It would of been amazing but we didn’t get much sleep, the people above us had kids and it sounded like they were about to fall through our ceiling and couldn’t sleep in in the mornings because they were up and doing it all again at 5 to 6 am. Needless to say we were exhausted for the drive back home and trying to keep our eyes open. Staff called the people above us but it only got quite a short time(maybe 30 minutes to a hour) before it started back up again. We were there for 4 nights for our yearly vacation. If we could have got some rest we would have had a great time but we were just too tired the whole time. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The property was excellent as far as I know. The on duty manager let me know right away that they were overbooked (I booked thru Expedia 45 minutes prior), and also let me know that I was the 3rd Expedia customer this had happened to that night alone. The hotel was fine—HUGE FAIL for Expedia. At that point there was essentially nothing else available anywhere and we had to drive 45 minutes to find accommodations. The two Expedia employees I spoke with that evening were ‘unhelpful’ to put it nicely. They were basically reading their script vs responding to what I actually conveyed.

This property was decent for the short stay that we needed and provided enough space for my family. However, the room was not very clean. You can tell this by several nats were present in the kitchen area, the tub and sink had hair in it when we first arrived, and when we went to pull out the sofa couch it was dirty. So, it seemed they didn't check it upon cleaning the room. The hallways had a stench and I'm pretty sure it was from the old carpet. One plus, I can say the bed had a decent amount of comfort.

We enjoyed having the small kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time. They only clean the rooms once a week and when they cleaned ours they didn't take all the used towels and didn't replenish the hand soap in the bathroom or leave any extra kleenex.
The kitchen is well enough equipped and there are more appliances you can borrow on the first floor. It was a nice stay.

Great location, nice staff. I didn’t like that there was loose hair all over my towels, bedding, in the fridge (of all places), and on the floors. It seemed clean, but it did not smell good. The coffee is not my preference and seemed watered down. They do have free tea and coffee, no breakfast. There is an area where you can buy a heat up breakfast or a snack. There is a cabinet where you can borrow a bunch of random items, such as board games or a rice cooker. I didn’t get time to check out the pool. Only a one night stay for me. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

The room was nice and clean but it had a strong old smell and the AC was terrible. We requested a fan but nothing was available and no one came to fix the air. The property could use a good carpet shampooing and pool improvement. Two of the front desk staff members needs training on hospitality and honesty. One (carcausian older skinny woman) would walk past the guest and wouldn't ask if they needed help but took 3-4 smoke breaks, and the other one (plus size latino/carcausian young woman) was not honest about early check-ins and the number of housekeepers that were available. Her attitude indicated that she didn't want to be there and didn't want to work until 3 (which was the time she left). The other lady (young skinny black girl) who came in after her was nice but not as helpful with the fan and air situation.

If you have children i recommend going anywhere else, The hallways and stairwell smell like someone is smoking hardcore drugs.
The pool was covered with Modelo beer glasses and cans with men talking about murder and cussing 6/21/2025. Since they are construction workers they won’t make them leave since it’s there main business.
We had nothing but issues with our room key the entire time.
There were “sensors” that looked like mini cameras stuck to the tv’s but also the tvs worked without them which was weird but I pray to God they weren’t we just covered them.
I’m not one to ever leave reviews especially a non positive one but if I can save anyone time and or money please if you can pay just alittle bit more I recommend going somewhere else. I will say the front desk was very helpful.

Initially when coming to check in the employee at the desk was in pajamas and literally limping to the counter. She seemed very sick. That’s whatever. I understand you gotta get a paycheck. She then informed me that the elevators were down. If I had been informed this I would have chose somewhere else. We were on the 4th floor with lots of luggage. When we reached the 4th floor there was a foul smell in the hallway. The room itself was nice. I was under the impression there would be a couch but there was not.

Fix the problems

First, the receptionist was very nice and informative about the elevators being out and giving me the option of finding another place before she charged me. But, it looked like a very sketchy place with people hanging all out like it was a party, the climb up the 4 flights of stairs revealed a musty smell in the stairway, the paint on the walls was old, the room was smelly and old attire. I sprayed everything down with Lysol and bleach wipes just so we felt comfortable staying the night. It was definitely not our cut of tea!

The room was disgusting and had roaches. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Almost $200 for only one night and it felt like I stayed at a cheap motel.
