We stayed here because we had dinner with family at their restaurant. The design of the hotel and the room is great but the bathroom is very dirty and not well maintained. The mirrors and the fixtures are full of scums. And the shower tile grout is moldy. I don’t think ill ever stay there again. A dirty bathroom is a deal breaker.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. ( airport service at 515 am )

The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was low-key stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. Since our room didn't have a freezer, they let us use a cooler with ice and even stored her travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Midori really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team!

If you want a quiet zone- just choose the room away from the bar as it is loud and it can be heard in the room.

Also the hotel claims to be luxury, I think they need to upgrade their rooms to meet the standard of a luxury hotel.

Otherwise, the service was superb👍👍👍

Deluxe Queen room included a king-sized bed, bathtub in the balcony, a bidet with a phone in the stall. Nice amenities, Replaced the pajamas that came with the room after first use. Room service was excellent: ordered seafood pasta and pizza and it was so delicious!

I like about the courteousness’s of the hotel staff from taking the luggage from the entrance of the hotel, to the check in registration, until we reach our Room. The room is huge, beautifully decorated with an office like working table for those in a working vacation. The bathroom and the comfort room are in excellent condition.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-designed the hotel is. The rooms are fantastic, offering ample space and a layout that caters perfectly to a traveler’s needs. The restrooms are state-of-the-art, adding to the overall luxury and comfort. Having visited many upscale hotels around the world, I was impressed that Midori has earned a spot on my top hotel list.

The staff is exceptional—attentive and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. However, I do wish there were a wider selection of Western cuisine and more on-site dining options. I didn’t have the chance to explore whether the hotel offers shuttle services to malls or sightseeing areas, but that would be a great convenience for guests.

Overall, an excellent stay with a perfect blend of comfort, style, and great service!

My positive impression of Midori Clark started at the entrance. I was greeted by 3 security guards walk in to the hotel on my way to the check-in lobby. 2 staff ask me for my passport and it went uphill from there. The staff were courteous, told me how important all the customers who comes in to the hotel. We expect customers to have a wonderful stay. And for one, I experienced it. The staff the food and housekeeping provides excellent services.

This place do not have shuttles to and from the airport. We checked out and we were told to wait to get a \"clearance\" from the cleaning staff. We dont really know what that means. There were so much commotion in the area and very noisy parties going on. The pool and the jacuzzi is freezing. Everything is made in China. Dont waste your money on this place. If you are spending this much money youre better off staying at the Marriott or Han.

Everything about the property was very spacious - from the rooms to the general areas. Fixtures were modern and clean, but the dining options were extremely limited (including in-room dining which stopped at 9pm). The pool was nothing to write home about, and the casino was rather boring (and this is coming from a non-gambler).

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the property as a whole was drab, dull and lifeless.

This is our nth time of staying in Midori and we will keep on coming back despite the many new hotels in the area. Service is great. People are friendly. The pool is warm which we enjoyed our night swimming. Everywhere you look, it’s clean. Can’t wait to be back.

Love the room! It was fabulous! The breakfast ala carte was not so great.. Cafe Midori was the worst! We went there Dec 31 to have our new year’s eve dinner. There was only one other table with guest but we were made to wait for an hour for our food order!!! They tried to placate us with free salad and cold soup but it didn’t work! The cantonese dim sum platter we ordered did not have the selection mentioned in the menu! Really disappointing new year’s eve dinner ever!

i had a very disappointing experience with the lady who check me in Nov. 3, 2019 @ 10pm .. is like blaming me for booking it late! coz there system cant see my reservation. booked the room 5 hours prior to my arrival.decided to stay in midori for couple hours to rest. coz i have a morning flight back to US the next day. that lady took at least 20 minutes of my time explaining and showing her my reservation. “ so tired that day” she ask 12k pesos for assurance that if ever i dont have a reservation they have atleast secured money to charge for. so shameful! i told her that im a frequent guest here. and i even told to her to check my name and yet she’s still act like a boss. she really piss me off because she only gave me 1 bfast tab even tho’ the room i reserved is for two! she’s something. never experience this in any 5 star hotel that i’ve been. feel so embarrassed because who would go to a 5 star hotel w/o reservation?

I like the big rooms, not a fun of the room color and design it's a little dark for me. But the people are all so respectful and nice. I just wish they act a little professional when they are all together. I don't mind I'm a Filipino but how about the other nationality. It does not sound nice when they talk to each other about there personal life. And joking at each other when they are in a group with their co worker. Midori ,I believed is promoting class let's just show it to all, hospitality I have no complain. More power!

I never played the casino but the hotel is everything you could ever want and expect in a high class hotel. The room and the view was exemplary. Attention to detail was paid to in every aspect of our stay. Customer service was professional and courteous. The restaurant was lovely and the food delicious. Amenities like a spa onsite was more than welcoming. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Pro’s:
Rooms are big enough to accommodate 2 persons.
The separate bath tub and shower in the balcony is unique!
The cleanliness around the area is commendable.

Con’s:
Rooms with single beds are literally for single person only.
It took an hour for them to deliver an ice bucket in our hotel room.
Our hotel comfort room has no bidet.

Over-all, it was a pleasant stay!
Will definitely book it again!

The hotel was amazing, although the parking was a bit difficult. Our room was upgraded (thank you hotels.com!), and it was sublime! There was a well-maintained playground for my toddler, and the swimming pool was equally impressive. Truly a world class hotel, and my family and I greatly enjoyed our stay there. We will surely book again, no doubt about it. 😊

Spacious rooms, very clean, friendly staff and most of all, their free breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet costs $18 but free for all the guests for 2 per room. It's a 5 star hotel but you pay only a fraction of the cost of other 5 star hotels in Manila. Definitely will be back when we come back to the Philippines.

Came with my family to celebrate our son's 10th birthday. It was great for the most part. The hotel staff were great, especially Edwin at the restaurant, manning the \"egg\" station. He very very helpful, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Even brought me a ripe mango, which was a very nice surprise!
If there was anything I would improve, it would be the parking situation. It's great that they have the golf carts that take you to the parking area and take you back to the hotel if needed but you do have to wait or walk there. I also didn't appreciate the lady at the cafe when we went there to get our complimentary welcome drinks. She brushed me off and never came back when I asked me a menu. Not a good way to welcome guests.
All in all, it was a fairly good experience!

It's been a year since we last stayed in this hotel. The hotel was brand new and they had to transfer our room due to a missing bathroom door. Despite that I could honestly say that this is one of the best hotel I ever stayed at! It's clean, they serve amazing food and overall modern. We stayed at the deluxe room with a tub outside the balcony with the mountain view. The breakfast buffet was amazing! When we stayed the pool was still close. I can't wait to stay again!

P.S The spa packages are absolutely worth it! I remember ms. Joy and her other friend they were professional and really good at their job! it really felt like 5-star service to me!

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The best perk was each room has its own individual wifi so you are never stuck in your room with terrible wifi signal.

This hotel is probably the best hotel!

This hotel is new, contemporary, clean, safe, beautiful, reasonably priced, very good staff, and just superb!

They have a excellent new facilities and the staff are so nice and helpful!

The only recommendation I have is that they keep their buffet food stocked so customers do not open empty containers. The buffet is pricey for Philippine standards and the expectation is that they have a lot of food available all the time for customers. I have found a lot of buffet containers empty.

We stayed here during our last day in clark area. After stating at Royce and Quest previously,
we feel this is on top of the list.

Negatives:
1. Employees (specifically doorman and pool attendant) should not assume customer do not stay at the hotel. At times i felt like i was not welcome because i was not a foreigner even though we hold a US passport.
2. Each time I park my van, security ask me whether I'm staying at the hotel or not. As simple placer card would solve this problem.

The hotel had an issue with the booking initially.

We booked an overnight, 3 deluxe room for my parent's anniversary but they reserved 2 superior and 1 deluxe. There were no available deluxe room on that day, fortunately for us, the management upgraded our room to a 1 grand deluxe and a suite room.

The rooms were super nice and the service was beyond.

the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I practically overslept.

We stayed here last weekend as Father's day celebration. We arrived 30 minutes late to check-in but unfortunately our room reserved is not available. the good thing is they UPGRADED our room from superior to deluxe which is a plus to us!!! And the breakfast for my adult son was converted to 2 kids since my son cannot wake-up early just to take the breakfast, and GREAT they allowed us to convert.

PROS:
1. very nice ambiance
2. big lobby / high ceiling
3. good lightings in room
4. nice gym simple but the view from the gym is so fantastic
5. beds was all comfortable
6. linens are all white which i loved the most
7. you can smell the freshness of the hotel
8. with 24 hour shuttle service to parking area
9. very spacious area
10. cold aircon even on the lobby, hallway and rooms
11. housekeeping acts fast
12. hotel staffs were all friendly and polite
13. FREE MINI BAR Items
14. fast connection on wifi/ inside or outside the room

CONS:
1. cost of food is i think costly
2. 5 to 10 mins to near restaurants
3. no bidet on toilets
4. no free slippers
5. no laundry bags (but you can ask for it and they will provide naman)

slight negative feedbacks but it is manageable.
Overall it is recommendable to people who wants to have a peace, silent and very relaxing staycation for you and for your family.

Check in was quick. The hotel is new, the lobby elegant, the hallways huge and clean, and the room very relaxing. Management may want to consider providing a bidet in the toilet though. Hotel room was amazingly spacious, as were the hallway and lobby area. I was pleased that the Casino was in a separate building from the hotel keeping a more professional ambiance in the hotel itself, rather than a gambling focus. \"Names\" of hotel and restaurant were misleading. One would expect a Japanese theme with \"Midori\" with some Japanese restaurants as well, but this was not the case. Also \"Tuscana\" restaurant was also a little confusing as it is an Italian name, yet predominantly had Asian food on the menu. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Overall excellent and fresh new feel for a hotel in Clark. Will definitely return on future trips. My first (and only) choice for Clark hotels.

The Good..Excellent customer service from Van driver ,staff at lift lobby..service staff at Restaurant(buffet) and trio band for good music.

The BAD:
1)the 2keys given had to re-validated after a few hours later(no explaination given from front desk)
2) room had a lingering smell of drainage odour
3)Whilst taking a shower the drainage was chocked and the toilet started to flood,,had to stop shower.
Went down inform front desk ,they say they would sent housekeeping to clean the mess up..
4)Air con was not cold...( also inform front desk )

This is the 1st time i have encounter such service from the front office of a 5 star Hotel
They have shown no action or empathy towards my grievances .

We stayed here for 3 nights...each time we showered the water hardly subside causing flooding into the toilet room including the basin room thus it screw up our entire experience.

Very good for typical business visit.

The hotel was wonderful, clean, new, pool not ready yet, breakfast was amazing, lunch and dinners were not very good at all.Very quiet, except when there was typical construction noise during the day as some things were still under construction. drilling, hammering etc.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's décor is simple, but yet modern. We really enjoyed our stay. It has one of the best breakfast buffet I've ever had in a long time! I highly recommend Midori Clark Hotel & Casino!

Perfect place for staycation

Now my ranked 1 on my hotel list around Clark. The experience was superb with friendly staff, spacious lobby & parking, reasonably good buffet breakfast spread. The swimming wasn't ready yet but they were accommodating enough to arrange for us to swim at another nearby hotel. Minibar is also free on their first stock up- surprise treat!. Very good location with a lot of restaurants nearby, it is also near parade grounds (jogging track) so you can have a quick walk/run in the morning.

The only minor thing that I didn't particularly like is when you ask some of their staff and they seem to panic and ask another colleague for an answer.

Overall I am very satisfied with my stay and I will definitely come back again.

Excelente new hotel

Great staff and hotel easy to talk to. The menú was outstandig. I would recomend Midori Hotel to everyone.
