I would never return to this Avani location! Not only inconvenient; communication with your on site team is poor to none. Food basic, restaurants all empty - we stood in the Aqua restaurant for 20 minutes @ 1pm no staff no service. Room service was great but the dirty plates sat outside for 2 days. Drinks good. Although we paid for an upgrade there was no really benefit and the walkout pool was nothing special we were isolated, the area didn't even look opened for the season, they placed us beside an unit that was being renovated - so when we were sunbathing and swimming we were watching and being watched by the people painting and moving furniture on the deck; vacation, peace and quiet? We were surprised by a Monitor lizard swimming 2 feet away from us OMG, we would never swim in that pool again. The beach is laughable. + handwritten receipt at check out, they over charged us 2,000 TBH per day (as they cant find the manger - had to ask them to spoke English as the were talking about us). Plus our requote for early check out due to there email about an Indian wedding being held at the hotel 3 of the 6 days we booked. All we needed was a week of no stress; that's not what we get. Just make it better for the next people visiting your location; bring this location up to the Minor Hotel standard!

这次来华欣度假，选择了Avani+。这家酒店泳池巨大，游起来很舒服。酒店员工的服务很好，前台小姐姐Pawinee 和Mink超级亲切、总是笑容满面的提供各式协助。早餐的Ray、泳池酒吧的Joe和海边餐厅的Kate和Toey则是让我们在入住期间享受了绝佳的就餐体验。谢谢这些酒店员工的服务和照顾，华欣最佳酒店非Avani+莫属。

Location is accessible if you drive, free parking available, we enjoyed the swimming pool so much. The beach is a bit far , about 5 min walk. Room is a bit small but we'll equipped with access to pool.

Very good to get a welcome drink when first arrived the hotel. Then the staff led us to the room and carried the luggage for us too. The room is very clean with a nice pool. There is a shuttle bus service to city center too, the drivers are nice and always arriving on time.

Absolutely amazing hotel, peaceful and relaxing. The stylish villa with private pool was worth the extra splurge. The staff was always so helpful and fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and catered to everyone as was room service and restaurants à la carte. The pools and grounds are well maintained and the beach was the perfect place for a long stroll after breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully we’ll be back very soon.

The property was not so far from the night markets. The hotel had shuttle vans both for pick up and dropped off. Our check in was very fast and the hotel gave us an early check in. Hotel staffs were very nice and helpful.

We booked the jacuzzi rooms which were fantastic, loads of extra outdoor space, beautifully screened off. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and my youngest also turned 13 and the hotel wrote a message on the mirror and came up with a cake too! There were a couple of functions on which 'limited' dining but there was still good choice. Beautiful place to relax and chill. We also used the spa facilities and weren't disappointed.

The room is nice and cleanliness. The staff very friendly. Our family love swimming pool so much. There has a lot of activities in kids club but some activities need to book and pay for it. The hotel very close to the sea but it doesn’t has beach due to the sea level quite high. I will stay this place again for sure.

Second half of my 19 days stay

The person's name I wanted to mention in my previous review of Oct 10 is Pawinee. Thank you Pawinee! I had left the dots because I hadn't asked her yet and my review sent itself.

Thoughts for management:

When the key card is removed, there should always be at least one power point left live in the room, to recharge the gadgets while guests are out.

The pools are large but there seem to be too many young kids and toddlers in the pool. I observed a father who arrived at the shallow end with his daughter, around 6 or 7 years old. He sat down on the edge, while the girl jumped up and down for a bit in waist deep water. After one minute, both of them left. Yuk. Tough one for management.

Our stay is nice and comfy. My parents like the variety of breakfast spread. Daily fogging in the evening to prevent mosquitoes. The hotel staffs are also very helpful. The hotel room is cozy as well. Thumb up for the relaxing pool bar!

This hotel is simply superb. First, I should mention the staff who are outstanding in all the areas of the hotel. In particular I would like to mention ..... I had originally booked 9 nights and wanted to extend by a further 10 nights. The room I wanted to book was not available and she worked tirelessly and cheerfully to make my extensiin possible and succeeded. Thank you, .... The hotel is very modern, tastefully, brightly furnished, there are plenty of power points. There are two swimming pools, each very large, as well as a kids pool.

Nice And Relaxing Place

Very new and clean resort! We enjoyed the pool and the bar (live bands plays there almost every night). We took the resort’s shuttle from Bangkok, Mr Dang was very kind to help us arrange and the transport went seemlessly.
Outside the resort, we found a cute bakery across the road (Love Bread) and also a massage place (VIP D-Massage). On the right side of the resort, we found our favorite cafe Lila’s where the food was good and affordable.
Restaurants in the resort were quiet and we didn’t try any except having a meal by the pool. That was really nice.
Overall, good trip!

Beautiful hotel with very kind staff. Rooms directly off of the pool or others with jacuzzi hot tubs. Nice breakfast selection. Very near the beach, but water comes directly up to the sea wall even during low tide, so no beach. Large pool and great cocktails too!

This resort is absolutely amazing. I finished of a three week trip in Thailand here and it was so relaxing. The staff is so kind and helpful the the spa was wonderful. The Italian restaurant was so good we ended up having dinner there two out of three nights. We were blown away by how good the food was! Thank you to everyone at avani for making our stay with you so good! We will be back :)

It was a good hotel stay and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and each day the food were different. The design of the the hotel were practical and well layout. The staff were friendly and helpful. You cam see the sunrise in the morning.

The shuttle van was good. If the timing will be good if there is a additional 8.30pm and 10pm slot.

Overall is a very good and comfortable resort.

No extra towels for pool access, beach restaurant and rest area at beach look unfinished. This hotel turn off all swimming pool lights at 11pm so it is all dark in the middle of the hotel, which the light should work as vibrant & mood of lively luxury resort and spa

lovely hotel but poor food tastes

Service and condition of hotel is excellent. but unfortumately the food quality is rly poor. thruout our stay, we order pad thai, fried rice, porridge, pizza and none of them taste good. very surprising for such a lovely looking hotel. we were exceptionally disappointed with the fried rice and pad thai. are they cooked by thai chef? breakfast quality is poor also.

the hotel is really new, the stuffs are really friendly and helpful and the Thai food there is delicious! there is no baby food available nor children menu but they are willing to provide fruit for the kids on requests. the down side is the SPA is not yet opened so in room SPA is not available either. I think they are not 100% ready but if you provide your opinions and your demands, they are very responsive and they listen to your needs,

New beachfront hotel in soft opening

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights and found the staff there were excellent. They created an enjoyable atmosphere for customers to relax, nothing really difficult for them, even they were lack of manpower during the peak time. The hotel is located away from Hua Hin downtown for around 30 mins drive and they offered shuttle service every few hours in a day. The Spa centre was not opened yet when we were there. The only thing we would suggest the hotel to also take care is the clearness of the swimming pools water, not because it's not swimable, but for sparkling their 2 long swimming pools. We will stay in this hotel again.

Hyggelig hotel men ikke 5 stjerners

Hyggelig hotel. Altid ledige solsenger ved bassengene, god frokost. Rolig atmosfære utenom bryllupsdager, men morsomt å få med seg stemningen av indisk bryllup.

Treg service de første dagene i aqua bar, ble bedre. Små posjoner og dyr mat på hotellet. siden det ikke er mye restauranter rundt og man må gå ved svært trafikkert vei, så bør utvalget av mat vært større på hotellet. Spisestedet ved sjøen har lite barnevennlig mat og er også dyrt. Vi endte med å reise til ulike matmarkeder inne i Hua Hin.

Flere parasoller hadde vært fint. Fikk også et rom uten balkong på en av rommene.

Fortjener ikke 5 stjerner. Rommet mitt var mørkt og deprimerende. Overhodet ingen av den sjarm som jeg har opplevd på andre resort i Thailand. Rommet var også dårlig rengjort. Det samme gjelder hele området, skittent og slitent. Vær også oppmerksom på.at resortet kjører indiske bryllupsfester nonstop. Du får ikke en stille ferie hvis det er det du er ute etter.

Cet hôtel a des villas rénovées mais mal entretenues. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits. Nous avions demandé avant notre arrivée une villa sans vis à vis. Personne ne nous a répondu. Le nettoyage des chambres est fait à la va vite. 15 minutes. Nous avons dû appelé la réception à deux reprises pour que le nettoyage soit réalisé. Les serviettes au sol n'ont pas été changé pendant le séjour. L'extérieur n'était pas traité, beaucoup de fourmis rouge et des araignées. Nous avions demandé un nettoyage extérieur. La salle de gym n'avait pas de serviettes le premier jour. Nous devions lancé nous même la climatisation chaque matin. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était sous forme de buffet. Nous arrivons à l'ouverture à 6h30, on nous a demandé plusieurs fois notre numéro de chambre. Une ambiance de cantine règne et la propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement, une responsable nous a appelée le dernier jour pour s'excuser. Nous apprécions les excuses mais notre séjour n'était pas un cinq étoiles.

Nice hotel with beach access. Big as well and a bit aged. Some renovation would be worth it. Many children as well at the pool which can be noisy. Beach could get more sun beds. Towels should be provided all over the place and not only after asking for it and waiting 10min.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. 240Volt Steckdose in Badezimmer funktioniert nicht. 110Volt ok. Nützt aber nichts zum Haare föhnen. Untetr dem Bett fanden wir eine Taucherbrille von eine frühere Gast. Die Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon war schmutzig und schmudelig wie die meisten Sitzkissen auch im öffentichen Bereich. Die Tische und Stühle im Strandrestaurant klebten auch. Das Essen war allerdings sehr gut! ( dem Preis entsprechend)Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden gefühlt 30 Tische mit dem selben Lappen die Essensreste verstrichen. Spiegelei lauwarm da schon länger gekocht. Das ist eigentlich nicht Avani Niveau. Vielmehr 1500 Bath Hotel. Zum Teil ist auch das Erscheinungsbild der Angestellten nucht auf 5Sterne Niveau.
Zum Glück hatten wir das Hotel nur für 2 Tage, und zu einem günstigen Preis gebucht.

Hotellet var allt vi hade önskat oss men det finns inget att göra utanför hotellområdet. Från orten Cha Am ner till Hoa Hin går en 4-filig motorväg i flera mil där lyxhotellen ligger på rad från vägen ut till den enormt långa sandstranden men det finns inga restauranger runt omkring utan antingen äter man på hotellet eller så åker man in till Hoa Hin. Hotellet beboddes av främst asiater och eftersom dom skyr solen så såg man väldigt få gäster under dagen för dom kommer ut för att bada när solen har börjat gå ner. Det blir en lyxig känsla men tråkigt.

การให้บริการของพนักงานยก กระเป๋า หรือดูแล ผู้เข้าพัก น้อยมาก ผมไปโรงแรมอื่น เมื่อรถจอดปุ๊บ พนักงาน จะเข้ามาท้ายรถ เพื่อเตรียมยก กระเป๋าทันที ในส่วนที่ไม่ประทับใจ และรู้สึกแย่ที่สุด ก็คือ line อาหารเช้า
วันที่ผมเข้าไปพัก จะมีลูกค้าค่อนข้างมาก line อาหารมีน้อย และหมดแร็วมาก การเติมอาหาร ค่อนข้างช้า (สำหรับ รสชาดอาหาร เป็นรสนิยม ผมไม่ได้เอามาเป็นปัจจัย ในการวิจารณ์)
list ของอาหาร มีน้อยรายการ จนเป็นปัจจัยที่ผม ตัดสินใจจะไม่ไปพักที่นี่อีกครับ
