excellent place to stay.

While this hotel was remodeled a few years ago, the bones a rough. I was here for 16 days and was able to really settle in.
The elevators need to be replaced; there are issues. On multiple occasions the elevators attempted to descend with the doors open and other times the control panel doesn’t recognize the floor that was selected. Ventilation was rough; smelled all sorts of meals being cooked in surrounding rooms. If you want to listen to dogs bark; this is the place to go; pet friendly for sure! Avoid spring break weeks here; large crowds/parties booked 3 rooms conveniently placed all around me and it was party central in the rooms and hallways. No respect for other guests. My particular room location; the window a wouldn’t close 100% so the weed being smoked in the courtyard came right in! Hotel addressed with the guests and it stopped but at 11:00pm and airing my room out until 1am wasn’t ideal.

Rooms are nice/decorated well and spacious. Laundry is new! Breakfast was robust; a lot of options and staff is very friendly and helpful! Parking was good as well, no issues.

If your looking for a 1-3 night stay; should be good, if longer, don’t recommend.

All the staff was helpful but nothing above and beyond. The facility was decent and breakfast was good. Our shower curtain was old and water ran all over the floor. The kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great location around everything we needed. We were there for a wedding. Beach was 10 mins mainly to find parking. Walmart 6 minutes if you forgot something. Plenty of food options and entertainment close by.

All in all it was a good stay despite some of the minor issues that can be fixed with some training and maintenance requests. The elevator was extremely slow, and having one ice machine for the entire hotel was something that needs to be addressed immediately. The hotel upkeep was ultimately great. The hotels also ask for how many people would be in my stay but didn’t accommodate all people initially with sheets blankets pillows and extra towels. If it asks how many people it should cover all those in the stay. The AC Unit was super loud but it did keep the room ice cold. Temperature was great just the noise was more than necessary.
