Unfortunately my room had a terrible smell for the whole week I was there. Staff attempted to correct it but failed. I had to complain every day which really impacted my holiday. Other than that the suite was nice. Take bug spray too the bugs really bite.

Two nice restaurants on site. Played pickleball most days. Could easily organise trips out. Rocky the parrot is a character. Beach is not accessible at high tide but beach area above sea wall is nice quiet area with good sea breeze. Pools are calm - plenty of seating in one row around so no huge volume of people

Wow what an incredible stay at Anantara Hua Hin Resort. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was receiving celebrity type service surrounded by pure tranquil bliss. The resort is a beautiful mix of Thai culture and modern style. The ocean view was stunning the staff were amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. Every detail from the location to the atmosphere was on point. I can’t wait to come back again.

I really like this property overall. The only thing I miss is the beach. I used to enjoy the beach at Anantara, but it's now been replaced by a waterbreak. It reminds me that beaches around the world are slowly disappearing — and this place is no exception. Still, I can feel the Thai vibe here, and I truly appreciate your warm hospitality.

1. Our check in was a breeze, lovely desk clerk also provided, a frendly greeting to each of my party, informed us on the types of transportation available price's *the hotel has air conditioned Van's available hourly for transportion to various shopping locations (there is a one-way and round trip fee) Drives were friendly, informitive and Van's were spotless.
The front desk also probided refreshing cold towels and flavored water, upon our arrival.
2. The down side was, we arrived early with the intent to have lunch at one of many hotel beach side resturants we given detailed grounds maps. However, each place we Visited were either closing (12:35) or preparing to open. We could not locate what seemed like a manager. We found our way back too Pool side only to be greeted with workers abound but none attending poolside food orders. We odered a Mango smoothy the slice mango friut garnishing the glass was clearly rotten, I showed the bartendered who then looked at it with a smerk. The bartender removed the rotten friut then handed the glass back. I objected she then proceeded to make amother friut drink. We'd also order long island ice tea and a (non) alchol lime based drink both were poorly made sub par taste. We questioned about where we could order food. The bar waiter didn't seem too happy about tsking food orders. Although the youngman did take the orders 45mins

(presentation Outstanding) food taste very poor, seafood quality shrimp clearly pre frozen. Very poor taste

As a wheelchair bound traveler accessibility is very important to me. While this hotelier excellent for sbled travelers it fell short in accessibility, specifically in room. The door threshold was to higher my electric chair scale it without extra assistance,path to the room bathroom and the bathroom door were to narrow to easily get in to the batroomsnd there were no safety grab bars by the toilet or in the showerehich made using it very chalenging for me sp I’ve ooed to skip ypthe shower because of safety concerns. But otherwise our stay here was pleasant.

Nice beach resort with an excellent beach when the tide is out but no beach when it’s in. The Italian restaurant was mediocre at best and over-priced, but the other 2 restaurants were nice as was the excellent breakfast. The room was spacious but there was no place to sit except a desk chair. It was also exceedingly damp. The main issue for us was the use of the space in front of our room for events causing some noise.

Last day- Family holidayay at Anantara Hua Hin.

Had wonderful time as always.
Tasty breakfast in the morning, followed by refreshing walk in the garden. In the afternoon subathing and swimming, and few drinks and snacks from Loy Nam poolside bar, served by the amazing, always smiling staff.
Finished the evening with beautifully set buffet and traditional Thai dance performance at Rim Nam restaurant, ecery moment perfected by tye friendly care by the staff. I highly recomment for you next holiday destination.

We had a great time at the Anantara Hua Hin.
The staff at the Hotel were outstanding. We have not encountered a single employee who missed to great us . All were super attentative and helpful.
Kudos to the management for the excellent traing and motivation provided. It really shows.
Otherwise the Hotel did as expected. it is a beatiful property, quiet location, excellent Food an Beverage, and nice rooms.
Some soft furnishings and bath linen was a bit dated though.

- หมอนในห้องพัก
ส่วนตัวชอบหมอนที่ค่อนข้าง Firm แต่หมอนที่รีสอร์ทเลือกใช้เป็นหมอนที่มีลักษณะนุ่มมากจนยวบไปเลย ทำให้นอนแล้วปวดคอพอสมควร

สรุป

เป็นโรงแรมในเครือ Minor ที่ค่อนข้างประทับใจ โดยเฉพาะการคัดเลือกและอบรมพนักงาน ให้มี Service mind รวมถึงความพอดีระหว่าง Formal และ Friendly ที่ทำมาได้ดี บรรยากาศภาในรีสอร์ทเหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบความเป็นธรรมชาติ การได้ไปนอนเล่นริมหาด รับสายลม แสงแดด ฟังเสียงคลื่น และดูเครื่องบินเล็กฝึกบิน ถือเป็นการเติมพลังงานที่ดีเลยทีเดียว

Resort is fantastic, further from centre.

Overall the facilities offered were good (3 restaurants, range of sports activities) besides this, when we booked a private bathtub was mentioned. This was another reason we chose the Grand Deluxe room for a anniversary. However, when we arrived we found we didn’t have a bathtub and we told the staff, who simply told us Hotels.com were wrong instead of offering a different room with a bathtub with no charge.

I am traveling with elderlies. One of which is having a really hard time getting in and out of the tub, for the lack of walk-in shower. Thankfully the room is on the first floor. However, for her to get to the lobby area is proven difficult.

That said, I enjoyed the seclusion and the gardens, with one exception of an event one evening with live music not far from the room.

Seaview is great. But there is no beach to walk on.
A spa treatment is highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay and relax. Our room was very nice and quiet. It’s a ten minute car ride from the bar and restaurant areas. Definitely enjoyed the stay here. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A very large selection of food for breakfast. I think the food and drinks are a bit pricey but we did receive a twenty percent discount voucher upon arrival to offset the final bill, thank you. Overall we were very happy to stay and would recommend staying here.

High food prices but overall a fantastic stay.

This is a great resort, with the usual Anantara welcome and friendliness. We loved our stay here and will choose Anantara again. We had a small issue with a very noisy bearing on the balcony fan but when I called the evening manager we were transferred to another room immediately and were able to continue our lovely stay here. The staff resolved our complaint immediately. The only issue I have is that food and drink prices are very, very high, especially in the pool area where you cannot bring your own food and drink. Other than this our stay here was exceptional.

Very close to the airport but not so convenient for shopping as there is no shops around the hotel within walking distance. Overall it’s a nice experience for me and family, my 14 months daughter enjoyed the stays very much. Credit given to Dawas, she is very friendly and helpful. Some -be point, the breakfast choice is slightly limited, be aware of mosquitoes especially if you are staying at the ground floor. We arrived at 3:30pm but our room only ready by 4:15pm.

On approach the hotel reception and gardens are beautiful BUT the beach and room were very disappointing. I paid extra for what was described as a superior room which opened straight onto the beach BUT it was a very dark room made worse by old dark brown furniture which opened onto a tiny seating area and a grassed area in front . Ok it was the nearest block of rooms near the beach but I wouldn’t describe it as opening onto a beach . Talking of the beach . What a disappointment. The hotel is on a high wall above a dirty beach . Yes you can get down to the sea but you have to walk down a sharp , rocky walled area then across sharp boulders and rocks . Quite a few people had cuts on their feet . It just wasn’t what I was expecting .

Great week here. It wad a last minute thing but we even extended that.Some terrific people work hard hard here so that we can enjoy urselves. Great management and a special word of thanks to Herr Rainer Mueller who as Executive Chef consistently produced great foood throughout our stay.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast spread. It may not be the most exotic or full service, but I have never seen such variety and well cooked food in the last 100 hotels I have stayed at. The lagoon room was wonderful the service was incredible. Easy checkin quick checkout and each restaurant was outstanding. I can say without question this is my new favourite hotel in Asia.

All facility was clean and landscaping was well kept. All staff was very helpful and friendly. The best place i have stayed. Close to attractions and temples, but will need transportation. When i am in Hua Hin this would be my first choice

Beautiful resort with fantastic staff

This is a great choice for Hua Hin if you don't mind being a little way from the action, in a quiet area amongst beautiful grounds. The resort facilities were lovely and the room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Loved the pillow menu! Fantastic rain shower in the bathroom and very comfortable bed. But the staff are what made our holiday really memorable - absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. There was also a handy shuttle bus in and out of the main part of town, but there was a small charge for this. The only disappointment was the beach - from the photos I was expecting a much nicer beach for swimming but unfortunately it wasn't. The nicer swimming beaches are further south. But there was a big pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Thank you for the wonderful holiday we needed!
