Our second home to clark, very convenient specially going to mimosa golf course or just stay in the cafe with the perfect view of the greens. Always friendly staff from the guard, front desk, room service and parking guard.

Quest is the Best

We were upgraded to suite rooms so that the 3 rooms were on the same floor. Fantastic comfortable beds, spacious sitting area and nice rain showers.
Definitely excellent stay.
The breakfast was excellent except there was not enough table.

Our three day and two nights stay was spoiled. When we arrived at the property the front office staff can’t find our booking so we waited for an hour and a half and still our booking was not there we were so tired since we had a long drive. I wish they have offered us an alternative way to accommodate us since we have the reservation code ready.

Didn't disappoint me

Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2pm but they let us use the lounge as we got a room with a lounge access. during that time, the q lounge was under renovation so they lead us to the restaurant where the spread was laid out. There were mixed nuts and seeds, dried fruits, some fresh cut fruits, assorted pastries. juices and coffee. it wasn't much but still good. We also had an access to the mimosa golf club where the happy hour was served. Junior suite room was spacious and clean, they even gave me a surprise slice of cake to greet me for my birthday. The staff are amazingly friendly, very attentive to your needs specially to Carmela and Jam! You guys rock! Thank you for what you do. Top notch customer service at this hotel!

A GREAT OPTION INSIDE CLARK FREEPORT ZONE

Away from traffic noise and fabulous 7th floor restaurant with great mountain views. Just needs to fix the elevator so movement impaired folks could access as the only way to get up the restaurant was through the concrete stairs during our stay.

Customer service, concierge was good. Overall ok but housekeeping is most horrible because you have to wait for your daily ration for a 6 day stay making it tedious, unsafe as you need to open your door for small toiletries, garbage needs to be emptied and needed to call customer service everyday. No change of linens provided for a 6 days stay, for a 4* hotel, this is a bit much..no change in linens for that long, even for a quarantine stay of a paying guest. Food servings initially were great and fruit /veggie choices were good, then towards the half of stay, it deteriorated. I have informed FBS to not include rice because it will just be thrown out so I felt bad. For the price, most of the food are not comparable to even other hotels in Angeles. I’ve used a lot of good hotels, so price point is too high. I have to ask for condiments a few times, given I have a special diet and need to regulate sodium and sugar intake.I can’t believe that they also have the audacity to charge for slippers, hotel guests for one night get new slippers. Once you get out of shower, slippers are rundown, especially if the shower and toilet got flooded. Consistency in service should be part of the hotel training..whether it’s food and beverages, housekeeping, etc. I didn’t feel like a hotel guest when I have to ask for every little thing from housekeeping. Water container is too large for a disabled like me to prop up, and there was hesitancy to bring it inside when it should have been inside.

Not impressed with the facility. The restaurant had a nice diverse buffet for all three meals, and the staff was friendly, but that's it. The property itself seems old, and not well maintained. Housekeeping service was hit or miss, and after 3 days we had to leave a note asking them to refill our coffee/tea supplies and mini bar. We turned in laundry to be returned the next day. Two days later after two phone calls, our laundry was finally delivered. Not worth the money.

My husband and I stayed at Quest Hotel for 2 night. Everything is perfect from the bell boy, dining room hostess’s friendly front dest staff. The food was ok. The only one that we not agreed they charged to much for the ride service. We attended a wedding meet and greet Party at the Marriott Hotel which only across the road it happened my husband and I was getting late and since we don’t have apps for the crab. Their charged us 700.00 Pesos which is not fair. Other than that everything was good the food was ok.

We like the location, the food and the staff. The hotel itself is horrible, dingy and smelly. It’s too old with no renovation or refurbishing done. The ceiling on the hallways and bathroom with water stains and molds, carpet so dirty smelly w/ some molds especially in the hallways. The bathroom had molds and pooling of water on the shower floor. Strong smell of molds awaits you when you open the door. I regret booking this hotel, will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. If you have low resistance you’ll get sick, just like what happened to me with upper respiratory disease.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Our room is okay, just a little bit dusty but that’s fine. What I don’t like is that the water is a little bit cold . But I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Very good hotel to stay with family. We enjoyed the pool too!

I paid for 2 lousy rooms 325 usd should be 4 står hotel,,,, warning its a big lie, rooms are tiny dirty walls having cracks, paint falling off, I'm in shocked it is just a standard as 2 stars Hotel, looks like the owner run out of money so it's half finish renovation see pictures, stay away from this place, restaurant menus is 1 page laminated paper, half of what we try to order is not available. :-(

From the moment on arriving at the Quest hotel
we was greeted by very smiley & friendly staff,
We had booked for 3 nights with a room with Club access,
This is on the 7th floor where we was checked in with soft drinks,
our room wasn’t quite ready but staff said please help yourself to drinks & snacks while you are waiting,
Staff Very friendly & tentative to all your needs,
The buffet restaurant has a great atmosphere & so many dishes to choose from with Amazing flavours,
all dishes are quality,
Room good size & very comfortable bed,
As I said we had club access this on the 7 th floor with soft drinks all day & snacks/cocktails between 5pm & 7pm
This is fantastic value for the money (just amazing)
I would recommend the Quest Plus to anyone who likes to be truly looked after by Quality staff & so much food to choose from.
Didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting
Cracking Hotel & Amazing value for the money,
Without a question I will return again & agin

Stayed here the night I arrived was on the six floor had a nice room hallway needs some work. Tonight I left I stay there again and was on the fifth floor in the room is really old and worn down the whole floor needed to be renovated. But the staff is very friendly and accommodating

The rooms are very outdated, especially the carpet. It has to go!! Very old! The food is average at best and the service isn’t that great. It took them over an hour to serve me french toast that did not taste good. The only positive thing in this hotel is the staff. Management needs to get it together!! I do not recommend this property.

We had a delightful stay. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant and bar were excellent. The only problem we had was that plumbing was very slow to drain die to renovations and caused the shower to overflow. Other than that it is in a safe location only ten minutes from Angeles or the airport via Grab or taxi. Very well recommended.

Room Facilities are good and Hi tech but their service is poor.

As far as I know this is a hotel and not retailing company , Service should be their priority.

One time we request to check how to open the light outside, it sbeen 1 hour but nobody response to us yet.

I have to called again and repeat it to them our request. We don't have to pissed off as much as possible because the main reason we went there is to relax.

They should put labels on their switch ,. there are a lot of switches inside the room.

No activities the hotel suggested that we can do so I don't feel I stayed we are VIP and stayed in their hotel

We were amazed with the neighborhood and the clean surroundings. Restaurants are just walking distance. A very beautiful park is just across the street with bike lane. Our kids had a blast in their biking in the afternoon. For sure, we will be back very soon.

I enjoyed the stay overall. even though there were some moments of disturbance with the construction noise during the last few days of my stay....Expedia room parcel discounts...soooo!.....
I was told by the front desk and Miguel that it would be over by 5pm.
So grin and bare right! 8))
The Room service was excellent and the door and Shuttle service is very convenient
Qwest Clark was a Very classy establishment with friendly staff and personnel.
Kitchen food is awesome with lots of choices in cuisine ,baked fish,fresh vegi's cooked and uncooked.Western foods such as pizza and Angus burger,but also Filapina and Asian dishes to choose
I personally could'nt get enough of the freshly made Watermelon juice. 8))))
Great pool,gym and location away from the main bustle in a very secure area with trails and a landscaped entrance!

Booked here for three nights, the “Deluxe room with king bed” that I booked was a shabby twin room that was below standard of any hotel I stayed in while in the Philippines, when my partner complained she was basically told “we don’t guarantee room availability “ .... huh? We had booked and paid for this a month in advance, when I then went and complained angrily they found a double room after all, but was again worn and very basic with dirty windows and carpet that seemed to be 20years old. , the hotel manager phoned and apologied and invited us to a complimentary drinks and snack reception which we appreciated, however the room was depressing and we left after 2 nights even though we paid for three. The hotel has a nice pool and the staff seemed pleasant at all times, the hotel is away from most things and you need transport to go places. Overall I cannot recommend Quest hotel .
