We had a great time. The service is excellent. The place is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The hotel is more suitable for adults than children. The entertainment staff is more suitable for adults than children. The pool is excellent. If you decide to come with children, then there is a large park right next to the hotel. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel.

Property is next door to a fun fair, our room was 20 foot away from a ride. Music blasting and people screaming until 1am every day, we physically could not sleep until the fair shut which is shocking for a family hotel. Hotel entertainment was poor too, the animation team did not lead what was listed… for the water polo they just put some music on, put the nets out and left. For the mini disco they had a guest running the dances for the kids! Room was modern but not finished well. Shower in the room filled up quickly and didn’t drain fast enough so we had to keep turning the shower off. while in it, to not flood the bathroom.

The bar staff were very efficient, especially at collecting in the empty cups to keep the pool area clean. The main pool is a good size and has a great deep end, sunbeds are taken quickly though. The food was nice and had a good range each night, which was kept topped up. Bed was comfortable and aircon kept the room cool without being cold.

Our overall experience in the hotel was really bad … 1. Check in was delayed for 2 hours and there was nothing to do with 2 kids … in the sun , the pool was crowded no place to sit. 2. We arrived to the room , the room size was okay for family , but there no cups for water , the air condition was noisy, really old and dirty it means they don’t do service . 3. Kids club was very sad , no kids around and no professionals. 4. The pool bar was far away you had to go circle every-time , the drinks not good. 5. Food was very bad , no variety and no quality. 6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, they called us from the reception at 12:30am when we were sleeping to check if we have done check in and when we complained why they are calling us so late , they hang the phone 😡, not value for money at all.. the management should take serious actions !

This holiday hotel complex was ideal for fun familiy chiidren holidays. With its own waterpark and clean swimming pools, the complex boasts great entertainment, including water polo, bingo, mini disco and daily evening entertainment such as guest dancers and a parrot show.
The food options are very good with a variety of meal options in the spacious dining room and a bar buffet that can be eaten inside or out. The outdoor pool bar was efficient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room and bathroom was modern and clean, with aircon.
Value for money is fantastic...
The only minior points i would add, there always are some, soap and shampoo were not topped up in the room when cleaning, the grassed area at the outside bar was not watered, so appeared poor and had a lot of cigarette ends in it.
The location is excellent, a short strole to beaches or shops.

Good hotel, good location. Rennovated but could be in better condition.
Rooms in good condition and clean but a strange smell was coming out sometimes.
Service and personnel very nice and helpful.
On the first sight, i somehow didn't like it for the money i paid but afterall, only the happiness and satisfaction gave to my baby boy with the water park, it worths all the smiles on his face.
Water park is good and clean, covers all ages. One disappointing point is that showers in water park had no water flowing and could not take a shower.
Common places like wc in the main hotel could be more clean and better maintain since it has to do with health and hygiene.
Especially in high seasons, lots of guests are there and unfortunately they don't respect common places and the effort taken to be kept clean. So hotel needs to take care a bit more these places.
One more suggestion is that it could have more personnel guiding guests to their rooms and even helping them with their suitcases lifting them up on the upper level rooms. This can be very precious especially to the elderly people.
In general, we had a good time. Thank you

The family room was really useful having the divide in with children and they loved the splash park. The hotel was in a brilliant location - right next to Luna park although you could hardly hear it and about 10 minute walk into the centre. You could also easily access the coastal path which was useful for beaches.

Location of property was good. Room location excellent as opposite the pool.
Room not clean on arrival, hair on floor.
No tea or coffee in the room, only a kettle. When I asked at the bar they gave a cup of coffee granules but no milk available.
Indoor pool was very cold and you had to ask for a key to unlock and use it.
Upstairs where the toilets were in the lobby was very dark only a small security light on.
Pancakes out of reach of children which I understand but the chef did not help when my 7 year old went up to get some.
Bar staff were always friendly.

מיקום מעולה! באמצע הטיילת, מול הלונה פארק, ליד מלא מסעדות וברים, חנויות ובית מרקחת, ליד תחנת אוטובוס ללרנקה. הילדים ממש נהנו מפארק המים, היו מגלשות לגדולים וגם איזור מקסים לקטנים לקחנו הכל כלול, אוכל סביב השעון. ארוחת בוקר די דלה אבל צהריים וערב היו ממש בסדר, שורה תחתונה האוכל לא משהו אבל אפשר להסתדר ולא היינו רעבים לרגע. בירות, אוזו ואלכוהול, שתיה קלה וכוסות עם כדורי גלידה חופשי. הבעיה שלנו היתה הנמלים בחדר, הם ניקו כל פעם שביקשנו אבל זה לא נעים בכלל. בנוסף היו סתימות בשירותים, מסתבר שאסור לזרוק נייר טואלט לשירותים, רק לפח. בניקיון יש מקום לשפר אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה מעולה והיינו חוזרים.

Not as advertised, no swim up bar, pool side bar was a soft drinks kiosk in the waterpark. No space around main pool, mad scramble to get a sunbed in the waterpark. Kids club closed, lobby bar closed, indoor pool not useable (cold) litter all around the place, only the buffet restaurant available after 5pm. Overall very disappointed and Expedia were no help when i complained and wanted a change of hotel. This is maximum a 3 star hotel.

Food was ok but probably wouldn’t take up the all inclusive package again as we ate out in the evenings. Kids enjoyed the breakfast and the children’s buffet! Water slides, sun and fun.

We chose this village for its water park facility in order to celebrate our son's b'day. And this part was very satisfactory - slopes are all well maintained, fully operational, queue-less and with clean water. Only one slope was not available - the most advanced and the pool had no waves, otherwise, the experience was great.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable enough (but manageable) and there was no coffee or tea packs in our room, but the fridge was working. Regarding the A/C they have an issue. The temperature outside is very-very hot (+40*) and obviously bungalows are superheated by the son. The Small A/C Unit (Haier brand) is not able to keep the room cool, if not working permanently. But, the clever management provides only 1 key per room, which serves also as a switch starter, so, by leaving the room you have A/c switched off and in order to be in a livable condition one of the parents should be locked inside or come before to cool down the area. That's the main disadvantage.
Breakfast, in general, is rich, however, the presentation of food (especially the fruit section) is unacceptable (to my taste) and is not appetizing. And it's very crowded of course.
There is also no beach in the proximity from the village even for confident swimmers - to my disappointment.
Irrespective of minor issues, the water park for us was a great fun an we fully enjoyed it.

Check in experience ok, not a huge amount of info provided but staff were friendly. Bedroom a bit of a walk from reception and up a flight of stairs with no lift. Good size room, partition doors to slide across for our son to sleep on sofa bed side of the room, however there is a gap at the top of the partition so it doesn’t block out the sound/light which isn’t ideal when traveling with a toddler. Plug missing from sing and plug hole very dirty. Cockroaches in bedroom every night we came back. Telephone in bedroom didn’t work to call reception. Light switch faulty and lights flickered on and off. Breakfast poor, juice not fresh, scrambled eggs rubbery, fried eggs white still runny. Staff in restaurant were friendly and very quick to tidy away empty plates etc. Pool area great, plenty of sun beds. Water park not as good as others we have stayed at, some things not working (smaller pool for toddlers the frog slide and boat slide and dolphin sprays as well as the spiral slide and tip bucket. Good location walking distance to everything in aiya napa. We won’t be returning for a second visit.

Great weekend away

As residents of Cyprus we came to stay for a weekend. We were the only British people in the hotel, the other guests were all Russians with a handful of Cypriots.
We had a family room with a sliding door where the children slept on sofa beds. The room was very clean. A kettle and fridge were provided but no mugs or drinking glasses.
We were there during a quiet period with few tourists visiting Cyprus, so there was lots of loungers by the pool and in the water park. I'm not sure if this would have been the case if we had stayed during the middle of August.
The waterpark is a great bonus - it was better than we were expecting and better than other hotels where we have paid much more money to stay
We stayed on B&B basis, the breakfast was good - lots of choice of hot and cold dishes.
The only downside of the hotel for us was the other guests not using the handsanitizer, wearing masks or gloves at the buffet or social distancing. Noticed that the loungers were being anti-bac'd at the end of the day.
We enjoyed our stay and would return

We booked this hotel last minute trying to get a quick holiday in the middle of everything going on and we were extremely impressed. While the hotel is very quiet, everything is kept open including the water park, all of the bars and restaurants, and staff give an extremely personal experience. An especial shout out to Cristina and Lewis who were both so nice and made our stay memorable. Both knew our drink orders within the first day and would have them ready by the time we got to the bar! Will definitely be staying here again

The room where we stayed has terrible smell inside, water was dropping underneath of washstand. The cleaning service is the other story . We were waiting for our room to be prepared until 15.00 p.m, eventually balcony table was dirty from coffee and shelves were dusty. On second day cleaning lady appeared after 17.30 p.m fixed the bed and mopped the floor for 2 minutes!!!

The standard of food was far better than I was expecting, having read some of the reviews.
The staff everywhere were excellent.
The only negative for me was the Russian customers, who were mainly rude, incredibly greedy and unbelievably wasteful. It was disgraceful how they would load up plate after plate of food only to leave it mainly untouched. I'm sure that the hotel must be aware of this wastefulness.

The place has great potential. The water park is really excellent and close, the staff are courteous and full of goodwill. But, poor room maintenance, low-level equipment like towels, sheets, no normal baby cots and more.
The food in the dining room was medium minus. There are good things sometimes, but when they run out there is not enough turnover. Everything feels like large amountand exaggerated instead of an emphasis on quality. To me, it is better to make fewer types (and thus less to throw), but more quality and nutritious food.
There is excessive use of non-biodegradable plastic and disposable tools in hotel and bars.

We stayed at Pathea on our honeymoon with our 10 year old son. We really enjoyed our stay from day 1 until the end. We had all inclusive, and most of the staff does everything to make our stay comfortable.
We really loved their service at the restaurant. Manous / Magnus (young man, I don't know how to spell the name) was so generous that he does everything to make us feel welcome. He really does everything to serve you.

This is our first time with All Inclusive, and we loved it. Me & my wife loves cocktails, and there is plenty that you can choose if you have All Inclusive. Everyone from the bar do serves you with their heart!

The Waterpark is really fun! We spent a lot of time at the WaterPark. And it is really great our 10 year old son, even we adults had so much fun. The waterpak have evething from kids to adults!
And the waterpark is clean, and the bigger slides opens first at 2 P.M.

If you choose All Inclusive, you get a voucher to eat at the Lagoon restaurant for free. We wanted to eat at the last day at the restaurant, but for some reason our booking has been cancelled from the reception. So the receptionist Ignasia helped us out by calling the manager of the resort and get us a table. As I said, the staff does everything to make your stay comfortable!

We recommend the hotel for everyone! You won't regret it!

The hotel is in a great location and the main areas and rooms are very clean and modern. The indoor pool area however was dirty and there is an additional charge to use the jacuzzi and sauna (both of which are quite old and not in great condition). The bar staff were very friendly and worked really hard but some of the cleaning and waiting staff were rather grumpy. We stayed for the New Year period on an all-inclusive basis but were only advised on NYE (via a note through the door) that if we wished to eat in the main dining room for the NYE dinner etc then it was an additional 35 Euro per person. As the food in the hotel overall was quite poor we decided to opt out & eat in a local restaurant. The hotel mainly caters to Russians and is generally ok but I don't think we would visit again.

Will surely not complain about the staff & waterpark and the beauty of the hotel but 1 thing I surely hated was the constant cockroaches running in the room, from tiny ones to bigger ones. Running up the curtains, on the bed, against the walls & even in my kid's pushchair. It was terrible. Every time we opened the door to enter the room we had to start killing them and cleaning. Wasn't something I felt comfortable with. I repeatedly told the receptionists to do something about it & one night when I was truly fed up of seeing one in the pushchair close to my kid I went to tell the receptionist on duty & his answer was \"honey you know Cyprus has hot weathers and very humid.\" Heelllooo I am from Malta and we have hot weathers & very humid but at least we try to prevent them by putting the necessary stuff before summer commences. He answered back \"but we do spray on the trees & grass!\" But we are staying in the room not in the trees & grass I answered! Incredible! Shameful in my opinion.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay because the hotel could not provide us with properly clean sheets and towels apparently due to a laundry malfunction.

We were frustrated mainly because it took 4 hours for the reception personnel to admit the hotel's fault and let us (me my wife and our newborn) go with a promise for a refund (they claimed that the prepaid amount was held by hotels.com site which claimed that without consent from the hotel could not issue a refund so basically the one blamed the other-anyway this finally was settled 2 days later and after my insistence through hotels.com chat channel).

So basically our first \"holiday\" weekend after the birth of our child was ruined as we lost precious time to wait for resolving the whole issue and we were left without accommodation late at afternoon and with wrecked nerves.

Good for families vocation

Overall pinion quite good, pool should be cleaner, friendly animation team. Just one thing was strange, warning about kay losing payment, if we lost it we should pay 20 eur and we lost it :) how it is possible to disappear key on the table but it happaned and we pay 20 eur for very seample plastic key :(

Great for family....

Good hospitality, good location, great for family.
Only bad thing is the shower , there is no bath, and the shower is open so all water are fludding the shower room.. which requires many towells to dry and wepp the floor.
water-fall are for 120cm tall childs, and one waterfall is for 140cm

Flew out for a friends wedding. Fab staff, nice hotel and pools close to the strip. We had a great time. Food wasn’t bad we preferred the snack bar.

October 2017 - Dirty Place

Viz Expedia's role in this little saga, somehow our \"All Inclusive\" deal became \"Room Only\" and we had to pay extra for Half Board the second week. Undergoing investigation for compensation from Expedia. The hotel AND Expedia were no use at the time. We somehow managed to have a good time, but this had very little to do with the hotel or flight. The hotel is dirty and very old fashioned. My youngest has impetigo and eldest strep throat, probably down to the pools which cannot have the correct amount of chlorine in. The toilets near the pools are never cleaned, and neither are the sunbathing patios or furniture. In the Water Park everything is covered in a fine sandy residue from the building site next door. The food is truly awful and not even any butter at breakfasts. Turn up at 7 sharp for your dinner or you will find things run out and you are treated rudely if you ask for them. There is no cleaning in rooms Sundays or Tuesday. \"Clean\" towels and bed linen are stained and worn, the towels are frayed. Cockroaches. Thieves attempting to break in to patio windows overnight, footprints left on patio. This place is fun for kids who are not bothered about dirt and only eat chips and nuggets, or adults who wish to drink themselves stupid All Inclusive. For anyone with any brains, it is a flop house with a water park attached.

Good location and plenty of room.

In some cottages on the side of Disney Land too noise. Insects. No input ventilation.
Splash world aqua park is great for children. Attraction park next door is good if don't pay attention on the noise until 11-12 pm.

Nachdem ich gemischte Kritiken gelesen habe, kann ich persönlich nicht sagen, dass wir ein Problem hatten. Alles Sauber, Zimmer Reinigung war sehr gut.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und höflich. Die Cocktail war sehr gut gemixt.
Essen: Man hat immer die Wahl, es gibt immer etwas zu essen, und man sollte nicht vergessen, dass All-Inclusive in jedem Hotel gleich ist. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück, da jeden Tag das selbe angeboten wird.
Die Pools sind schön. Toll, dass man jeden Tag Handtücher für den Pool bekommt. Die Atlatica Hotel Kette gibt es mehrmals auf der Insel.
Wir waren in Block 18 untergebracht mit Blick auf den Pool.

Helt okej hotell. Hade inte rekommenderat att åka hit med familjen. Allt som hade med familjehotell att göra förut finns inte längre, aktiviteterna på hotellet såsom barnaktiviteter som var planerade enligt schemat utfördes inte.
Det var rätt så mycket fest på hotellet på kvällstid och högljutt fram tills 01.

Ett plus var att dom hade koll på att min dotter fyllde år och lämnade en tårta och ett kort på rummet.

Dejligt hotel med god mad. Dejligt nemt med grab and go baren hvor man kan hente mad/snacks mellem måltiderne. Søde medarbejdere på hele hotellet. Dog blev vores rengøring glemt og vi måtte op og spørge efter det. Men det er småting. Vi kommer glædeligt tilbage til dette hotel igen :)

No es la primera vez en este hotel. Hace poco tiempo que cambió de dueño. Se notan alguna mejoras de las instalaciones pero sigue dejando que desear. Sacamos la habitación con media pensión y la cena no incluye bebida, ni siquiera un vaso de agua. El hotel necesitaría ya un overall de las instalaciones. Las piletas son muy buenas. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Hemos estado parando en otros hoteles de la cadena y se nota mucho la direncia en la calidad del producto ofrecido.

Et fantastisk fint hotell med fin beliggenhet. Maten var helt topp,og også utvalget i snack-baren.
Rengjøringshjelpen snakket ikke engelsk i det hele tatt,og var lite villig til å vaske. Gikk 3 dager uten at søppelkassene ble tømt (også den på badet med toalettpapir i).
Litt dårlig informasjon fra hotellet sin side om åpningstider på resturang/bar, om aktiviteter,wifi osv.
Solsengene ble \"reservert\" av gjester fra klokken halv åtte på morgen,uten at de ble benyttet før nærmere halv 11.
Alt annet ved hotellet var veldig bra. Blide ansatte og god service.

Vi var meget glade for hele vores ophold på Panthea. Værelse, pools og restaurant var dejlige. Personalet var flinke og maden var god. Hotellet var tæt på en fin gade med butikker og restauranter. Jeg har ikke noget dårligt at sige om hotellet og området.

Fruktansvärd ljudnivå i restaurangen. Frukosten går att genomlida men betala inte för lunch/kvällsmat, gå ut och ät!
Jättetråkig kringmiljö med döda växter överallt.
Gymmet är jättesmutsigt och olidligt varmt. Väldigt dåligt skött och vissa maskiner är farliga att använda.
Poolområdet är bra men merparten av solsängarna är trasiga.
Tråkig och ointresserad personal.
Vattenparken är också vanskött, barnen åkte ett par rutschkanor men fick rivsår av skarvarna så det var bara att lämna.
Rummen är dock bra. Dom är ganska nyrenoverade och i bra skick. AC:n funkar bra.
Läget är också bra, nära till både centrum och flera stränder.
Vi rekommenderar INTE detta hotell.

Etablissement bien situé, proche des activités (magasins, parc d'attraction, port) et pas si loin des plages (accessibles via une superbe promenade qui longe la côte). Chambre assez grande et bien agencée (bien que la séparation avec le coin enfants ne soit que partielle).
Personnel agréable - Boisson ok - Buffet type cantine (amélioration à prévoir mais globalement ok).
Attention aux dates de voyage : bien que l'hôtel soit ouvert en novembre, le buffet est restreint, les spectacles n'ont plus lieu et le parc aquatique est fermé
